They are my go to store for getting work done on my boats. Technicians are very knowledgeable and there is attention to detail. They stand behind theyre work. The only draw back is that they are so busy that it takes a while to get your boat back. So plan on them having it for a while.

Dave, the owner, was very helpful and considerate when I needed to replace my boat motor. I wanted a Honda but due to the coronavirus I had to wait almost a year to get it. When it finally came in he had it installed on my boat and completely cleaned the entire boat after it had sat idle for a year.

Customer service has been lost at this well known business_ I think its retirement time and sell out, perhap the new owners can give some quality time with the staff here_ dont t go there unless you have the time tonfind what you need yourself.

These guys are great! I took my motor (9.9 Yamaha Outbound) that a different service provider had told me was junk. Not only did they correctly diagnose the problem, but had it running great in about a week at a reasonable cost. They also stand by their work and told me to bring it back if there are any further issues. I would not take my motor anywhere else! Great job guys!

Triton is a perfect example of outstanding customer service. Not only did he help me find what I needed, but he went above and beyond by assisting with my set up for trout fishing. From knots, to spots, to line and bait suggestions, he had it all. As a super beginner fisherman, I couldnt recommend and appreciate this place enough.

Exceptional Service! I had a major service (block replacement) this year and an unfortunate experience during my water test. First, the engine looked brand new and the compartment was spotless and I thought that showed great pride in their work. I was excited to test the boat out and dropped it in Lake Sammamish. During the warm up, my starter failed and burned out. Good thing we were still at the dock! This was an unforeseeable event and completely unrelated to their work. Not knowing the issue at the time, I called them right away and they asked me to bring the boat back the next morning.This is where it gets pretty cool...I pull onto the lot at 7:45 AM. Immediately, Derek and John were there and ready to take care of me and get me squared away. They identified the problem and replaced the failed part in 30 minutes. They could not have been more responsive and competent. On my way off the lot, Derek noticed my trailer tail lights were not working properly...yep, they replaced those on the spot, too. This level of attention and service is hard to find these days and it was so comforting to know I was working with such a solid group of people.I went straight from the shop to Lake Washington. The boat performed perfectly and had never run better. This will be the only place I take my boat to in the future. Dont think you can beat this blend of quality people and service. Thank you!

We will never take our boat anywhere else. Honest, knowledgeable, and fair prices. We took our used boat in due to engine problems and they listened to how we needed our boat to perform. Not only did they get our boat back into working condition they went above and beyond to ensure it would handle the conditions we put it under fishing in eastern washington. Just picked up an old 4 winns boat, even though the boat has had only 1 owner I brought it in to be serviced although they werent able to help with an uneven spot in the floor of the boat or give me any suggestions they went through the whole boat to make sure its safe to take my kids out on the water with. Also serviced my trailer also.

Did a great job rebuilding my outdrive installing new gps and accessories and rebuilding my 1982 johnson 9.9 outboard and a wholllllle bunch of other stuff on all my boats its thee only place ill go, infact my fully self contained 24 ft. sport cruiser is going back in soon to change the outdrive fluids after its broke in, just a few more hours to go.

My wife and are are from out of town(4 hours away) and we walked in and said were new to this and what do I need to buy? The younger gentlemen answered every single question, didnt try to sell me more than I needed , and thanks to him Ive caught 8 fish in total including a flounder. Thats my first.he went out of his way to help us set it up. I would highly HIGHLY recommend this place.

I was upgrading my Honda outboard. Among the dozen or so inquiries I sent out, David was the fastest to reply. We finally inked a deal. Then Derek did an excellent job installing the motor. Would like to do business with them again.

This place will have some decent prices occasionally on certain items. As with any other retailer, expect to pay full retail here. Its too bad they no longer sell boats and larger Motors, it seemed to give a lot of life to the place. Place is clean and youll get great customer service. I left one star out of this review to leave room for these people to find their New Passion which should give the place some new fire. Seems like the place has scaled down to the point where something new could help boost this places libido. Find a new passion guys and Ill boost this to a five star rating.

Make sure you buy the right part. They will put you on the do not sell list if you request a refund on a over charge. We noticed we purchased a control box for almost $400 however were over charged. They refunded 20+$. This was almost 2 years ago. When we went back today they advised of the do not sell on my account. We found the same fuel pump in Portland for $500 when they were charging $900 for the same pump. (Honda) They will only accept cash from us. We find that to be shady.

I live in Shoreline and feel it’s well worth the drive for the good service and expert marine technicians. Wouldnt take my boat anywhere else.

Seems like a cool place but when u ask fishing questions. They dont have answers. I asked if there was a good place to fish nearby and they were clueless. Went in and asked for a specific type of hook... again clueless.

They are experienced and helpful. I go there for boat parts often.
