Customer service was a poor. I had difficulty reaching someone to talk to and office staff couldn’t answer basic questions about return policy. I reached out to the store manager to ask for a resolution and I was ignored. In the future I will avoid this store and buy direct from manufacturer. You’re too busy for me, Bass Pro, well I’m too busy for you!

Its cool for hiking, kayaking 🛶, canoeing 🛶, camping and all the fun or not so fun 🏕 camping gear and equipment that you could possibly ever need (please dont take that literally) or want. I love looking at the boats and pontoons in the spring and the limited amount of campers and pop-ups they have. They have wonderful childrens programs typically Saturdays every weekend. The holidays are really a great time to take the kiddies. Into golf ⛳ covered etc... Im not a hunter, but they have all the necessities for bow and rifle hunting, plus shotguns too. Not that I dont how to shoot a couple different firearms... It could be almost an all day affair with your family.

The stores are always fun even to just walk around. Had to come to this one on the way thru. Did buy some shirts and tackle for fishing. Huge selection!!!

I have an approved boat loan, I arrived at 7:30pm as i do work for a living, i walked into the store and the greeter had his back to the front door, needless to say he did not greet me. I was in the boat section till 8:50pm, not one sales associate approached me, no sales people in sight. On my way out i asked the greeter if they sold boats here and showed him the loan approval, he replied yes we do and proceeded to contact a salesmen. I told him dont bother, Ill find another boat dealer that will take the time to show, discuss and sell me a boat. I am very disgusted by the store and its sales personnel. I am an avid outdoorsman and dont think Ill visit Bass Pro Shops ever again... this $30k is going elsewhere....

A fun place to walk around. It has a shooting range, and a place to see fish. It sells guns, boats and stuff. There is almost an aquarium there.
