Couldn’t even get glass because I wouldn’t let them sell me what I didn’t need. I’m a professional framer and they tried to upsell me 2 sheets of glass then refused the order totally, don’t waste your time unless u need to be told what you need done

I first meet Brian Diamond and company 3 years ago while working in Smyrna. I had hope that his personally ran business would translate into higher customer service. I was sorely disappointed to find out this was not the case.I contacted the company because I wanted new windows for my home. It was to be a complete renovation of existing windows and the addition of two. A gentleman who was very pleasant came to my home during my lunch. He looked at every window and said that Brian would give me a quote. After two weeks I received and email from Brian stating that I should contact someone else but the referral was a dead end and the person never answered the phone.I am extremely disappointed and will never solicit Brian Diamond glass for any home job especially if you dont live in mansion or have a commercial building.It is apparent in the way they handle smaller jobs that they are doing well with commercial jobs. Please dont waste your time being made to feel small.***And to the owners reply, that would mean that your front office miscommunicated my desires and the technician that came out and spent an hour measuring my windows to give me a quote did not know your company was a glass only company. Thats completely unacceptable and a total waste of my time.

We have been working with these guys for over 6 years! They have stayed open late for us and opened early. They bend over backwards for us. They have done rush jobs for us without any complaints. These guys are wonferful, outstanding, and unique! Thanks guys!!

So recently I got my car broken into and my insurance company put me through Safelite to help fix my windows they both were shattered and apparently they signed an agreement for it to be $900 almost $1000 and there was no way I could pay or afford $1000 for two windows so Im calling up a whole bunch of family to help me pay for this and the day I was supposed to go and get it fixed I decided to do some research and Brian diamond glass company pops up so I decided to give them a call !.. I told the sweet lady the situation and they gave me a price and it was half the price for $400 !! I started jumping up-and-down and thanking Jesus that I found Brian diamond company ! They were quick very nice to me and Im so appreciative of them I also have to get my windshield fixed so I will be back to see them !! Thank yall so much !

I have tried multiple times to get in contact with this company, only to be rescheduled and given the run around. He never came out to do the work and it’s going on week 3. I will go somewhere else where my business is wanted. Do not use.

I just called tt get a quote and the lady that ananswer was extremely rude and such a smart @ss. All I wanted was a quote, instead I got a bad attitude. I hate giving one star but cuscusto service is very important.

Horrible. Called to have the window in my car replaced and was met with a very rude phone call. Tried to schedule a time to bring my car in and was told no repeatedly. Would not recommend.
