I attended a Southern Kitchen event here and absolutely loved it! I didnt even realize that the store was so close to our office. This is an optimal location and I will be back when its time to decorate the new space.

Mandy Green could not have been more helpful!!! She was knowledgeable, understanding and completely professional. When we met with her I really thought our project had no hope of coming together with the style I was hoping for. Because of her wealth of knowledge and experience she was able to find all the solutions we needed! She is a true find!!!

Dorothy was so great to work with. I walked into the store and she was very helpful in explaining different products. As promised, she followed up after my visit with a price list. She even was nice enough to give me her honest opinion on another supplier (which was that I was getting a good deal), when of course she could have easily told me the opposite in order to make a quick sale.She is not pushy and extremely responsive via email (on weekends and weekdays). Ask for Dorothy when you visit Kohler, you wont be disappointed!

Excellent experience! Tracy was so incredibly helpful and patient as I calculated my costs and fine-tuned my selections. She was great! Wonderful place and customer experience! I highly recommend.

Three kohler toilets RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX with dysfunctional. Twice the customer service person (at the 800 number) gave TOTALLY WRONG ADVICE concerning the issues! The best advise this handyman/plumber can give you is to buy ANY TOILET EXCEPT A KOHLER!

Had a great experience at the KOHLER showroom. We were looking to remodel our bathroom on a tight time frame, and as soon as Dorothy noticed we were wondering aimlessly, she stepped in to assist and explain all the different options. Within days of our visit Dorothy had provided a comprehensive summary of all the products we were considering, including competitive prices and size options, and worked with us to quickly narrow our choices to get our order in on time. Highly recommend the show room for ideas and Dorothy for her help!

Did not have a good experience here. Would not recommend. Finally demanded my money back after product shipment took quite a while to receive and was damaged twice. I had to deal with the shipping.

They have great, upscale items, very esthetic. We found most of our items there. But we did have many things arrive late, get back-ordered, etc., and the communication was not timely enough for our contractors needs. In short, beautiful items, not timely service or communication.

From helping me chose the tub, via internet, to reassuring me that the angle on the back would be very comfortable. My nightly baths are the way I unwind and Dorothys advice will help me continue to look forward to end of the day!

This is the BEST bath showroom I have ever visited, and I have been in quite a few! Tiffany Thomas made a major master bath renovation in our home such a pleasant experience. Her product knowledge is exceptional; her suggestions were terrific; she clearly listened to our needs and offered immediate choices/solutions. Kohler & PDI is definitely fortunate to have her!! And I want to add that the entire staff at the Buckhead showroom is excellent.

I was in desperate need of a sink for my new house. The builder called and asked me to pick one up and drop it off ASAP bc the cabinet guy was on site and needed it. I had no idea a warehouse fire had cut supply down to nothing. The place where I was going to purchase the sink told me it would be 60 days minimum, more likely 5 months. I called Dorothy and she found the LAST SINK IN GEORGIA!!!!! She told me she could ship it to her location but it would be Monday. I needed it now. She went ahead and reserved it at the Woodstock location and I went and picked it up an hour from when I called! Cant believe how fast she found it, when literally everyone else said NO. Would recommend this place in a heartbeat! Dorothy saved me!

We went to Kohler store (PDI) in Buckhead and purchased fixtures for a major master bath remodel; it was a great experience. We worked with Dorothy who met with my wife and I on our first visit to the store. We had just come from a larger shop down the street with multiple suppliers which seemed overwhelming. It was really nice to have someone with Dorothys knowledge of the products and understanding of bathroom layout/design quickly guide us in the direction we wanted to go . Within a few trips/emails/calls, we were able to nail down something that worked for us and the pricing was very fair -- especially considering all of the value we obtained from Dorothy and her team. We would definitely use PDI/Kohler again to purchase our Kohler fixtures. Without Dorothy, we might still be looking for fixtures.
