As long as u reach here 15 minutes prior to ur appointment ur good the security will get u door right away.. otherwise u got a go to a truck stop. 2-3 hours for loading. Paperwork is done by security on ur way out..

They definitely had your s*** together check me in a mirror door started loading me within 30 minutes had to be done within an hour check me out something on my way probably one of the best pick up Ive had to make

Guard were nice..was checked in right away. Have been here 2 hours. There is no bathrooms BYOB. To get here make sure you major roads. Stay off of residential roads to get here. Signs saying Trucks prohibited.

Took me over 6 hours to get loaded. Took more that 4 hours for them to even get started. Definitely scale it.It gets two stars because the folks in the guard shack were nice, I got assigned a door right away, and it was an easy back.

Reasonable time to get loaded. Appointment for 8pm - came 7:45 pm. Finished at 10: 15 pm. Nice person at the guard station.

A couple years ago the security guards both female and men were really harsh towards drivers checking in for a pick up. Today th new female guard spoke very polite and very respectful as I myself gave back the same in return. I do understand that alot of us drivers are Rude and some are Really Funky smelling which may cause different reasons of rudeness, all in all live loaded took me over 3 hours to get out of there.

Arrived 30 min early for 6pm appointment. Waited in line for 1.5 hrs. Checked in just after 7pm. Finally loaded at 2 am. Completely unacceptable! The person running this facility needs to be replaced.

Love this place I didnt think Georgia was so nice but when I came to this location their guards treated me with the utmost respect as being a truck driver.. they were very patient they explained to you what you needed to do they kept their distance all around amazing facility thank you for everything that you guys do keep up the good work

When the wheels aint turning you aint earning. Zero income day when you come here. The staff is nice to Truckers but everything else is an aweful experience.The management here takes No initiative to make it bareable for drivers.

You cant check in early until 15mins before your appointment. But they load up fast. Well everytime I went there but some drivers it took longer

Got early for my appointment to load, in and out of there in about hour and a half... The young guy at the guard shack was cool to talk... Could have hung out with him all day talking...

This place is very bad

Got here 30 minutes before booking time told to wait in truck till time come back to gatehouse on the time. When you go to the gatehouse there is about 12 other drivers waiting with the same booking time as you. You finally got to the window and they give you a door then you just have to wait 7 hours YES 7 hours to get loaded....

If you’re not black don’t try to check in earlier dan 15 minute before your appointment time

If I could give this place negative stars I would the checking in takes forever half the time they ignore you because they know you can see through the tented windows and the mirror facing towards you. When you finally get a door be prepared to sit a while because they take hours to actually load you

This is the slowest place to load... Owner operator Do Not Go Here!!!! Prepare to take Breakfast, lunch, and Dinner with you.... If you run ELD logs then your 10 hour break will be up here... Terrible place to load!

I got here at 3:49pm. Im actually still here and its 11:31 p.m. I had to walk to the guard shack and the lady was very pleasant and gave me the information whats taking so long. I have been here in the past but I never had to wait this long. I have a great deal of patience but to other drivers please beware if you have to wait more than a few hours please find out the reason why and get with your dispatcher. I can say the yard dogs were pleasant with me give me information but they had a problem with one of my cases.

Came in 1 hour ahead...nice guard...allowed to stay but had to wait till 15 minutes from appointment time to check in to get door.Loaded in an hour...Easy out.

I come to pickup load and my appointment at 1.30 pm and they give me a door at 5.30 and load done at 10.45 pm at night time ........ they guy not working...... so try to avoid the place from happy bai

Its fine. minus the yarddogs driving like your not there. Guard shack trying to be unpleasant. Lol lame. Drivers put up with way more. No bathrooms. No lounge. No vending so eat before or bring a snack. And a bucket.. Walk the whole site its 2.3 miles. Drink water . drive well. Oh yea watch yarddogs drag 3 trailers from dock no air line connections. So drop n hook. Check your trailers. They got their money but might piss on yours.

For some strange reason they dont let you check in until the minute of your appt lol. Which makes you late because the bills will have you checking in a minute or 2 after your appointment time. Other then that, they load you in good time, about 1.5 to 2hrs.

Took 3hr to load and 45 mins to get my bills and leave eont come here

Last time I wasted about 3 hours since I reached security guard,and get a dock to being loaded, but after some time on the dock they moved me from it because they not even have enough product to load me, so I had to leave the location and wait until next day for another load from Atlanta GA

It would be nice for everyone to post about positive and helpful things instead of always Negative.They have policies. Only check in. 15 min prior to your appointment, there is NO!!!! Overnight parking!!!!They wont take you any earlier then 15 (again policy) The gentleman at the guard shack was very nice. Out in approx 2 hours

Long time unloading please avoid this place

This facility is one of the better ones to pick up or deliver to. They allow you to stay as long as you need to. They have paved parking available if you run out of hours. They load and unload fairly quickly. And they have a small driver lounge. Snack and drink machines as well as bathroom. I dont mind picking up from this location at all

They get a three star for how easy it is. You check in with the guard and go straight to a door. After you get the green light you go back to the guard shack. No receiving office to deal with. Make sure you find a scale.

It took them 4 hours to load me and if I wouldnt have went to the guard house and asked them to check to see what was taking so long to load, I would probably still be there.

I’ve been to this place three different times with three different companies and it’s always TERRIBLE! 😑 😡I arrived at 3:30p..... I amJust gettingLoaded at 11:23p. They are some of the slowest, most inconsiderate, and rudest people in the business. Truckers beware; your DOT clock will die here.

The yard is clean and very easy to maneuver. The dock people polite and helpful. However, check-in and check-out, security personnel were a little on the route sign and they do not communicate.

Terrible place on time got me on the door quickly over a six hour wait if I wasnt locked to the dock I would leave

Great place

You can come early and wait in the staging area but its small and fills up rather quickly but it is one here.i wish ppl who leave reviews were more clear on whats going here than there one bad experience, that doesnt help the next driver know what you can and cannot do here.so basically you can stage here if they have room but you cannot check in until 30 minutes before your appointment.

This place used to be on point. They have since screwed it up. It takes 2 hours or more just to check in. Why dont they take our numbers and call us when they have a door? Someone is going to pass out in this heat standing out here.

This place is beyond unacceptable I dont know that anybody works if you look at the pictures up at the top you will notice the one thing you dont see is anybody working well thats about what it looks like here all the time or at least for the last six hours that Ive been here theyve been in the trailer five or six times three and a half hours ago but Im still sitting here with the red light you cant talk to anybody look in the windows up in through the dock plate you dont see a forklift one except so there is one sitting there like the one in the pictures absolutely nobody in it I got here 10 minutes till 3, waited in line at the guard shack for 45 minutes to get checked in and into a door and here it is 20 minutes till 9 and Im sitting....UPDATE....10:20 Out the gate!! RIDICULOUS!! UNACCEPTABLE!! INCONSIDERATE AND DISRESPECTFUL TO DRIVERS TIME!!
