We have worked with Lee Nissan Auburn for the past 6 years and each time we go, the team is nothing but nice to us. This time when my lease had run out and my husband and I were going in for our next vehicle we had to bring our two small children with us. Despite the fact that our kids were loud and running all over the dealership, the Nissan team treated us as if nothing was out of the ordinary. They worked quickly and efficiently going over all the options of cars with us, and also gave our kids things to occupy their time. Overall GREAT experience!

Stopped by the Auburn location and Mark Bossie welcomed us. He was very friendly and personable. We told him our situation and he showed us a couple of pre- owned vehicles. We took a test drive in a Rogue which we liked. We left the dealership to discuss it and returned with “we’ll take it”. We picked it up the next day. Everyone was very professional and not pushy. My truck was dropped off on Monday night,so it would be available first thing Tuesday. I called for a status/quote at 3:15 on Tuesday. Was told by Ross Morin ,he would call me back in 15 minutes. I had to call him ,an hour and a half later. Called Wednesday,and was told all parts were ordered,but wouldnt be able to get my truck repaired until late Friday.Repair was satisfactory,but wasnt expecting to have my vehicle tied up for the whole week.

I recently brought my titan into the service department .Ross from service called me to confirm what the truck was doing.he took the time to listen to what I had to say with no interruptions,approximately an hour went bye received a call saying the truck was ready and fully explained what was wrong and fixed the issue.the truck runs like a champ very good job everything it goes in.(being a titan not very often) great job!

I cant say enough how amazing the staff were here at Lee in auburn.... My transmission let go at 60135 miles.... Long story short Nissan refused to good will and extend my powertrain warranty. The GM and staff a Lee fought hard on my behalf and got Nissan to cover the replacement along with support from the dealership. They responded and answered all of my many questions and worked hard to get my car back to me asap.

I went in looking for very particular truck and right off the bat, Mark showed me an even better option that had not even been posted on the site yet, at least not prior to my visit. It met all my expectations with some added bonuses that I thought would be out of my price range, but Mark and the team made it work for me. I knew of Mark Bossier thanks to personnal contacts who have been costumers at Lee for years, but to experience his level of service for myself was definitely significantly better. I came here with the expectation of leaving with a car and well that wasn’t the case. I was greeted by Scott who at first seemed nice but throughout my time being there he was not helpful and very rude. Gage, who was the salesman working with me, was extremely nice and helpful and was trying to find options for me. Not only was I not going to be the lease holder they still ran a hard inquiry causing my score to drop 6 points. On top of that the report they showed me didn’t match my Experian credit report but they use the same credit bureau? Scott was rude and didn’t even want to listen when I tried to explain to him how a 13 point difference DOES matter. Instead he tells me “I’m not arguing with you about 13 points”. I didn’t know informing you on something that matters to me and does make a difference is arguing. I could have easily put down 10k but I rather take my money elsewhere. I’m glad others had a great experience, I wish I could say the same. Gage, I appreciate your eagerness and the willing to be helpful.**Update as of 7/22. Will contacted me from the company first thing in the morning and was extremely nice and apologized for the unfortunate events that I had to go through. Although there was not much help he could have given me, I do appreciate his willingness to apologize for his teams failure and attempt to put me into a new car. Unfortunately, I found another Nissan back home in NJ willing to work with me and even for a cheaper price. Again, Will, I appreciate you for contacting me and giving me faith again within your company. I hope to be able to come back one day for another car. I had made my appointment for a state inspection. I had requested a specific date. Before my appointment, I realized I needed an oil change and tire rotation, but forgot to call and update my appointment.When I rolled in for my inspection, Ross asked me if I needed an oil change and tire rotation because he noticed my sticker reminder. I said yes, but could make an appointment for that on another day, as I didn’t call to update. No problem! They changed my oil, rotated my tires and gave me a state inspection so I didn’t need to return. That is awesome!

From the time I drove in to when I drove out with a shiny new replacement, my experience was absolutely extraordinary. With 15 years of experience in the industry, every aspect of the sale exceeded my high expectations. It was my second new vehicle purchase, the first being another very good experience. I traveled there knowing they had the vehicle that I wanted, although I did visit other dealerships with exact or similar matches. I was ready to return to them if I wasnt impressed, but was relieved that I didnt have to. Mark Avila greeted me with a genuine smile and a handshake and drove the purchase to the finish line in a relaxed, fair and efficient way that wasnt white knuckle. They charged me over $2000 to replace a part in my transmission they thoughtwas bad but the part wasnt bad. The problem had nothing to do with my transmission at all I needed a accelerator petal replaced . So when they changed out the part my armada continued to have problems so I called them and tried to get them to make it right and give me my money back they gave me $240+ out of the $2000+ and stopped taking my calls mean while my transmission stopped going into reverse now . Note ~ there was absolutely nothing wrong with my transmission until they put there unqualified techs hands on my vehicle. I would say Im out of alot of money and really upset how I was treated they are parts changers not mechanics .I WAS MAILED A CHECK FOR HALF OF MY LABOR FOR REPLACING THE REAL PART THAT WAS BAD AND THE DAMAGE WAS DONE FROM THE PERFECTLY GOOD RUNNING TRANSMISSION THAT WAS TOUCHED FOR NO REASON BY YOUR TECHS BECAUSE THEY THOUGHT THAT IT WAS THE PROBLEM WHICH IT WASNT AT ALL ..... THEY RECIEVED THE PAPER WORK THEY ASKED FOR AND I WAS TOLD SORRY TO BAD YOUR NOT IN THE STATE ANYMORE SO WE COULD LOOK AT IT . YOUR GUY WHO CALLED ME WASNT WANTING TO FIX MY TRANSMISSION HE WOULDNT EVEN RETURN MY PHONE CALLS OR MESSAGES .
