Besides the professional conduct of those operating this business, I must mention that once while driving my Mercedes Benz car while I was parked at a store in Auburn, I thought the air in my cars tires needed to be checked. Because I have bought several sets of tires at Schultz, I drove there just after it had closed, found the manager there, and asked him if it would be all right to ask him to check my tires for the air. Without any fuss, without any complaint, but with a sure smile and happy disposition, he said he would be happy to do so. I was amazed that after hours he actually took time to check all four tires and filled them to the right amount of air pressure. He was very kind to do so and refused to accept any money for his efforts. This is the kind of place that will always get my business for tires. David Dickson

18 months into this pandemic, maybe a million dead in the U.S. from it, and not a mask in sight. Then I was told its just like the flu. We all had it here, and were doing fine! As I walked out the door, I heard, Ive got a live one here. I sat outside on the ground in the patio area, which has no furniture, because, well, I guess theres no reason people would want to social distance, outdoors. Nuts.

Brought my Jeep in and they preformed the service of changing the tires on my bead locks and balance. That part was a great job, where they dropped the ball is when I left I noticed my tpms light was on but all the tires where reading correct pressure. I called up and told them I would drive it a few days to see if it would reset or go away about a week went by and the light was still on I called and left a message for them to call me back to schedule a time for them to see it again waited 7 more days with no contact and placed another call and another voicemail with my info and still no call. This happened back in December

I recently went in to have a set of 3rd party brakes installed; as it turns out I didnt in fact need them, and had been misinformed by another party. Anyway, Schultz diligently installed the brakes as I had requested, and then upon learning of why I had them replaced at all - Schultz went ahead and refunded me part of the cost. The work was still completed, and everything works great!Thank you again to everyone there, you really helped me out :)

I had a great experience with Sam. I was able to get tires for my extra heavy fifth wheel with no problem. They were more knowledgeable on heavy duty tires and had a fairer price than other tire shops that I called.

Excellent service. Great experience...they have serviced my vehicles for years.If I dont use the manufacturer for brake, alignments or other suspension work I will go to Schultz, and always have excellent results.... Dont go to Les Schwab in Auburn, CA...use Schultz instead.

As always the service at Schultz was top notch. Speedy quality service by helpful polite personal. Also good prices on tires. They also do front end alignment and breaks. If you have a problem, they can fix it.

Their tire prices are good. They do free rotations on tires purchased there. They offered oil changes for 39.00 when they rotate my tires so I started taking my car there every 3000. They rotated my tires every other oil change. We did this for a few times. The last time I made an appointment and went in Sam the manager said we are going to charge you 55.00 now to change your oil. We are not making enough money I told him that I buy my tires there for 4 vehicles. He didnt care. Now I will look for a more service oriented company that stands by what they tell a loyal customer of 22 years. I dont need a fancy building. I want good customer service for a very loyal customer.

Every other place in town couldnt do a Last minute, Friday afternoon tire emergency. These boys got the job done quick and right. Even allowed my dog to stay with me and didnt try to sell me something or try to overcharge me. Excellent~

I was very impressed with this place of business. I love good customer service and they absolutely had it! Also they were very conscious of my finances. They gave me three options for tires at three different prices and told the pros and cons of each. What a blessing that was!

This is a great hometown tire shop with a great staff. Theres a very comfortable waiting area with free WiFi. The atmosphere in the shop has a great feel. You can tell that the employees like working together. I highly recommend I!

Whenever I need Auto Service and go to Schultz, I always feel like I am taking care of and not taken advantage of. I am a single woman and we talked extensively about keeping my car in shape without overdoing it. I feel that the prices I get are within reason and I feel comfortable working with any of the gentlemen there

I was traveling on a motorcycle and had a flat just up the road, I stopped and they stated they didnt work on motorcycles. Which is understandable, but I said I was a mechanic and if I could borrow a socket I would take the wheel off in their parking lot, and if they could just break the bead I would pull the tube and they could patch it. No dice, they didnt want to help at all.Having been in the auto business for 20 years, and just being a decent human being, I always try to help some one in trouble, still do today, and if see someone on the side of the roads ALWAYS do anything I can to help them. They were in a position to offer a stranded stranger a little help, and I was more than willing to do most the work and pay for the patch, but I guess they didnt care to show some compassion for another person.

With two cars and over 3 years I have been to Schultz many times for times for tires and regular maintenance. What they do, the do quickly, efficiently, and for a fair price.When its not their area, they refer you to someone up the street, that does that well. No learning on my vehicle, Im glad that they dont try to do everything.
