After dealing with 3 different employees being sent to my apartment to fix a window, 1 who didnt have the right equipment to do the job, 1 who cut the glass too short and tried to use rubber and silicone to hold the window in (it fell out) and 1 who came for the wrong job and then left, today yet another came by who was unable to do what this company previously promised my landlord and myself. This time Im finally leaving a review because in the middle of a pandemic, without knowing the age or risk factor of the client, this man entered my home, without a mask and without warning. When asked, he said he wasnt vaccinated like it was the most ridiculous question he had ever been asked. Not once did he apologize for entering my apartmeant and scaring me or for walking around my house, maskless and putting me at risk. At no point did the seriousness of what he did, that he could give me a disease that could BEST CASE SCENARIO cost me weeks of lost pay and expenses, seem to occur to him. At all.And then after putting me at risk, THE WINDOW ISNT INSTALLED CORRECTLY. Like!?!?!

A well organized organization, very friendly and they get the job done . They do there all to make sure the problem is situated.

Shady management. Not honest. Doesn’t give you proper coaching or leadership. No bonus. No PTO.Advice to ManagementAndy Duke...Be honest with your employees. If they have an issue help them resolve it. You are doing your customers a disservice by creating so much turnover they don’t know who their sales rep is. Treat your sales reps like they are people not just numbersAll leads are way under paid. Helpers make more than the ones that have more job knowledge. Not a company I would recommend. The safety and wellbeing of employees does not matter. Not all employees are properly certified as needed to perform everyday tasks. NOT ALL employees are EPA certified like they should be... I asked to speak to H.R an a hr later was layed offThanks an hope these helps to others
