This is the my first choice in repairs for my car(2004 BMW Z4) the team here is professional but also personable! You know you’re getting top notch care at a good price! Today was just an oil change but it was the same care and feeling as when I’ve come in for major work. Timing is impeccable. I recommend to all of my friends but especially those with BMW

My 2015 Audi S4 needed some exhaust work, and my usual mechanic couldnt get me in for weeks. A friend had recommended I check out Eurofed. While Im usually skeptical of taking my car to a new place, any uncertainty was set aside when I walked in and saw my previous Audi dealer service advisor is now at Eurofed. They were able to get me in within days. The work was completed in a reasonable amount of time at a fair price. My Audi runs great now and I will definitely return for any future work!

Gave 3 stars because repairs took so long to complete. Had Porsche Panamera transmission replaced and it took about 6 weeks. The replacement transmission seems to be working great. Also, replaced oil pressure sensor. This is a great shop if you don’t want to pay dealership prices and want to get reliable service and repairs. They do not have loaners. Only select forms of payment accepted.

Eurofed was recommended to me for some work by an exhaust specialist. The work they did is top notch, I’m very happy. Even though I don’t live in the area, I will make the trip to have all my European auto serviced here. Total satisfaction.

I have been a customer for many years at the snellville garage, the Duluth garage and the chamblee garage. There is no inter connection between computer systems. If I need to reference what has been done to my vehicle, I need to go through all of my papers.The latest addition of a 3% surcharge for using a credit card is almost a bridge to far. What business does this? I am going to see what European auto providers are out there. Even the dealer might be a better option.

Not only that but is it not nice when your Dr. has multiple locations you can access based on YOUR convenience and they can pull up your file instantly at any location verse all the miscommunication that happens transferring data to another brand or entity? Eurofed is the most transparent and convenient in GA hands down. Every single employee is passionate about anything and everything European automotive.

The team at Eurofed is warm and professional and less than a mile from my house. I was hoping to find a mechanic close to home that I could trust so when my engine overheated on a Wednesday before Memorial Day decided to give them a try based on positive reviews. They originally booked me for 8 am on the next day (Thursday). Ryan called shortly thereafter and explained they were down a BMW mechanic and had a big job and requested I bring it in on Friday at 8 am. - no problem. I received a call on Friday at 5pm that the water pump and thermostat needed to be replaced and it was $1975 but they couldn’t do it until Tuesday. When I challenged them on theprice it was reduced to $1475. On Tuesday, Ryan informed me it would not be ready until Wednesday. On Wednesday when I picked my car up they said it would be an additional 3% charge for paying with AMEX. I challenged and they were able to “override”. So I was hoping to find a new “relationship” but this was definitely a one repair stand.

I had issues passing emissions on a MK7 GTI (Unitronic stage 2) and took it to Eurofed for help. They were knowledgable and friendly but they are extremely over priced. They told me that the O2 sensor needs to be replaced to fix this issue. They tried to charge me $500 to replace the O2 sensor which is an $80 part and maybe a 30min job if you are taking your time. After some push back they dropped it to $400 (still absurdly over priced) but I was desperate and had them do it. Once the new sensor was in my car continued to have the same issue and not pass emissions. This $400 service fixed nothing. When I told them it didnt help fix the issue, they did not offer to make it right or assist me any further.Needless to say, Ill be taking my vehicle elsewhere for service and performance upgrades.

They did a muffler delete for me, and Im extremely satisfied. The quality of the work is top notch, and they were very professional about everything. My car sounds great now, and Ill definitely take it back if I ever need exhaust work again.

Ive been bringing my BMW to this shop for the past year and every experience has been dreadful. Ive spent thousands of dollars with these guys and each time Ive brought my car in I had to tell them something else needs to be modified on my car. 1st visit was suppose to be a simple oil change that took 3-4hours then when it was completed they forgot to put back my oil drain cover so that took an additional amount of time. 2nd visit I went what was suppose to be for a full tune-up because I was going out of town. These people left me with little to no coolant after I asked specifically for all fluids to be topped off. 3rd visit was the most recent and the last time…I dropped the car off because I blew my turbo line which cost thousands to fix, long story short the fixed it but the fuel injectors was the issue so the car is still in its same exact state when I brought it in and I refused to pay them an additional almost $5,000 when theyve couldnt even fix not one of my issues. STAY AWAY!

This group is always very informative when i go in for work or call with a quick question as I am trying to make a decision. It wasnt really sitting well with me to pay $4000 for a new brake system for my Golf R and they told me about a Stoptech set-up that would improve my stopping power for 1/3 the cost and it works great!!! They will guide me through my Stage 3 project once Im ready to move forward.

My favorite automotive shop to take my GTI. They work on European cars and always have a plethora of nice cars outside, that tells you something. That tells you these guys know what theyre doing. I got work done for my car multiple times and the price is always fair. They are extremely transparent about the labor and the parts as well as the estimated time for when youll get your car back. Appointment was very smooth, and upon showing up, the work started immediately. Difficulty with one of the adjustable sway bar end link was very hard to work with and the job took a little longer than it intended, but I was fine with it since they were honest and let me know why the delay was happening and showed me what they were doing, thus allowing me to wait without concern. Definitely will return.

John and team took very good care of me and my car. I did a lot of research into where I was planning on taking my 18 Audi TT RS and interviewed several people about it as well. Eurofed was the primary place everyone was telling me to take it. So after stopping by to chat and discuss my plans for the car and after taking a tour of the shop and their facilities I decided to go with Eurofed. My decision has paid dividends so far. I just got my car back after taking it to stage 2 and the results, attention to detail, and additional custom fabricated work they were able to include in this project was simply awesome. They kept me informed at every step of the process and continually sent me photos of everything they were doing along the way. I am already planning the next round of upgrades and what additional work I want to get done on my car, and Eurofed will be where I continue to bring it.

Nothing but the best things to say about my experience here - friendly staff, and they are quick but thorough.They squeezed me in during a busy day as a much appreciated favor when I was considering to buy a new set of wheels from a third party, and had to ensure that they would fit my Audi properly.They test fitted it, and as a result I was able to complete the purchase for my “new to me” set of summer wheels.

Let me first start by saying that everybody Ive dealt with here has been nice and respectful. This is not a review to bag on anyone or bad talk anyone because Im emotionally charged. But the purpose of the review is so other people can see our experiences and if we would recommend using the shop. So heres my experience and why I would not recommend using eurofed until some things get adjusted with the business model.I went to buy a car from a guy just over one year ago and the day before I came to test drive it and buy it he was having problems with the high pressure fuel pump which is a $2,000 fix. The guy paid for it and I felt good that it was taken care of before I bought it. In fact I met him at Eurofed where the work had just been done so I could talk to the mechanic and feel good about purchasing it. Within 3 weeks of buying the car the same issue occurred. But I was still able to drive it so the recommendation was to monitor it until we knew for sure that it was the same issue. I was absolutely fine with that. One year later it has happened five or six times and this time has caused the car not to start. My tow company brought it to a nearby shop who diagnosed that the part was faulty. I called Eurofed and they said they would not honor the two-year warranty because technically it was paid for by the guy who sold the car to me that day. Um, what? Then the other local shop did some research for me and found out that this particular part had an extended 10-year manufacturer warranty and never should have been replaced by a third party mechanic in the first place. Poor guy who I bought it from. They even went as far as to call the dealership with my VIN number to confirm that it would be covered. When I called eurofed back and asked them why they didnt send the other guy to get it replaced under warranty last year they said they were not tied into the system that lets them know if things are under warranty.Again, no malice here but I personally feel that the business should have warranted the parts and labor for 2 years, not based on who made the payment for the labor. And I would highly recommend tying into whatever database is necessary to help their customers avoid costly repairs if theyre not necessary. But I respect the capitalistic society we live in and respect each companys right to run their business how they choose.

This was my first experience here and it was fantastic. Everyone is so incredibly friendly and welcoming, it’s like one big family. All of my questions were answered with clarity and confidence thanks to the extremely knowledgeable staff. I’d like to specifically thank Caroline for being so unbelievably nice, and professional. It’s always great to see a female working in a male dominated field, she made me feel comfortable and always kept me informed. It’s because of her that I will never take my vehicles anywhere else. I called yesterday because the engine light on my Tiguan came on. Stevie answered my call late in the day and even though they were all booked up until tomorrow, as soon as I mentioned my engine light he told me to bring it in first thing this morning. They were able to get me in and nobody was put off with me on a busy day, on the contrary, I received excellent customer service from everyone I encountered. The reception area was very nice, comfortable and clean. Stevie was very thorough explaining both the problem and the fix, the pricing was beyond reasonable and my car is running like new again. I came In to get my oil changed at this location for the first time an had a wonderful experience! The young lady who works in the front was beyond helpful and seemed extremely educated on vehicles and the services they provide, she gave me an amazing first impression of the business. Great representation of the company. Overall it’s a great environment, great customer service, quick an quality work! Will definitely be revisiting for all my car needs.

Where do I start? This team is awesome. I brought my 18 S5 to them for an exhaust install and got me in and out same day. Clark the service writer was very helpful and definitely knows his stuff.
