My husband and I bought a Samsung glass top, electric stove about 6 years ago. It has worked great for us - until a few weeks ago. My family and I were on vacation. My brother, who has special needs, was at our home watching our dog and house sitting. The day before we came back home, he called and reported that our stove light would not turn off and the computer screen was acting all crazy. We did not think too much of it and told him to just not use the oven and if he was worried to call our brother to come help/check on things.When my husband and I got home, we saw the light on and messed up digital screen - My husband reported to me about smelling an odd smell and wondered what it was (I just thought it was our stink from traveling and having our house shut up while we were gone)...my husband asked my brother if it had rained or stormed or if the power had been out. No, it had not. Then, my husband thought if we unplugged it and plugged it back in that it would be fine...I wish it were that simple.When my husband removed the stove from the wall, immediately he noticed the black smoke/film covering the back of our stove. He unplugged it. Then, he proceeded to take off back panel to investigate and noticed that our computer board had fried - not only fried but apparently caught on a small fire. How scary!!!! We are sooooo very thankful that God protected my special needs brother, our house and our pet from what could have been! My brother had not used the stove and there should not have been ANY reason that this happened. I am appalled at the internal makings of this stove - although it was not brand new - This should not have happened. This could have cost lives and livelihood. I am saddened, shocked and disappointed in Samsung.

We own the Samsung refrigerator, twin cooling plus model, 4 years old. Ice maker chronically malfunctions which appears to be a widespread problem with this product. Now, a fan is also making a very loud noise. After calling Samsung and speaking with 2 different representatives, their only solution was for me to pay $100+ any costs for repair/ parts for third party repair company. Very disappointing for a big brand company to deliver such a poor quality product and offer no remedy on their behalf. Would never recommend or purchase another Samsung appliance.

I am very disappointed with my experience with best buy/samsung. I was supposed to receive a complementary gear fit watch with the purchase of the 7s edge phone back in January. After about 3 weeks I went to best but to see why I had not receive this watch in the mail yet. They then informed me that for some reason the promotion was denied and I would have to talk to samsung promotions. That is when the beginning of this craziness happened. I have spent the last 8 months going back and forth with Samsung promotions. I had to make about 5 phone calls just to receive one email from samsung promotions, then by the time they received the information that they needed they informed me that the promotion was over and they couldnt help me. I feel completely ripped off and outraged. The one time that I decided to do the promotion I spent months being frustrated and forced to fix a mistake that best buy made. In all of this the only issue that they had was that best buy didnt enter the purchase date.. yet i am the one who is stuck fixing their mistake and still without my watch. All I wanted and still wish I had was the watch. I never buy brand new phones or buy for a promotion and I can tell you for sure after this experience I will not be doing so or be bringing my business back to best buy again. I also want to say that best buy and Samsung both wouldnt give me the correct corporate number to file a complaint. All I wanted was for my issues to be resolved. This is one of the worst costumer service experience i have ever had to deal with.

Have had the worst experience with galaxy I have had a s7 edge for a little over a year. Have gone through 3 phones because my phone was over heating second time it didnt want to turn on 3 time it didnt want to charge and now my phone tells me I have water in the usb port and wont charge my phone it has not been in water or near water. I want to warn others about this phone they are awful and I would like to go back to iPhone I have never had so many problems with a phone before. Unfortunately for me I still owe $240.00 on this phone so I am stuck with it. Once Im done paying it off I will do my switch to iPhone these are awful phones beware buyers...!!

Samsung Refrigerator RF28Worst investment ever, 2 years old and ice maker is failing (look up online) and now the top section will not cool. Pretty handy at fixing things and cannot find any literature on how to get to the evaporative coil that is freezing up to see if I can clean. Spent a lot of money and shouldn’t have to do at all.DO NOT BUY!!!!

My experience has been a knight mare!..had a samsung s7 cell. One day started to tyrn on and off, i send it to repair and when i got it back: wont recognize any SIM cause now is block. I gave about 3 weeks trying to get samsung repair center to fix it and they said thats not their problem.. i even went to best buy repair site and speak with manager. Still they are unable to fix it...i am so disappointed with Samsung...

Please! Please! Be aware of Samsung appliances! We purchased a side by side refrigerator from Lowes. It was less than 90 days old and it quit working while we were out of town for a week. Everything in the frig was ruined and there were maggots infestation. We called Samsung and they scheduled A&E to come out. They came out after a week and said they would need to order the parts and it would be another week before they could come back. We tried to show him how bad it was infested in the areas that could not be cleaned. He slammed the door and told my wife he wasnt here to see what it looked like just to fix what was wrong. We called Samsung back and they said the technician would have to deem it unsafe before they could proceed. A&E refused to come back and said they were only interested in fixing the problem with the refrigerator not working. I called Samsung several times and they keep telling me they would have someone return my call the next day. They never did. My wife called Lowes and asked the manager if he could help in any way. He agreed to give us half of the $1700 so we could purchase another refrigerator and to see if Samsung would pay the other half. Lowes was very prompt on getting us a new refrigerator delivered the next day. The guys who picked up the bad refrigerator said it would have to be junked because it could not be cleaned enough to be safe health wise. I called Samsung Customer Care for 11 days before I received an answer on them giving us half of the purchase price we paid for the refrigerator. They were very rude and said they would only fix the refrigerator, it was my fault for the insect infestation. I asked them what was I supposed to do stay home and make sure the refrigerator doesnt quit working. We looked online and there have been many complaints of their refrigerators to stop working and also maggots getting into the refrigerator. Like I stated earlier Lowes was great but we will never purchase a Samsung product again. They are very rude and do not care about you the customer. If you read this and still purchase a Samsung product remember that if you have any problems, just say I read this and should have listened. Then kick yourself in the butt!!!!

I have spoken with T-mobile regarding this crappy Samsung S7 that has a zillion issues and it is less than 1 year old. I need to use a phone and cannot use the one I purchased. So sorry about this.

TV Less than a year old and has stopped working. Warranty says Repair or Replace! After over Three weeks NO Help from Samsung. They keep making excuses! Worse Customer Service EVER!!

Garbage, a year old television quits, then I call the customer service and no one understands English and I don’t understand what they are speaking. I’m not sure if it was a gaggle or a cluster.
