I hate Atlanta!!!, and I especially could do without going through Georgia, period. However, this place was okay. Parking while waiting (and waiting, and waiting) for a dock. Staff were extremely nice....which made my pick up in Atlanta, a little more tolerable.

Lots of space at entrance, good staging system, yard truck drivers, or yard dawgs are very much on top of what they are doing, very focused for a small yard. Loaders did a great job. Departing was the strange part. Guards should get out and check stuff but instead, driver has to seal load. No biggie, but it is apart of their responsibilities isnt it? All in all, not bad.

As a truck driver this place is ok... they have a bathroom inside the shipping office. But sometimes youll wait up to 7 hrs to be loaded

The ladies in the office look tired, and unhappy The told me to go and back in a door but there was a trailer in that dock. It was confusing!

Can’t check in but an hour early, guard shack was friendly and told me exactly what to do. Got a door within an hour of waiting was loaded after almost 2 hrs… not bad for a 1st time here. If u walk in with a smile it might help you… parking on street by Valero …. A little tight but not unmanageable.

Terrible communication skills from the start.. only good part was the security guards currently at 7 hours after appointment time still havent touched the truck but locked to the door. Absolutely no consideration of the 14 hour clock. So with that said our company has empties on the yard.. I believe management should look into why a driver was here as long as I was! Each time I tried to speak to shipping office I got a smart answer like its going to be a few more minutes.. that was 3 hours In between visits. Ive called the company I work for and they informed me coke wasnt responding to emails. So my advice well I think everyone knows. Maybe you will have better luck like I mentioned 7 hours and still waiting fir the first bump!

I am now a local driver. Now that being said this load was assigned to me and it was 24 hrs late. I was able to get into a dock door within an hr after arrival.Thank you

Its okay. Be prepared for wait time and make sure youre trailer is clean and odor free! Be ready for a heavy load

This place used to be a simple pickup/delivery location in the beginning of the year, but it seems like theyve embraced the cram ideology.too many trucks in the yard at 1 time, and check in lines down the road.the area around check out has become such a cluster truck the yard drivers need to park, get out, and act like traffic police.also, the security guards need a simple script for drops, live loads, and the check out process. I definitely feel lost every time I check out here because its always changing.the bills used to be in the back, now theyre printed at the gate, the guards sometimes just open the gate, othertimes they need you to come in even if youre bobtail bc your load isnt ready when its supposed to be. THEY NEED A SCRIPT! Im tired of the games and lost time, we all should be on the same page, its efficient.

Lady at the front needs to not talk on the phone with her friend or family through loud speaker while drivers are checking in. Clearly has issues being professional. Surprised coca-cola as a company hires people like that.

I have to admit ~ I was extremely nervous when I read all the comments ~ unfortunately the comments were true ~ drivers will be here a long, long time ~ appointment time means nothing ~ theres no where to park ~ if u are getting loaded for get it ~ for me we were getting off loaded fortunately we was in and out within 2 hours ~ however, one driver had been there for 2hours and still hadnt gotten off loaded

Every time I’ve come here, to pick up a preloaded trailer they haven’t even started it yet! Last time I was here it was supposed to have been loaded 20 hours previously... it was night by the time I got here, the place was a ghost town, and yet they made me leave! In the middle of the night in Atlanta Georgia, with very few options for finding parking, for a load that was supposed to be sitting there waiting for me.Now I’m back again, the place is packed, the load isn’t ready, and they don’t even have room for me to drop my empty… So now once again it’s turned into a live load!The only reason I’m giving them any stars at all is because I am parked here today… they do have limited parking when it’s available. That’s always a plus in my book. Although it always feels like they forget about you and leave you sitting over here in the corner by yourself for hours, waiting for the yard dog to acknowledge you.Sure, they have to pay me detention to sit here, that’s better than what most of my brethren make, but I could never be happy about incompetence.Besides, let’s be honest, by and large Atlanta sucks lol. Especially for Truckers.

Ive been working there as a maintenence technician for a year. Its clean and fairly high tech. The work is more mentally demanding than physical demanding. The pay is very competitive but a little less than a union job. Vacation time is generous. The only downside is the mandatory overtime, if production for the week hasnt been met, youll stay until it is met.

My 1st time picking up from this location. Was a good experience. Jack at the guard shack. Will tell you where to park. When one of the yard jockeys will come around and assign you a door. And Was less than 2 hours. What was a very heavy load 44000. Go in light. Trailer must be clean. Open both doors at guard shack and slide tandems. Back into dock and disconnect from trailer and pull forward. Once light turns green yard jockey will remove lock from air breaks and pickup pprwk at guard shack on your way out.

Very long waiting time, they are allowed into the territory no earlier than an hour before the appointment

Clean place and organised... there is restroom on the shipping office.There is no over night parking on the facility but you can park on the street by the gas station (there is no parking restrictions there, passing the Coca Cola you will make a left on that street)Good luck guys !

Pick up load w 53 dry van. Can only check in 1hr before appointment time. Slide tandems back at guard shack. Lot little bit tight. Waited 1hr for dock, was loaded in 30 minutes. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Worst warehouse to load/unload. 8 hours I been here at the dock still now done. Not just my truck every truck here been here more than 5/6 hours. When you go to the office to ask what’s going on they tell you we are working on it that’s all. Definitely not coming back here again.

Drop and hook to loads are always good especially for the refrigerated divisions. That is what this facility is... Loads done quick, and easy.

App 1230. Arrival 1210. Right now 1800 and still not in a dock. Watched multiple trucks come and go and I still sit here. They must not mind paying detention. Called multiple #s before finally reaching someone.1930 they come tell me to dock. 7 hrs. Better luck to the rest of ya!

Takes a long time to get loaded, but all the workers are friendly. With the long wait times they at least offer vending machines to get a quick bite, and their 50 cent 20oz. bottles of soda youre set while waiting.

Terrible. No one answers the phone so you are unable to access load and unload information. Will not unload early. 6-8 hours is standard wait time. Apparently hate truck drivers as they are to stupid to realize they need us. So for me just another reason to drink Pepsi. Would have gave them zero stars but that was not an option.

I would not recommend taking a load from here unless you have two days to lose I had a 9pm appointment checked in at 8:30pm it is now 2:42 am still sitting in the dock not to mention I have a freaking 5am delivery scheduled in Cordele Ga over two hours away not going to make it. I am highly upset. And disappointed about me shipping experience here.

There are metak seal pieces all over the ground everywhere even in dock so be careful and check dock before backing your truck into it or youll end up with a flat!!

Its a horrible and disgusting place to work.

The train stops here at least 3 times a day 4 times a week and when it stops here to drop off the syrup be prepared to sit there for 15 to 20 minutes
