First, I was greeted with sweet professionalism upon my first call. Yes, I could bring my car in for a same-day collision estimate for only $33. I was also able to leave my car overnight free of charge. I had extensive wheel damage, 3k worth, and that was the lowest estimate I got. My car was done in 72 hours and the impeccable customer service remained consistent. I wouldn’t hesitate to refer my family and friends. I’m so appreciative that they got my baby back on the road. Trelle, Derrick, and Melody were awesome. Thanks y’all!

My second experience with them, I will never go back there. Please make sure they have a tax Id- still havent seen one yet. They up the charges of car parts to get more money. Horrible with time line, and completion dates. Surprised that they have a decent customer service rep, thats whats keeping them for going down. Did I mention, this is the 3rd time they are working on the issue of my car.

They are two high for a regular car tune up. And this is not a major tune up. They need to be ashame of theirselves.

I come here whenever I need an oil change and they always do a great job. This time I had my cv axel and front outer tie rods changed and they did a phenomenal job once again. On Friday March 12th I arrived about 12noon the lady said it will be a hour and 30 min wait. I said ok cool remind you Im going out of town got to be at my destination at 6pm.so 2pm came and I ask ms Melody how long I got she said 10min ok so 220pm came I said 10mins been up. &she had a bad & nasty additube unprofessional lady.& told me to come& pay!!!!! for my oil change now!!! For you can get your car. I paid and left so on my way out of town I hear something draging on the highway so I pull over at a gas station .and look under my car the shield cover was not properly put back after my oil change what I see a unprofessional job. I will not go back there ever again !!!!

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable however the wait was a little long for new tire set. The lobby was comfortable and I was able to work while I waited. I was pleased with the results of my new tired and alignment. Car rides great!

I purchased a Groupon that was refused at time of service! I called before arriving and specified to the gentleman on the phone that I would be using a Groupon. Upon arrival (less than 20 minutes later), the woman attending the desk claimed their Groupon system was down and would be back up tomorrow. I’m having a hard time understanding what clicking “Redeem Voucher” on my phone has to do with this imaginary Groupon system being down. Also... since when do “down systems” have a definitive return to work time? Fishy!!!

Shopper Beware!!!!I purchased a Groupon for this establishment to use. I was told that they were not taking anymore Groupon’s for the day and that “their system was down”. To those that use Groupon knows that this is not how it works! However I was told simply to “come back tomorrow and maybe it will be up.” This place robbed me of my time but thankfully I am able to recoup my money to use elsewhere.

I started my car process by calling 1st spoke with a very nice and professional associate. She walked me all the way in down to AAA dropping my car off. The mechanic came out twice to consult with me professionally. All went very well thanks

I have a family that rides in the car with me just got the car out the shop a couple of days ago and I noticed a noise Im coming from the front end of my car, so I took off my tire to inspect the noise and notice that the screw was missing to the brake caliper, I am lucky that I am some what mechanically inclined to notice & fix the problem before it could have got dangerous for my familyI just got off the phone with the technician that did the work on my car when they replaced my hub bearing after my hub bearing was replaced at this shop I notice some noise coming from my car I took the tire off and I could move the car Spender so I took the car back up 2 the shop and he informed me that I needed a new CV axle because the bolt is stripped on the current 1 now thats the part I dont understand so I asked him why would he put a new hub bearing on there if he saw that the CV axle nut what script that doesnt make any sense knowing that is going 2 well the bearing out again ?

My experience this place seem legit but to find out 2 star rating was based on the so-called professionalism over the phone based on the actual job example of what I had done I had new tires mounted on and young lady said I had to pay for them to be balanced as well I said okay but why would new tires. Nevertheless I went ahead and pay for the job didnt I get my car all my PSI levels on my tire was all different and Im thinking maybe my system is faulty come to find out I go check from exact air the PSI levels was off once I was 50 psi 1 with 37 PSI 1 with 39 PSI when was 19 PSI really so you have me pay 4i balancing of tires is this a professional job next the tire that was 19 PSI end up having a slow leak now I dont know if the leak came from when they drove the car around the block twice or the brand new tire just a bad tire but again they gave me my car with these numbers reading not only did they not check the tires levels before they even put them on the car they never check the levels after they put them on the car and gave it to me and Im not going to get on the alignment but my steering wheel is kind of crooked so now I got to go back take off of work lose money a question about my tires

Kept my car for a week and didnt perform diagnostic as requested. Missing a bolt off of my fuse box. Didnt fix my car at all. However, Id rather them not attempt to repair my car, than do a job that they didnt know how to do.

I love how fast this place is an how understanding Alan (The Owner) is. I think they need a place for customers to sit and some one at the desk to make it a bit more professional. The staff where great.

Place was clean. Receptionist was friendly. I think the price was a little elevated. Dont seem to be very busy. Maybe thats in reason for the elevated price. Water pump. May consider getting an oil change next trip.

Best prices I ever knew dealing with auto shops

I was extremely cautious of bringing my car to anyone other than the specialists who works on my VW CC SPORT, knowing that most mechanics are timid of the engine itself. Especially knowing I had to have an engine placed in, I was nerve wrecked. But to save the $2500, I decided to give them a chance. After putting the engine in, I waited 5 hours on the day of pickup, and noticed when leaving, the check engine light came on. I gave them a call and was informed to return ther next morning. I drove the car down again, too drop it off and took a Lyft back home with anticipation of it taking a looking time as the wait, I was home all of 10 min. When I got the call my car was completed. Ther engine was placed perfectly and everything is well. Thank you. I completely recommend this place, though the wait had me nervous, (Im impatient) the overall outcome was great!

Ever since I bought my car here I’ve had issues almost every week after. I came to the shop to just get one part replaced. Fast forward to now I’ve spent almost $1,000 at this shop to make repair after repair and now I have a car that I can’t even drive. I’ve found York candy wrappers, tools, things disconnected, and screws not properly tightened under the hood. I’ve tried to work with them repeatedly to make my car back how it was originally but it failed. I don’t recommend this place for repairs, I thought I found an honest automative shop.

I got deal on Groupon $61wheel alignment. When I went to the store the told me they don’t have Groupon contact anymore. If u want alignment u have to pay $45 extra. I was done my whole payment online. They cheated me.Don’t go.

I have a 2014 bmw 3 series and I have to be honest I was nervous getting it worked on or Service outside of the bmw dealership .. it seemed like every time I pulled up to a service center they would try to over charge or say I need extra stuff done just because I have a bmw .. BUT NOT HERE! I have brought my car here for cylinder replacement, tune up , and oil changes , and my bemmer is running great and In too shape ! If you have a foreign car I would trust them with it . They won’t try to over charge you , the work is top of the line , and they are professional .. This is the only repair shop I take my car to period !

They did not honor the groupon price. They gave me a line of bull about trucks are higher priced because the parts are bigger. I will not be a return customer.
