They were unable to return my fathers phone to full functionality but they were able to fix one of two problems the phone had. They still get 5 stars because they were transparent, pleasant, and incredibly accommodating. Alex and Gabriel were an absolute pleasure to work with and I cant recommend this shop enough.

I initially came in because my phone battery had started expanding so I needed to get it replaced. They didnt have the specific battery in stock but I needed to get it fixed as soon as possible since it was a safety hazard. I purchased the battery from a different store and brought it back to Lifeline. They told me because they didnt supply the part there would be no warranty on the battery itself, which I was ok with. I asked if there would be any kind of warranty and the manager, Alex, told me there would be a 4 month warranty on the work itself (i.e. if the adhesive to re-attach my screen didnt stick, etc.).They were initially very nice and helpful and I would have gladly given them a high review after that first interaction.However, after I brought my phone home I noticed my microphone wasnt working during phone calls - the person on the other end of the line couldnt hear me. When I called Lifeline the manager told me there was no kind of warranty on my phone OR for the labor and claimed he never told me that during the initial repair. Two different employees, including the manager, had told me there would be warranty on the labor.He only offered to take it in as a new repair, which I would have to pay for. Im upset because I initially came in to get my phone fixed so I wouldnt have to buy a new phone all together. Now it looks like Ill probably have to get a new phone, because Im not going to pay them to fix something that they broke.

This place is LEGIT! Best customer experience Ive had in a long time. I was told by other phone repair shops that my iPhone screen couldnt be fixed b/c the screws on it were stripped. Not only was LifeLine able to fix it, but they had the replacement done in only 10 minutes! Super knowledgeable and friendly. Would recommend to anyone.

Not senior friendly, I bought a glass screen cover back in August of 2020. based on their recommendation along w/ their monthly warranty plan after spending $400+ to fix my phone. They were unable to fulfil order. They said I had to come in personally during the raging Covid situation. Today, 5-22, they refused to refund my money because it was over the allotted time for refunds. TIme limits were never mentioned. I am going to appeal to the higher-ups with the hopes to get my money back. Their businesse practices are not good for senior customers who have to take thir health seriously Why are they making it so unbelievably diificult?

Samsung galaxy had been labeled unrepairable Told this senior citizen to have phone checked by Lifeline before refund issued. Charles at Lifeline was very knowledgable and personable. Fixed my phone while I waited a few minutes. That is no small thing for my phone I couldnT do wothout. LOVE THOSE Folks!

This is NOT a laptop repair place. Dropped off my computer with nothing more than my name written on a sticky note. When I didnt hear anything, I went by. Guy told me it needed something more than he could do and said they would call me when next guy was in. When I still didnt hear back, I went by again. They handed my computer and told me it wasnt fixable. Went down the street to a different guy, and he diagnosed it, and ordered the correct parts. If you are going to be terrible at customer service, be really good with computers. But you cant be bad at both.

This place is still open despite the quarantine (because many people consider having a phone to be essential). In any event, they are observing all precautions to ensure cleanliness and distance between the employee and customers. I went there today to have my phone repaired and they did a great job. Very professional and easy to work with. Strong recommend, if needed!

My Surface Pro stopped charging 4 days out of warranty. They repaired it promptly and professionally, warning that the screen might crack on removal. Alex has a lot of experience with the Surface, being one of the first shops in Atlanta to provide service on them.He was able to repair it with no screen damage, and the repair carries a warranty. Will definitely keep them in mind for any (inevitable) phone screen repairs.

LifeLine repairs on Briarcliff was great. They fixed he screen on my laptop and had me back up and running within a week at reasonable price. Alex was great explained the damage I had and gave me some helpful tips on how to avoid the issue in the future. They’ll definite get my business in the future!

My phone was so extremely messed up I couldn’t even see the screen & it was beginning to mess with my eyes. I have insurance through my phone company but could I never schedule an appointment or get a phone call returned so I went to Lifeline and they fixed my phone in less than 30 minutes, it’s like brand new! Extremely informative, helpful, and polite. Looking into cancelling my insurance through my phone company and signing up Lifeline’s insurance instead. Thank you Alex!!!

Not all Lifelines are created equal, but if you have to fix something, go to this location at Briarcliff and look for Alex.I called a few locations some of the closer ones werent customer centric (aka Cobb) but Alex from Briarcliff was informative, confident and straightforward without being rude. He fixed my device in a very short time when I walked over to get a cup of coffee and before I finished it, and informed me next steps and their warranty in case this doesnt work. If i have to fix it again, I will be willing to drive across town and see him again.

Called they said they could fix my drone. It’s only one way to fix my drone by soldering at the motor, but he told me he had to solder the mother board. This is not possible because of where the break is. I drove all they way there and was met with hostility and the clerk was basically rude. I don’t suggest this company or store. They should really look into customer service classes for there workers. Terrible terrible terrible!!

I am a senior citizen with very little knowledge of my phone dealing with the gentleman I spoke to today took the time straighten out my phone and gave me some knowledge so I thank them for that and I gave them a five-star rating

First of all, I wasn’t even sure Alex would be able to fix my phone. THEN he fixed it even faster than he estimated. Luckily it was only suffering from minor water damage, which he cleaned up, and on top of that he explained everything so thoroughly I felt like I should’ve tipped him! He was incredibly nice, he fixed my phone, AND he saved me from spending $120 extra on my deductible had I gone through insurance. Overall a super pleasant experience. I had the greatest time here, my iPhone X was blanked. It was a green screen and the screen was flickering. I couldn’t use my phone at all and I was struggling. I came in and the service was quick (15 minutes) and my phone is working as new. I even signed up to be a member because I know I’m prone to dropping my phone. Horrendous customer and technical service. If I could give less than one star I would.My boyfriend took his drone to here to be repaired. After a lot of back and forth, during which an employee apologized because the person working on the drone was new and inexperienced, the drone was returned however it was not in fact repaired. In addition to the drone not being repaired, they lost some of the original components, which they then refused to replace after we requested a refund which was also denied.We were able to obtain a partial refund directly through the bank and although unsatisfied we were prepared to move on.Considering the drone was not fixed by LifeLine, we took the drone to a different repair shop which is how we discovered that not only did LifeLine not fix the drone, they had replaced parts of the drone with inferior replacements as well. My boyfriend then went to LifeLife to address this issue in person as his emails and calls were met with no response.When he went to the location the associate was extremely rude and told him Ive been told to refuse service to you (so clearly the company is aware of the issue we have) and then proceeded to threaten to call the police. My boyfriend was not being violent or aggressive, he simply wanted an explanation and to be fully refunded for the prior services.The behavior and attitude of this organizations associates is beyond disgusting. There also seems to be a pattern of mistreating people of color based on other reviews. Thus far we have not received any feedback from the business.

The keyboard on our laptop started to skip certain key. We could only use it with an attached keyboard. I brought it to LifeLIne and was given and estimated price and time required for the repairs. They ordered the replacement part and called us when the part arrived so I could bring the computer back in. It took them about an hour to replace the part and as a result there was minimal inconvenience from not having the computer. We are very pleased.

I was so bummed that I cracked my iPhone 5s screen. I called LifeLine Repairs they got me set up with an appointment at my convenience. Took my phone in, sat down, and enjoyed a little magazine article. I say little...it only took 20 minutes! Got my phone back and it looked better than new. My phone screen had cracked and they did a great job replacing it. I called ahead and checked that they had the parts in place for my phone and was able to walk in. They told me it would take about 1.5 hrs. I went and ran some errands, returned in that time frame, and my phone was ready. The price point was great too. Great customer service!

Worked with Gabriel who looked at my Bose Headphones which werent working. I walked in at 6pm and had my headphones back in less than 24 hours and they were working! Gabriel provided extremely good customer service and was successful in the repair within a relatively short timeframe. My tablet stopped working just before an international trip. I went to Lifeline at 6pm and they fixed it before 7pm so I could take it with me on my early morning flight to watch movies on the plane. They were really nice and Im not sure how they knew how to fix it when Verizon didnt but Im sure gladiator found them. Theyre awesome and I definitely recommend them!

I came to get my phone screen fixed, after getting the screen fixed now the screen is non responsive. I was just told that there’s no way to get a refund or fix the phone. I canceled that insurance membership and will be requesting a refund from my bank immediately.

The guys here are super nice and helpful! They made it really easy for me to fix my boyfriends phone, and ended up saving us money by figuring out something simpler was wrong with it. I went in and they refunded money to my card very quickly. Go check them out!

First of all, the customer service here is amazing and they honor their warranty. It’s fast and the location is convenient, so you can walk to Starbucks or shopping while you wait the 30 min to get it fixed.I took off one star because the quality of the replacement screen is not as good as original Apple. It has a blue hazy tint and colors aren’t as vibrant. They did give me some of the money back after realizing the issue (again, great, courteous customer service), but it still cost nearly $100 after taxes and I’m sad that my phone isn’t as good as new. It may not matter to others, but do a lot or photo editing on my phone, so having colors look wrong is a big minus for me. I wish I would have taken it to Apple.

This was the best experience we had with a phone repair in my life. Its was fast easy and it was affordable. I went in to get my phone looked at, and they said it would never work so they put my simcard into another phone and it worked. Would highly recommend this place!

I had to get my phones screen repaired here and was very pleased. I wasnt pleased components of my phone failed a month out of warranty, but thats how theyre designed.If you use your phone for work and have to have it, Lifeline can usually get the part overnight if its not in stock, and fix it in about an hour or so after that. If youre unfortunate enough to require their services, Id recommend them.

This place is AMAZING. I was headed to Apple to fix my broken iPhone :/... Brought it in to LifeLine 5min later my phone was working. The guys were Super cool and knowledgeable. Try there insurance it will save your phones life !!!!!
