I bought a controller from Sean about 2 weeks ago. When I spoke with him on the phone to see my options and availability, he was extremely helpful and guiding. When I arrived in the store he listed me my options and made my transaction quick and simple. We chatted for a minute and he was extremely friendly. I walked out of the store thinking that was a fun interaction. Two weeks later my controller was experiencing an issue where the trigger sticks when fully depressed. I called and again spoke with Sean who, yet again, was extremely helpful. I mentioned my pro status and with no questions asked informed me I could bring it back and swap it for a new controller. Two experiences in a short amount of time have been very pleasurable and simple. Sean is a great asset to the company and I have noting but good things to say about the experiences hes provided. He is a fabolous employee to the Auburn Store!

This is my new favorite location to come to. The man who helped us today, his name is Sean, was amazing! We came during a bit of a rush and Sean helped get me everything I wanted and made sure I didn’t miss out on any fun extras! He didn’t try to sell me anything he didn’t think I would need and he was so up beat and positive. He was also fast, efficient and friendly. Really really happy with my experience today. Sean deserves a raise!! :)

This is my favourite Gamestop. The manager Sean is extremely friendly and helps me to save money and recommends good equiptment and games. I have seen Rutger and Dakota a few times and they are always friendly. Also, super cute things to collect with tokens!

I will always support GameStop and shop there first. However I didn’t appreciate being lied to at this particular one. The associate told me that I had a free warranty for a game. It was my monthly $5 off coupon that he used. He just wanted numbers for his store. I prefer the GameStop in Burien with manager Mike. Mike wouldn’t lie to me. Mike would have asked if I would help his numbers and get the insurance. Also this store has messed up my order. All around this is not a good store.

When i bought monster hunter world for ps4 when it came out i was excited but soon realized I didnt like it took the game back next day to trade in for new games. The manager was able to give me full refund with instore credit not cash (which was okay with me i just want games I like). I walked out with three games for a bit over the price of one!!!

I love visiting GameStop. Never been to a location I didnt like; friendly staff who know their stuff, clean stores, and decent selection of games. It has been difficult lately to find any indie games though... I mostly see COD, Halo, Fallout, etc. There are some Xbox games like Farming Simulator but the selection really isnt what it was a few years ago - even a year ago.

I got a game and pre ordered a game there and there was no hassle. the customer service was great. They gave me info on things I asked about and it was a nice visit to my local GameStop.

Some good deals on used games, and convenient for trade ins. Customer service is hit or miss. Sometimes you get really rude associates, sometimes they are all right. They always have a good selection though.

So about 11 months ago I bought MLB 19 The Show with all the money I had saved up. I was talked into buying the warranty as well. Fast forward to the present, I haven’t played the game in awhile so I pop it back in and it doesn’t work. I look around for the receipt but the purchase was so long ago, I can’t find it (my mistake was not saving the receipt). So I go to GameStop to ask if there is any way to prove my warranty. They told me that they put a little sticker on it if there is a warranty and the box did not have a sticker on it. They also said that they get your name and number if you bought a warranty, which they did not because my name and number was not in the system. Very disappointing that the person who I bought the game from did not go through the correct procedures and therefore I am not able to redeem my game and I do not have any money to buy a new one. I assume some responsibility because I should’ve kept the receipt but still very frustrating.

The workers were helpful and the store itself is well maintained and stocked at this location, but its still GameStop. Unfortunately, companies requiring online codes really killed the used copy market. The accessories are third party stuff. Refurbished is questionable. I got a $20 gift card for Christmas and just got a $20 Steam card with it. :P

Good store thats taken care of me and answers my questions without any BS or overly pushy sales tactics. While GameStop is famous for its low offers on games and high prices used games that are new, none of that is the stores fault which is why I like this location - theyre honest about how to get your best deal and how to take advantage of offers and promotions.

The guys that worked there that day knew what we needed and they also sounds like they actually know what they are talking about. Weve gone to other gamestops & some of them were not knowledgeable into headsets or games. You guys really did a good job hiring the people at this location. I hate when I go into a store and they have no clue as to what they are selling because they only needed a job. Nope not this location thats why I prefer this store then other stores. So far everyone we dealt with here, we have had no problems. Yes other locations have told us different things via phone and when we get to another store not applicable. So frustrating BUT not this store. Thanks 😀

This is the worst Game Stop that I have ever been to by far!, and its primarily because of the staff. For some reason no matter when I come to this specific location the staff has a rude and condescending attitude towards me. If you can make the drive, I recommend a different GameStop.

I bought a PS4 and Ghost from this store 2 weeks ago. They sold me pre owned disk saying its brand new for $59.99. As it was my first time buying console disks, I didnt paid much attention. I travelled for vacation and when I saw the code for online, it was already expired. Be careful with this store.

I have a question does someone know if they fix controlers

Never shopping here again. Made a pre-order, had to call myself to see if it was in. Fully paid for the item when I pre-ordered so when I stopped in to pick it up, the 2 clueless employees hemmed and hawed for 5 minutes until one of them came from the back to tell me they sold my pre-order. They both told me I only had 48 hours to pick it up, the same employee that told me they sold it never once mentioned on the phone that I only had a limited time to pick it up. What is the point of preordering something there if they are just going to sell it out from under you?? Never had good experiences at this store since they opened anyways, this just reaffirms why I will undoubtedly never go back to this hole of a store. Incompetent employees, terrible service and a headache is all you will walk out of this store with.

Definitely a smaller gamestop, but for used games, it had a way higher quality selection than my normal gamestop. Got a pure 3ds gem with case.The fella at the counter who also seemed the be the owner/manager was a swell guy. Answered everyones questions in the store just openly. Not much room in there for collectibles, so if youre funko hunting, theres not much space here.Also, parking is really small and really limited to be close, at least when we went. Take a compact ;)

Very, very rude staff. Pro member, was treated horribly. Brought a possibly broken system just to get advice and ask about testing a power cord. Agent was rude, mumbling insults under his breath. Took my things and spent my money at Walmart instead.

I had a credit for a game in Seattle but was on my way down to visit a friend and decided to stop off and get the credit transferred down to the Auburn store. The guy was rude to me on the phone and in person. So was his pencil neck geek manager. They even squared up on me like they wanted to fight. That actually may have made the experience more enjoyable. Efff this place..

Todd is a very big problem, I will no longer go to this gamestop because of him, he makes me feel uncomfortable, and needs to brush up on his policies. I like gamestop and your other locations are amazing but simply because I have had two bad run ins with todd I will be giving this store a 1 star. I dont usually give companies bad reviews or good ones. But with the experience I had, I had to write this review.

The manager there was acting like a douche bag. I went there yesterday to try and get a trade in for a Galaxy S7 and he asked what is the memory and he completely ignored what I told him its 32 gb and he kept asking my sister which she had no clue then the old douche bag said oh yeah its a 32 gb and the guy just had a pissy attitude. If you hate your job go work at McDonalds. Especially if you want to treat your future customers that way. On my way out I said thanks for the great service after they said they cant work the new system they got which is stupid because when I went to the next GameStop they were trained on it and apparently the guy connected our phone improperly. He didnt give a crap if he destroyed your device it seemed cause he kept plugging the cord in upside down to the phone I told him you break it you buy it. They will not get my business and if I were you do not even try and do business with them either.

I called the game stop asking about a Xbox 1 head set and they told me the price and that they had some available , then I told them I would be there shortly. I drove down and once inside asked for the headset the person working the counter told me they sold out a while ago. Dont know why this happened, but its not the first bad experience I have had with them.

Finally has staff that actually are into games. System specs. And general gaming banter. Being coming to this location since 2009 and will continue to come to this location.

Disrespectful associates did not want to help with my purchase. Was unsatisfied with the headset I bought. He made it sound as I was bothering him to make my purchase what I wanted.

I bought that, unkowningly, my son had already. I tried to return it and was discouraged to do so. All I wanted was my money back. I never had a problem with Game Stop before, needless to say I will not be returning to this one.

I was in there yesterday, 4-28-17, around 2:30. There was one other customer in there with me who had a very obvious mental disorder and the man working was so kind and so patient with him. Walked around the store to help him locate things he was looking for, (multiple times) and they were knick nack items..... key chains.. etc.. he responded to every little comment the kid made, was so patient and so genuine with him. He spoke to him the same way he spoke to me. I was very touched and felt a lot of respect for the man working. You dont see that very often!

I have been coming to this game stop for quite some time. ( if gamestop would like to check my power up rewards card you will see my business with them) However this time around I was being attended by the manager of this place and they guy was a total jerk. He asumed too much and would not let me finish my sentences. He was being really disrespectful, I plan on never coming back to this gamestop again. They have the most disgusting demeanor towards the customer and disregard towards common manners.

I was unhappy with the customer service, the older man at the register kept on trying to sell us the insurance even after we declined multiple times, he proceeded to give me dirty looks the entire time at the register and until we walked out the door. I will not return to this location.
