So far so good! Love the way my frameless shower door looks. The reason for the 4 star and not 5 star, my hardware doesnt match the style. The handle and clips are square but the hinges are curved.

I was given a price 350 more expensive then MC Glass company. So glad I found these guys. They came out and measured and a few weeks later our beautiful shower door was installed. Excellent job from start to completion. I highly recommend.

They removed a 12’ x 7’ three panel mirror from my basement wall. I repaired the cracks in the wall & they reinstalled the mirror. They did a flawless job. Not a broken mirror! I had another company look at the same job and they declined to bid on it because of the high likelihood that the mirrors would break.The only minor complaint is that the office people don’t always communicate. This resulted in extra time to make arrangements.

The sweep on my shower door was falling off, so the door would not stay closed. MG Glass was extremely easy to work with. I sent them a picture of the shower door and 2 hours later they had 2 technicians out to fix it. They are reasonably-priced, professional, and communicate well. I highly recommend them!

MG glass responded quickly to my email. We emailed back and forth 3 times, then they called me and set up an appointment. The repairmen showed up right on time, and fixed it incredibly quick! 2 windows were done and they were gone less than 45 min after arriving! It was a great price as well, a little bit lower than other quotes Id gotten. Heartily recommended!

Poor, poor and extremely disappointing!!!!First of all, they came to my property to install two shower doors and the very first day they were there there were several problems that happened right away one my upstairs shower. The shower was measured incorrectly and the main glass panel would not fit and upon further inspection it was chipped. I pointed it out to the tech he said that he called the company and they would put a rush order on it and let me know by the end of the day how soon I could get it back. The end of the day came and absolutely no response from the company. The following day I waited until noon and still no response from the company. I called and they said that they were still waiting on the vendor to get back to them with a resolution. Once the company returned my calls, they told me that it would be 7 to 10 more business days and that they will try to get it here sooner. Seven days later they told me that the product was in our schedule appointment. Once the technicians brought the glass in the residence the technicians once again broke one of the doors. Disappointingly, the company did not even contact me to let me know that there was another problem with my delivery. I arrived the following day to find out that this job has not been completed once again and that they were glass shards all over my floor and in my bathtub. I called the company and once again. I had to wait to get a response from the company another 7 to 10 business days. At this point, my job has now been pushed back three weeks. When the company finally delivered the third replacement glass order, they told me that it would be installed on a friday between 10 and 12. Disappointingly, no one showed up on the new scheduled appointment time. I got a phone call at 5:30 pm on that friday from the technician informing that he was obviously late and asking me if I could do work on the weekend. At this point there has been No communication from the main office whatsoever. In addition, this company was contracted to install more glass pieces in my master bathroom pushing the entire project at least 21days behind schedule!!!!!! To add further insult, as soon as they were finished with the job, within 24 hours they were calling to get final payment. I explained to the company that I had yet to inspect the final work and that As soon as I did I would get back to them in a timely manner to complete final payment. I received an email from them stating that they were told that they would receive a check and that they were processing the payment I did not authorize this payment I will never recommend this company for any job!!!! The owner seems like a really nice guy but he needs to talk to his office staff and let them know they need to do a better job at communicating and being professional. If there was a way to give zero stars I would!!!! This company does not deserve the one star I gave and I would not use this company and would not recommend this company!!!

Very professional team, came by earlier than anticipated due to being in the area on another, but it all worked out!

I had a window that had been damaged that needed fixing. I contacted MG Glass for a quote. They responded quickly to an email submission and they had a technician available very quickly.We got several quotes and they were all in the ball park. I went with MG because they were the quickest to respond. On the day of installation, they called ahead to let me know they were about 40 minutes away and they showed up on time.The install team came in, removed the window, and had the replacement installed in the frame and back in place in less than 30 minutes. It no doubt would have taken me an entire weekend to figure it out and then probably not even fix it correctly.Do yourself a favor. Call these folks and spend the extra time with the family or taking care of the business. I definitely recommend MG Glass to my friends and neighbors.

The installers, Saul and Miguel, were incredibly meticulous in custom installing my shower doors so they were absolutely even and level with uniform gaps between doors and the wall. The initial process of selecting the door design was a bit difficult due to some confusion about the orientation of the hinge and door opening direction, but was resolved after multiple emails and phone calls.

I hired MG GLASS to remove a large 3 panel wall mirror in our master bath. The rep was impressive! Not one crack in mirrors. They cut mirrors , cleaned off old glue and re installed to fit our new vanity quartz countertop. The staff and crew are friendly, and perform flawless work!!

MG Glass Install Team just completed a fantastic job installing a glass enclosure for a shower. While I had no doubt they did great work basedon the reviews and ratings other customers have offered up, I was very concerned about whether they would be able to do their best work knowing what a terrible, uneven job the tile guys had done on the curb and walls. There were so many variations of proper slope, level and plumb I was sure anyone could design through or around the problems and engineer and install a glass enclosure that was dead-on plumb and level. MG Glass did. They installed the glass as if there was no problem to worry about. Turns out that because they had worked out all the tile kinks using something like cad-cam so the shape of the glazing components all fit the tile surfaces and still ended up being perfectlyplumb and level as an enclosure.Your eye is drawn to how great MG Glass work looks. No one is likely to notice the tile problems the glass has to sit on or butt up against to work.You have to understand more than glass to be great in the glazing business and, clearly, MG Glass does. Its a great company with greatpeople who deliver on everything promoted and promised . Thanks to all involved. Frank

They stayed for me to drop off picture to replace glass and stayed late for me to pick up. We scheduled a visit to replace curved glass in an antique hutch. They were on time and very pleasant. Cant wait to get the glass in the hutch replaced and fixed! They had to special order the curved glass.

Very happy with the lead technician for figuring out and setting up my glass table.Everyone in the organization was very helpful, Respectful and friendly.Unfortunately my appointment time was not set according to what I was told, although I called right away to pay for the part and was told that it would come in about 2-3 business days.On any other occasion this would have been ok, but time was an issue.

The installers were very courteous and took great care when replacing a window in my high-rise condo. They did not want any glass to fall on people or cars below and spent a great deal of time ensuring this did not happen.The replacement window was ready for installation much sooner than originally estimated. This was my first experience with MG Glass and I feel it is import for people to know how I was treated by them.I ordered a 32x32x1/4 tempered glass table top from MG Glass. After getting it home and while cleaning it I noticed a cluster of small pits in one surface of the glass. That was disappointing, but since the pits could only be seen very close up, I let it go. Then my wife noticed that the glass had wavy distortions in it. At that point I was concerned that the glass was not properly tempered or heat treated. Not being an expert on glass, my intention was to address this concern with MG Glass after the weekend. We have tempered glass in other parts of our house and that tempered glass does not have any distortions we can discern.Before the end of the weekend we noticed one of the edges of the glass developed a 2 inch crack perpendicular to the edge. Nothing had hit the glass that would cause such a failure. In addition, it is my understanding from the MG Glass salesperson I purchased the glass from that tempered glass does not crack in straight lines like this glass did. She told me tempered glass is much stronger than normal glass and it disintegrates into tiny pieces of glass if it does break so as to avoid serious injury. The salespersons assurance of this safety factor is the reason I went with tempered glass instead of the less expensive regular glass.After seeing the crack develop, I took a picture of the crack and wrote an email to MG Glass about this defect, with the picture attached, and asked them to advise us on how this would be handled. I was and I am concerned if I try to pick the glass up it will break into large sharp pieces that could cause serious injury.Their president wrote us back disclaiming any responsibility for the defect and included this statement in his email Without taking this to a level that is unpleasant for both of us, .... I never said anything in my email that would indicate that I wanted to make anything unpleasant for anyone, nor was I angry, and I had made no demands in my email. I was simply concerned about the glass, relayed the facts, and was hoping that MG Glass would take responsibility for it. The presidents uncalled for statement makes me wonder if I am not the first person to have this problem. In any case, I believe the glass is defective and dangerous and I am extremely disappointed that MG Glass and its president do not seem concerned that they may be selling defective tempered glass to their customers.UPDATEThe president of MG Glass has now implied in an email that I have lied about someone striking the glass. In his words This chip would have had to have a substantial impact for it to occur. Why not just accept the probability that someone on your end damaged it and stop making it my fault? We live alone and there was no slight impact let alone a substantial impact. There is also the issue of the wavy distortion in the glass that MG Glass has so far ignored.UPDATE 1/10/2018In response to the owners claim that the crack is a scratch (statement now removed from comment below) ... I inspected the defect in the glass after it appeared and it was a slightly less than two inch crack that has no width at the surface and extends deep into the glass. In MG Glasss response to my Better Business Bureau complaint they stated Now it has a 3 inch long scratch ... Somehow the scratch grew from less than two inches to three inches. Scratches cant grow, cracks can.I received a letter from MG Glasss lawyer threatening to sue me unless I delete this review and get the BBB to retract my complaint. These are a true account of what happened, so I will not be removing anything.Update 1/24/2018The BBB doesnt takes sides (see comment below). They simply told me there was nothing else they could do to help me.I then disputed the credit card charge and and the credit card company found in my favor and refunded me.

A month ago Steven personally did some shelf’s for my mother’s cerio cabinet. I did the best I could on the demintions and brought them to Steven. I showed pictures of another cerio cabinet shelf that she had. And we recommended to go a littler bigger and it would work. I received the shelf’s a week later and they fit to a tee. My mother was so proud about the shelf’s. She was nervous that they may have not fit before she got the shelf’s. They came nicely wrapped, and very beautifully done.
