We went to get new towels and I was disappointed in the variety. Last spring we got some very nice Turkish towels and when we went to get a few more they no longer had them.

I just love Bed, Bath & Beyond! They have a large selection in all price ranges. I was able to get almost everything I needed for my new place.

Walked in & spoke to a woman to let her know we were arrived for our Bridal appointment in a few minutes. She made a face that was very unfriendly during such an exciting time for us. She went ahead and called the Bridal consultant. Not sure if she was having an off day, or what.The Bridal consultant came over within a few minutes & helped us and was very friendly. She answered any questions we had, and then let us go off on our own & checked in with us a few times without being overbearing.

Always relaxing, but was great on a return. Polite and quick. Had box and receipt, but some stores can still be a challenge. Staff were warm and friendly.

I came in to do a straight across exchange. The store was busy but not unmanageable. The young man helping me was pulled away from me not once but twice as my transaction was literally hijacked by 2 different people insisting he help them 1st or they were just going to be be quick, and they werent. Then, because my item was not in stock, the opted to do an internet order and have it shipped to me. The young man helping me did not know that procedure and he had to get a manager involved. She knew exactly what to do and after standing at the customer service desk for half an hour to do a one item exchange, I was finally able to leave.

Rating low because I really dislike having my time wasted...I went online seeking a product, specifically checking for In Stock availability nearby. The website stated it was present at this store.If it was a simple matter of being out of stock I would be less frustrated. I understand how stock can move in-store. However the product was straight-up not carried. I was told I should cross the county to another city location.I rarely ever set foot in this store chain and this experience certainly did not encourage me to change that.

The employees were great. It was half hour from closing time when I got there. I intended to be quick. I knew exactly what I wanted but unfortunately it was sold out. I went looking for someone to ask if they had any coming in soon or in the back somewhere. They took the time to look it up on the computer for me and then offered to order it for. He entered all my information and then I decided to have it shipped to my daughters house since it was her birthday gift. He changed the the information for me, smiling the entire time. I didnt get his name but wanted to say thank you so much for your great customer service. It was the Auburn Supermall store in Auburn, Wa. Hopefully a supervisor will know who he is and give the earned praise his young man deserves.

I have bought most of all of my bedding and extra miscellaneous products from Auburn bed bath & beyond, they are pretty decent price and it just recently purchased the ugg comforter set with I would have to say this is the most comfortable set you can get for the right price!

Prices have gone up at BB&B. Especially on K-cups. Even with the 20% off coupon, I get a better deal at the grocery store. I used to love shopping for bargains at BB&B but they are hard to find now.

Sat outside for curbsode pick up for 1 hour. Then called and was told they could not find the order. They asked me to come in or wait....i asked what the difference was if they couldnt find my order. No response. Said they were going tp hand phone to manager and instead hung up on me. I see why they are going out of business. Customer is not their focus. Wasted half my day only to be hung up on. Now being told they arent able to provide me with my money back. Crooks.

Good coupons that made for excellent prices

Ppl at the customer center seemed know nothing. Weren’t helpful at all. It was amazingly surprised to see they need to call other people to get help when they were there to help every customers. Won’t be back for sure, and will not make any purchase from the Bed Bath and Beyond.

Incredibly awesome staff. I travelled an hour south to this bed bath and beyond location for some huge floor mirrors, and the staff here was very friendly, patient and informative, especially the guy named Mark who helped me fit the giant mirrors in my tiny car. He even found out one of the mirrors had a little crack and went back to get another mirror.

Pretty much what you expect. Good service and friendly staff at this one tho.

Mark was beyond helpful in getting an item exchanged for me. He was busy but took the time to get the product exchanged and even ordered up the right one since they were out of what I needed. Such a smooth, quick and easy shopping experience. I usually avoid the mall and this store. I have to say this time getting a gift off of a wedding registry was the ideal shopping experience. Employees were very helpful. I was in and out of the store within 15 minutes. I even got gift wrap!

Bed bath and beyond is the store I love visiting. I know that they are pricey, yes I know, but at least they offer fine shopping experience, and they offer quality home goods. I got little pricey pots, I still have them, and used them a lot, and they still look like new. So I know why they are pricey, and I am totally OK with it. Just wanted you to know...

What a disappointment. You have one job. I went in this morning and searched for 15 minutes for a wet/dry bag (shower bag) for my bathroom accessories and they had a few small cheap mesh plastic ones. They advertise all sorts on the website but don’t carry those apparently. BATH is in the name of your store! Step up your game. Also, 4 employees saw me wandering around and not one asked if I needed help until I found them myself in that mess of a store. Organize it already! I asked the employee if that was all they had, his answer was “yep” as he walked off.I won’t be back to your dumpster fire of a store.

Kinda difficult to shop with a husband who doesnt want to listen to why I made a decision that I did, and him wanting to prove it by taking something out of the package to check himself. Luckily, a nice kid hopefully put it back in the box after said husband....now embarrassed....had to do the walk of shame with the box to ask someone for help to put it back together. Good times. Guess all in all....it was a good thing this store didnt have exactly what I was originally going to buy. Shopping with husbands can be a great source of entertainment.

Love this store because there are so many unexpected finds every time I go there. Also the app is great to add on coupons which you can combine with the paper version as well if I’m not mistaken. Bed, Bath & Beyond has the essentials and some.

I feel like Ive all the Bed Bath & Beyond Ive been into this one seems to be the most well kept, clean, and has a pretty good assortment. It also has a great assortment of kitchenware and bedding supplies. Customer service is usually pretty good every once in awhile I find it difficult to find an employee to ask a question but most of the time they are readily available

The store was pretty sad. Although the staff were friendly, the place was vacant to the paint it was creepy.

Lots of great stuff for your home

They have many things for home, I like going to big stores like this, find everything I need in one place, good deal when I use the coupons. They send out $5, $10, and 20% off coupons in the mail. So keep them all, they let you use all the coupons at once, or separate transactions, and clearance items, but some coupons you have to have minimum$ purchase when you use them. they are awesome. I hope they stay the same way, dont change, we love going there.

The wedding registry option is a joke. They will steal money from your friends and family then lie its been delivered then ask that you to pay to replace the items. Worst customer experience in a very long time. I know someone getting married and they now know Not to use this registry. Will tell everyone.

This is a place you can get just about anything for your home. The staff is friendly and helpful. Occasionally when I go there I do need help finding whatever I need. The staff always brings me to where it is. The coupons that they send out are always appreciated. The only downside that I run into is they dont always staff enough registers.

Wish you had one in Roseburg Oregon! Store was clean and service was great!
