Top notch repair! Professional & very friendly, keeping my American Range stove going! I have used them couple times now for the ignitor repairs & have zero complaints! We had both ignitors burned out almost at the same time which presented an issue for a busy cooking family with kids, called them up, got an appointment in just few days. They showed up on time in the middle of COVID crisis, replaced both ignitors & showed me how to do it, in case I need to do it myself in the emergency situation. Also, showed all awesome additional functionality my stove can do and gave me a few tips on how to clean it. Just perfect.

I bought a used oven and needed someone to install it. These guys were available, arrived quickly and installed it with perfection. During the install they gave me all kinds of helpful tips for ensuring a long life of the oven. They clearly know a lot about modern-day appliances. Purchased several Viking appliances for my kitchen 3+ years ago, including Refrigerator, Dishwasher and Range. Several weeks ago, I cracked the glass on my Range accidentally, I reached out to the store and the same day had someone come out remove my door, assess the replacement process and later that day had them send me a photo of a brand new door that was available to be install. Several days later, the same gentleman returned, installed a brand new door, which was still taped from the manufacturer. Upon completion, I asked how much I owed and he said zero! I insisted on paying at least for gas as he came out to my home twice but he refused. I am speechless, I have never had such a positive experience anywhere. If I could I would give them 100 stars!!

I got a good deal at the Range store. But, that was 4 years ago. What I’ve gotten since is great service from Naza and the crew maintaining our range, oven and hood combo. When you use something every day, multiple times a day, it will occasionally need some professional attention.

This is my go to appliance store for all of my kitchen remodels. The staff is friendly and professional and knows their products in and out. They service most of the ranges that they offer which is a huge convenience factor. I wouldn’t trust anyone else working on my appliances. The service team can schedule an appointment for repairs within 2 days which is very difficult to find. They often times have items in their warehouse that are discounted for minor scuffs and scratches which is a big money saver.

We experienced an unfortunate incident that made our Bluestar oven unusable because of melted plastic. Dmitry, from The Range Store was a godsend! He leaned it up and one would never know that we had a problem. And he was so careful in cleaning up after he completed the job. He also shared some valuable advice about ranges in general..a true professional!

Above and beyond!!The gas range in my vacation rental was having issues. The receptionist was very friendly and was able to diagnose the problem over the phone. I had a same day turnover on the following day with a 5 hour window. They came out and fixed it within 24 hours! Who does that any more?The tech was also very friendly and helpful. He replaced the ignitor and then showed me how I can get longer life out of it. And then he showed me how to remove the scratches from the stainless steel top.Very professional people who take pride in their work. Outstanding service!

They took out the old refridgerator and installed the new one very well it fit perfect and they cleaned it up and everything works great. They were very nice and answered any of my questions i had. Very friendly and good working people I would have my refridgerator replaced by them again in the future if i can.

Our American Range gas oven stopped working. The folks at the American Range headquarters told us to call the Range Store. I had already replaced the igniter about a year ago, and had already tested the thermostat for voltage, etc., and I still could not figure out why the oven would not work. I spoke to Margarita at the Range Store and she had Nazar call me. Over the phone, he walked me through exactly what I needed to test to determine the problem. He could have just charged me the $175 or whatever to show up, but instead he told me how to diagnose it. After I did that, I called him back - he had predicted exactly why my igniter failed and why it needed a new bake burner. He then told me the best way to get the correct parts in the least expensive way. After I had the parts and installed them I had a few more questions. I called him back and he responded immediately. Nazar was extremely knowledgeable and professional, saved me a bunch of time and money, and helped me get my oven working again quickly. Great service.

Highly recommended! We purchased a Smeg dishwasher and we are very pleased with the outstanding customer service from start to finish. We had trouble installing the dishwasher ourselves and called for some pointers. The owner and another technician came out to our home and finished the install for us. You won’t be disappointed!

I contacted the range store to get my oven replaced on short notice. A wind storm caused a surge which fried my oven, which was old enough that I couldnt buy replacement parts. Within minutes of speaking to the Range Store, they tracked down several ranges in stock that fit my needs, and helped me pick my range. The hard part about this task was the fact that Covid has caused a world wide shortage of appliances, making it hard to find a range without waiting several months. The Range Store had plenty to pick from in stock. They offer repairs and servicing on their ranges as well; their service plan is worth it. I would definitely recommend them to anybody.

Dmitri and Nazar arrived to fix my oven’s igniter, which they did. But then not only did they volunteer to vacuum behind the pulled-out oven, they volunteered to take down my range hood and clean out its years of grease. I’m speechless with gratitude.

My wife and I visited the store one Saturday. We purchased a range that required out of state delivery which experienced challenges do to the holiday season. Purchased a secondary Viking Range top from the Range Store. The range arrived packaged extremely well to ensure absolutely no chance of damage (wooden crate with cribbing etc). More than anything the level of communication with the seller was excellent.I purchased the unit as seen in photos and did not recognize that the drip tray for the griddle was not pictured. When the unit arrived it was not included in the shipment. When I contacted the Range store, they were very accomodating and offered to ship a new drip tray from Viking. I’m afraid that if I had dealt with any other vendor, I would have been told ‘sold as is’ but this store went above and beyond in my opinion.
