Great selection and super friendly staff!

I worked directly with Mark Rivers and he took customer service and professionalism to the next level. We ran into a couple of delivery issues with the vendor who was providing one of the fixtures we ordered (not at all a reflection on Masterpiece, it was all the vendor’s fault) and Mark took care of everything, made it a priority, and kept us updated via text every step of the way until the issue was resolved. Both the pre-sale and post-sale experience was exemplary, and I’ll never buy lighting from anybody else again.

I took my Visual Comfort Billiard ceiling light to the Mid-Town location today because it had issues with the wiring and one of the bulb sockets. I had previously visited them before Christmas when they were able to find a replacement socket for the piece, but fixing the wiring was beyond me. Phil worked on it for nearly an hour and was abe to fix it and tested it to make sure that it worked. This was a complimentary service even though I myself had not purchsed the fixture originally. Above and beyond service. Thank you again!

Though this store has an enormous inventory of lighting, I wont return until after the pandemic is over. The concierge, the salesman who helped me, and a customer near me all were without masks during a time that Georgia is in the red danger zone. This is a blatant disregard for the health and safety of customers and staff.

I worked with Jessica Kist on a few replacements in my personal home and she was great. Even though I told her exactly what I thought I wanted, she knew better and quickly processed everything I told her in order to find products that I love, and of course were nothing like what I told her I wanted. She gave great advise and I am super happy with my lights and fans. Jessica called to arrange delivery of my purchases to my home as soon as they arrived at Masterpiece. Since then, she is my go to recommendation for real estate clients with lighting needs. She works with any budget and responds efficiently and thoroughly. I will use and recommend Jessica at every opportunity.

It was a pretty casual experience. They carried more picture lighting than any other store I visited in the immediate area. I was attempting to do my part by shopping locally versus shipping online. Though I didnt find what I was looking for z I will definitely visit again for my other home lighting needs.

I had a malfunctioning rail lighting transformer that was going to be minimum $600 to replace. Masterpiece vice president steppped in and personally trouble shot the device, even though it was a manufacturer they didnt represent. He then had a part ordered and upon its arrival he personally installed the replacement part.For less than 10% of lowest cost found online my problem was resolved.A customer service experience that will remembered.Thank you Masterpiece!

Masterpiece Lighting is just THAT. The staff is trained incredibly in lighting layout and is up to date on all the latest LED and other fixtures. There is years of experience there .The selection of fixtures is tremendous .I have worked with them on hundreds of residential and commercial jobs and have always been very pleased. My clients have been guided with one on one planning advice.The Hardware department is also the best in Atlanta. Huge display and great experience and access to anything you want.

Ive bought light multiple fixtures from Masterpiece over the years for kitchen and bath. Recently, one of my kitchen pendant lights that Ive had for years stopped working. My DIY repair worked for a while, but after that failed I brought the fixture in. Marsha and Phil were both extremely helpful. Phil did a great job troubleshooting the problem, and made the repair with a brand new part at no extra charge. He even gave me a replacement glass globe to cover the bulb (I had broken the original years ago). Great service and very helpful all around. Happy to have the fixture working again like new. I highly recommend Masterpiece for both its products and service.

My wife recently visited as we’re looking to add recessed lighting and a ceiling fan in our bedroom. I was hoping that a “lighting consultant” could help recommend placement of the lights. They provided no assistance and my wife was told that they can only sell the parts. There were also a limited selection of fans to view and my wife was directed to their website. Again, very little assistance. I was disappointed in the experience after seeing previous reviews and based on what they put on their website about having certified lighting consultants.

The pricing for lamps and lighting is always difficult to gauge, but Masterpiece is not out of line with other competitors in the area. They have fair pricing and a good selection. Ill definitely be back.

Im a contractor in the area and have used Masterpiece hundreds of times. Theyre the best, and the staff is very good. Sometimes things can go awry in the construction business, but 99% of the time things go smoothly with Masterpiece and our customers are happy.
