Bought a phone case 3 days ago and I took the case off and put it back on and it snapped and ripped in half. Asked the people working if it was reliable and a good case when I bought it and they told me yes. If it breaks this easy it is not a good or reliable case. I called them today and the guy working was very rude and hung up the phone on me when I asked him if there was something I could do because I spent over $30 on this case I bought 3 days ago. I DO NOT recommend this place. Very cheap made and unreliable products.

I had my phone screen repaired recently. Very professional and communicated every step of the way, turn around time was less than an hour. On top of the repair, I was having issues getting my claim to get reimbursed, I Fix and Repair of Auburn made sure to provide every form of documentation to help. I recommend 10 out of 10

I cant rate the service of this company directly because I never had my phone repaired here. Thats because I didnt have to, thanks to their professionalism.I dropped in recently to have a cracked screen repaired. The technician looked at my phone for a minute and said he didnt think it was the screen that was cracked, just the screen protector. After removing the protector and verifying that the screen was undamaged, he handed me back the phone.He could very easily have taken the phone, told me to come back later, and charged me $150 to repair the screen. Instead, he saved me time and money by quickly diagnosing the issue.

Jared was incredibly patient and professional as I described my phone issue in very simplistic terms. He was knowledgeable and quick to help. It was a great experience.

If you need your phone fixed find somewhere else. This place is slower than molasses and poor quality of parts and management refuses to answer email or to call you back. It took me 10 weeks to get phone fixed. First time was 6 weeks, they ordered the wrong screen. It didnt even fit they taped it in and still had a gap all the way around. Then took them 4 weeks to find a new screen that was correct one. Do not recommend this place at all.

These guys are fantastic! My phones power button got jammed today and I initially went to another store (Cellairis) and was quoted 50$ but then I was given nothing but excuses why they wouldnt work on my phone.Took my leave of them and came to iFixandRepair.Within 5 minutes, the tech started in on my phone. 30 minutes later, I walked out with a fully functioning phone and the tech never had to touch the screen. I had a great experience with this group. I understand they are under new management and they get the job done. The initial fix had a faulty part so they went straight into resolving the problem and even offered a discount for the service, even though it was a manufacturing issue. Takes about 30-45 mins to replace the screen. In and out. Will definitely be back (because I break my screen a lot.)

They do good at fixing phone but the lady had a bad attitude and I wasn’t about to give anyone my hard earned money with a attitude. And they are higher than other it’s not worth $120 to fix a rear camera on a iPhone 6 Plus when others charge $65.
