I called this location for details about a repair for my Fitbit. I didn’t get his name, but one of the associates at the location was upfront and informative about the process (he said being it in, and we will have to look at it; he quoted me a price point). He was also professional. When I arrived at the location, there was not bait and switch. It was just as described on the phone. He was very quick with the repair. Greatly appreciate this location!

I wish I could give less than one star. Brought my phone in at the beginning of September with a cracked screen for it to get replaced. Easy enough. The top third of the screen wasnt responding but the phone was perfectly functional. I even used the GPS to get here and had a few video calls before turning it in.Days later I was told the screen had been replaced but that the camera didnt work now (?) And needed to be replaced for an extra 175 dollars. Like I said, the camera, like everything else, was perfectly functional before being brought in. I thought I might as well get another phone at this point with how much it was going to cost me to fix it, so I told them to just reverse the fix and give it back so that I would be able to transfer all of my information to a new phone.Picked up days later and the phone never turned on again. I had my entire life and extremely important memories in this phone so I called back to ask if they could help me just turn it back on to retrieve my data. They kept it for a few days and said nothing worked...They called me to come pick it up. Broken. Not being able to turn on or access anything.No accountability. Just referring me to expensive data recovery services with other companies to see if they could do anything for me.Had pay to get a new phone and lost everything I had in the old one.Wish I never came here at all.

When you take your phone to a place like uBreakiFix, you expect it to come back better than you left it. That was not my experience. I entrusted uBreakiFix in Emory Pointe with a repair to the back glass lens of my iPhone 12 Pro. It had a small hairline crack but no puncture or damage to the actual lens itself due to a drop. The photos were actually pretty good. Rather than open the phone and replace the glass element the proper way, the representative told me that they cracked out the glass to get it out so they could put on the new one. This is very risky and can cause damage to the camera itself. Its the lazy way to fix it. I would have attempted the repair myself but wanted to bring it to a professional knowing the damage I could cause. I felt I could trust them. Anyway, after taking the phone outside under the sun, sure enough, I noticed a crack in the glass element of the camera and pictures are worse than when I brought it in. I brought the phone right back, and after a very whispery conversation in the back, the representative came out to tell me that its not their fault and the burden of proof is on me. The chip was not there before and the only way to chip it is when it is opened up. They are the only ones who have ever opened it. No responsibility taken and an unhappy customer over here. I would reconsider before bringing your repair here. uBreakweBreakitMore

Absolutely fantastic customer-centric service when I got my Pixel 4 XL batteries replaced, especially given the pandemic restrictions. Im not a diva by any stretch, but I chilled outside in the sun and they were kind enough to accommodate me by walking outside with my phone and such. Kind, informative, professional, and worth it.

Edit: I picked up my phone today and was greeted very professionally and with great customer service in regards to my situation. The manager personally apologized for my situation even though my repair came in before he took over and very generously discounted the repair. Im not sure if my situation was a problem from previous management or if its the whole chain, but whatever the case, the current uBreakiFix has excellent quality, excellent customer service, and handles problems very personally and delicately for anyone with a tech problem.I came into uBreakiFix on August 28th with a boot loop issue on my phone, and I was told that it would take some time since they were busy with some other repairs. However, its been about 3 weeks and all Im getting is poor communication.Their online website has a device tracking tab, which has been all but helpful since the last time it was updated - August 28th.They had to ship my phone out to another location to repair, which was fine, but I expect at least consistent updates on the status of the repair.Sometimes I call and get a response that my phone has been fixed and is now shipping on its way (about a week and a half ago) and other times I get a response saying it hasnt been fixed and is only past the diagnostic stage (a couple days ago).Emailing the support team on their website isnt helpful either, as Ive received no response in the past couple of days.As of right now, Im still waiting on any news, but if you want a timely repair while being able to know how your phone is doing, you should look elsewhere.

Experience was okay. Staff is somewhat friendly. I think the guy in the front was overwhelmed being himself. Very busy and long wait times. I came here because of Ausurion through AT&T. The store was very clean and atmosphere was pleasant. I feel like they need to improve in other areas.

You have to pay for Parking but other than that service was fast and easy.

Great Experience! Replaced a laptop battery. When talked by phone, they didnt have in stock, so they put order in. Contacted me a couple of days later when it arrived, didnt make any promises when I arrived to drop off, but I was able to walk out with new battery installed in just over an hour. I was expecting to have to leave it overnight, so I was very, very impressed. Super fast, very courteous, everything works fine. Needless to say, they definitely exceeded my expectations.

PLEASE DO NOT LET THIS STORE REPAIR YOUR PIXEL. I brought mine in for a cracked screen, no big deal, right? A few days later I notice my screen DETACHED from the phone. I immediately called and they said they did not have the adhesive from Google but they could do a temporary adhesive until they got the correct one in. I brought it in as soon as I could. That adhesive started coming loose too while I was on vacation a few days later. I called and they said they had the Google one in stock and they would set it aside for me. I brought my phone in as soon as I could (again). Two days later it starts falling off. I called the store and asked for a refund and they said the best they could do was put my OLD CRACKED SCREEN back on and then they could do a refund. I said why would I do that because then I would have LESS than what I started with. After that, I would have a CRACKED SCREEN that also FALLS OFF. At this point I wish I would have saved my $140 it cost to repair the broken screen and just bought a new pixel altogether. PLEASE DONT BRING YOUR PHONE HERE. Its not worth it to leave it there for 2 hours each time just to have to come back a few days later.

UBREAKIFIX was an absolute lifesaver!! My phone screen has completely gone black and I couldn’t log in to complete the backup. UBreakIFix put a temp screen on and was able to complete my backup so all my info, pics, and apps weren’t lost. They did this with smiles on their faces and willing to answer all of my questions! Really bad experience, first time i went there and once i got it back the bottom half of the screen just wasn’t functional. i brought it back and it was fixed with 1. no face id, 2. high sensitivity screen - it would just disable itself in my pocket because it would just type in anything. clearly doesn’t use high quality products and probably isn’t repaired with much effort. now, the right side of my screen has literally popped out and i’m assuming dust is going in there >:(. wouldn’t recommend.

Ive actually been a customer before, years ago for the exact same ps4 issue. Theyre always helpful, honest about what they know and nice people. Good service. They repaired my switch lites, couldnt fix my 2dsxl due to a part not being made anymore. No issues. Communication couldve been a bit better. But overall satisfied.

I did not like when you drop your phone off. The technician shouldnt ask you for your Pin. To access your phone. Your only getting a screen replaced..I gave my pin. When I received my phone back. I noticed my access to my bank information had changed. For example I have on all my banks information authentication code. When I received it back it was no longer there. I called my banks. They said someone had access my account during the time span it was in uBreakiFixpossession.So consumers please beware of this FRAUDULENT unprofessional behavior.. This was at the Emory commons location.Update- Thanks for locating my work order and emailing me back. TO ALL CUSTOMERS.. The outcome please make sure to have all apps closed. So that the technician will not access your bank accounts and other information. Unsure how that helps win you have to give your pin.

I came to the store here in Emory drop my Mac book off and they had my computer for some days a complete waste of time they charge my card for asurion protection plan and now I was in the store and they can’t find my computer after sending me a email that they opt out not to fix watch whom you trust when you ha e your personal info

This was so easy. I filed a claim to get my screen fixed through AT&T, suggested repair places came up. I picked this because it was near my house.. Two hours later, good as new.

Staffs here are very accomodating, helpful and patient. It is by appointment and caters all your mobile/gadget issues. Fast service like screen replacement that only takes 3-4hrs. Your parking ticket will be validated by them if the waiting time takes longer than expected, so dont worry. Samsung Care is located here aswell, but coordinate well with Samsung care provider so that your transaction will be smoorh once you arrive here. In total, I trust their work and service is fantastic.

Needed to have a cracked phone screen repaired and I couldnt have asked for a better experience. I have a high risk family member so I was hoping they had curbside assistance which they do. The staff also wore masks and seemed to be careful with observing proper protocols during this crazy time. My phone was ready in about 2.5 hrs and came out super shiny and practically new. The staff couldnt have been any more polite and helpful during the whole process.

They ate fast very friendly and fast, I think their charge was somewhat high to fix my screen on my Note 10, but my phone works great now and service was fast. I paid the $261. charge because my screen was cracked in 2 places and half the screen became unresponsive to touch and typing on keypad was difficult at best. I would recommend them because they are professional, courteous and friendly and the repair was great.

This is a samsung certified repair company, that claims to do water testing during repair. (screen replacement in my case) 6 weeks after repair My note 9 fell into the sink while I was washing my hands, it wasnt fully submerged in water and was immediately removed and dried. Condensation was visible in the camera lenses and the screen started glitching. I had to buy a new phone after spending almost $300 on what I thought was a water tight repair.

Pixel XL would shut off @ 30% 40% 50% progressively. knew the battery was on its way out. Stopped in today, they said itd take about 2 hrs and $80 later. New battery. Painless. Free WiFi in store. Nice shops & restaurants nearby. What more do you want?

These people are so thoughtful and thorough. in the past they flawlessly replaced a cracked screen and most recently made a valiant effort to save another device. Even though they werent able to fix the phone they were persistent in trying not only the by-the-book methods but other ideas that we gave them. They also at the end of the day didnt charge us anything given that they were unable to fix the device. Very happy with their service and will certainly use them again when needed.

Only complaint is it takes FOREVER to take your order and get the process started. Plan on sitting around 20+ minutes watching the worker type into the computer.Once hes done typing, the repair was fine.Set your expectations accordingly and factor that wait time into your price comparisons.

I brought my iPhone here last year for a new screen. It was fixed in a few hours, and has been going strong since. This week, I brought my husbands phone in because the charge port wasnt working. Turns out, it was just clogged with lint. The employee cleaned it out for me in a few seconds and even showed me the best way to clean it out myself, all free of charge. They were able to diagnose the issue for free, and i was able to fix it for a small fraction of what a new phone wouldve cost me. Took my Google Pixel 3a in for screen replacement -- after repair the corner of screen was peeling upward. Took it back in for corner to be fixed -- they tried but could not fix it. Soon after that same corner developed a crack. They refused to fix it. Would not recommend

Tyler is not a people person he didnt take the time to listen to my issues. I had a sd card put in my phone wanted my pictures put on it they still not on there. Instead of ensuring all my questions were answered he assumed they were. Got home to find no pictures on my sd card and when I called he wanted me to return to the store instead of BEFORE I LEFT he shouldve been asking and ensuring all questions were answered and my issues resolved. If I returned I wouldnt want Tyler working with me again. Didnt get the resolution as to why at times my phone doesnt alert me to emails nor text messages. Sometimes I get calls and the phone makes no sound...
