Called all day to ask for more information on used refrigerators, but the owner kept telling me he was too busy to assist me, and that I should come in person to see them... I drove the 45 mins in the rain to get there before they closed so I could see what they had in stock (after calling to tell the owner that I was coming and if he would still be there, which he told me he would) only to arrive 5 mins before they were supposed to close for the day only to find the lights off and the doors locked.EZ Appliances stinks and the owner doesnt seem to care care about the customers. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere if you can.*** EDIT after receiving reply from vendor: their reply to my initial review is a total lie and just them passing the buck on their responsibilities as a business owner... I called them AN HOUR BEFORE STORE CLOSE. A FULL HOUR. Do not try to act like you actually made an attempt to help me.These guys are worthless and do not deserve the money in your pocket. There are plenty of other used appliance businesses that actually care about their customers. These guys are hot garbage. I wish I could give you zero stars because thats what you deserve. ***

Great customer service! Great prices for used washers and dryers. They answered all of our questions and had everything we needed. I was able to finance for a washer and dryer and 90 days is same as cash. Really cant say enough about the incredible customer service we received though. Will definitely go to them again.

I had a very bad experience with Brandsmart with a new appliance order that was back ordered for over 2 months and this company stepped in to provide me with a great scratch and dent washing machine. I bought a used black appliance set.. affordable prices, 90 day warranty, delivered for $50.. BUT! The dishwasher wasn’t installed (fine) and when i got it installed, water wasn’t getting into it. I called and spoke to Sergio who told me no problem, we’ll come the next day to fix or replace it. Nothing heard the next day, then rescheduled for the weekend, then rescheduled for Monday. It’s now Tuesday, Sergio is no longer answering calls or texts and has a full voicemail. I spoke to James yesterday who said he would help and get someone out by Wednesday and he would call before noon Tuesday to confirm the time. It’s after 2pm and haven’t heard from him. Called, no answer and his voicemail is ALSO full. All I need is a WORKING dishwasher in my rental property that has a renter HOMELESS AND WAITING TO MOVE IN! To make matters worse, I’m from out of state and all I have is call/text access. You could’ve got all my business with my rental units, but now I want my money back for the faulty dishwasher, assuming I can ACTUALLY speak to someone!

I just got my washer and dryer delivered! I am washing and drying my first load now. I ordered this set 3 weeks ago to be delivered today. My delivery window was 9-1. I got a call at 8:55 that they would be here in 30 minutes. We did have an issue. Was notified by the driver (who was really nice btw) that because if the virus going on they could only place washer and dryer in living room and not install. Of course this angered me because I was not notified of the policy change. I immediately called Sergio and let him know that this was unacceptable. Sergio eventually reasoned with me and let me know that because I was not notified he will make an exception. The guys arrived shortly after and installed my set. The dryer didnt fit but the guys went above and beyond and took the back off to get it through the door. Thank you Sergio for allowing the guys to install my set. I promise we dont have the virus LOL I will definitely do business with you all again. Prices were great and I love that it has repair warranty.

Delivery was fast but not even a week later and the dryer is broken and they have yet to send someone to fix it! Took a week but they did come and fix the dryer for free. Been a couple months and everything is fine.

My fridge broke down the other day, and couldnt find any Big Box (Home Depot, Lowes, Best Buy, etc.) that could deliver same day. But EZ Appliances could, only one I found in all of Atlanta.

The owner is a liar and a deceiver, a typical Salesman that tries to sell you garbage masked as something good.. Most of his machines are overpriced picked up from the scrap yard with minor repair and a little cleaning.. He talks to others as if they are stupid and he knows better when in reality hes just conning you.. Horrible experience and wasted 3 of my days with him.. Have I read the reviews before I wouldve never stopped here.. Had much better luck on graigslist.. Dont count on the 90 days guarantee, hell just swap one junk for another then hell say hes done with you..PS He just now falsely accused me of trying to pay with a stolen credit card.. This is a lie! I paid in cash since he said I wont have to pay taxes this way.. I have the receipt to prove it

I had an awesome experience with these guys - everyone was friendly and helpful. I can be indecisive but the salesman and woman and warehouse workers gave me lots of advice and I picked out a great washer and dryer. Delivery and installation were seamless and I’d definitely recommend them to a friend. I’ve done about 4 loads so far and I already don’t mind laundry as much 👌

This place is great bought a washer & dryer two years. I’ve had no problems. I’ve return today to buy my parents’ a new stove. They always have good affordable merchandise and the delivery service is on time and professional. I LOVE this place!!

Broken refrigerator

Typical switch and bait. Im in a wheelchair so I called and got prices and delivery prices before we went. It was $190 for small used fridge and $50 for delivery. When we got there we had to wait for them to get it there from another location, it wasnt even in the store and we verified the prices with the man there. After waiting for the delivery, it got there and the price became $250 and delivery became $65 for a tiny, used basic white fridge. After a 40 minute drive there, waiting for 30 minutes and an hour drive back, we have no fridge!! Dont waste your time!

I really like it they have a lot options for sure to come back and get my own here. As well as fridge.

I just concluded business with EZ Appliances. I went to their store, met Elizabeth and picked out a washer and a dryer. They were delivered the next day at 9 AM as promised and I tested both machines before the men left. All is well, they were very courteous, professional and effective. As for Elizabeth the owner, she was a pleasure to work with and very ethical in her business. I am very satisfied with this service and I intend to tell all my friends. The dryer that I bought with them was not working properly since they installed it. My wife called them, but they were busy and promised to call back. They never called back. We tried many times reaching them after that, but they only called us back after we posted a previous Google review. They mentioned that we should clean our dryer vent and so we did, but the dryer still doesnt work decently. I just dont want to contact them anymore. It hasnt been a good experience.

Bought a washer/dryer unit that stacks. No renting or payments, I paid upfront. The first set, the washer didnt work. The second the dryer didnt work when they delivered, and they messed up my flooring in the hallway. The 3rd set seemed to work, but the doors didnt work (wouldnt stay open). And, light in the dryer would work at times. Now, the dryer doesnt heat and they wont return my calls to take care of this, and have yet to repair my floor. They warranty their products for 90 days...Ive been dealing with this for a month!

I bought a used washer dryer set which is working fine. Price is lowest in the market and addd benefit is the one year warranty(there is a $75 charge for any repair or replacement though). Delivery was cheaper than others and right on time.

More like EZ way to lose $3,000. I bought a washer earlier this year. It has leaked twice and destroyed my house twice now within 8 months. I had to get the carpets, ceiling, and walls redone. The second time the washer leaked I got a video of the water coming out of the washer. I stopped by the store mentioned the situation, and they did not want to hear it. 90 DAY WARRANTY MEANS TAKING IT TO THEIR WAREHOUSE FOR SERVICE!I purchased a Samsung Washer on Feb 2nd, 2019. At the time of purchase I was told the machine was in excellent condition. I also ordered a pedestal and was told it would be available the next Tuesday, the 5th. $485.00 total spent. Pedestal was not available till 3 weeks later. I have the receipt and the note on my pedestal of where to take this machine, hand written. Just in case a reply from store/owner/manager says Did not buy hereNow to the problem. I took the washer home. These front loaders are heavy! I got it inside my home, installed, leveled and connected. I ran an empty cycle on hot to sanitize the machine., no problem, no issues. Eager to wash clothes, I placed a medium size load of jeans and colored t-shirts, selected the normal wash. Everything was fine until the first spin cycle. I was suddenly hit with a loud pounding noise, metal against metal, the machine was acting unbalanced. It was loud and obvious. I stopped the machine and opened the door, checking for an unbalanced load. Nope. Now I have a machine that, after research, has bad shock absorbers. I called the store, they asked me to make a video of what the machine was doing. I took the video, with a level on top to show the appliance was level. You could visibly see the machine rocking.I brought the video into the store and spoke with the same gentleman who sold it to me. Without even viewing 5 seconds of the video, he started telling me I needed to load the washer back into my car and drive it to their warehouse on Peachtree Parkway so they can test it and service it. The warehouse is open Monday through Friday till 5:30. Um...I work 9 to 5, Monday through Friday. It is on the last month of the 90 day warranty. I need this fixed, without having to take a day off of my work, without having to load a 200+ pound washer into the back of my SUV, drive it to a warehouse and drop it off, then return when and if it is repaired. SEND A REPAIRMAN TO MY HOME LIKE PROFESSIONALS.This is to be fixed, or this review stays as it is.

I walk in and tell the guy I need an upright freezer. He shows me one near the back wall and as Im looking it over hes telling me he can do better than the sticker price and warranty info. After a few minutes of looking it over I ask to open the sealed instruction booklet. By this time Im wondering if this is a freezer because it has the clear shelf guards on the door. I start to look through the the instructions and it doesnt say anything about freezing temperatures only that the average temp should be around 34 degrees (F). I then look up the model number on Google and it turns out to be a refrigerator. The guy denied it and said instruction manuals are often generic and cover a lot of different models. I show him the Google results and he resorts to his computer and I dont hear from him again.

Poor customer service , not trust worthy !!! i bought a refrigerator and while i was paying they were very nice , when it came to delivery, i called at 1 Pm they said they will deliver at 3pm, i called them at 3 they said we will deliver at 7, i called at 7 the delivery guy was so rude and said i can deliver at 8:30, i was frustrated i said why dont you guys give me a time so i didnt have to lose all day? he said i will deliver another day and GO HOME WATCH GHE GAME !!! i got angry i said no it has to be delivered today!! after 15 minutes he called and left me a voice mail that he has problem with my address and will not deliver !! i called him 21 times and he never picked up my phone !! i was robbed of my money because i paid before i received !!! these people are thieves!!! The same day we used the washer it stopped during the rinse and spim cycle. We had clothes we that were sitting in water that didnt drain out. We callef the very next day and were told the repair person only comes out on Tuesday so we hsd to wait a week. Later on that day I had a missed call from a tech that left me a text message saying he was to come and check our appliance but since we didnt answer it will be for another day. We followed and called and asked why werent we notifed someone was going to come that day aftee we told we hsd to wait a week? The guy on the phone said it was our fault we missed the call. After going back and fourth we told them they can come pick it up but then he said someone can come out that Friday. Well that Friday came I never received a call. Bottom line we will be retuning the item and never again use them.

I had horrible experience. They didnt honor their warranty on a dishwasher that I purchased. The dishwasher did not work from day 1. I told them in plenty of time and it was clear in our contract that the item was covered.Id be very careful in dealing with this compnay. I certainly will never get near the place again.

Be careful buying from them.. I bought a refrigerator back in may, well Im on my 4th one from them and its nothing but a big headache.. They say they have the best prices but if you shop you can actually get a brand new one from Brandsmart for same amount.. The tech they have fixing them and making sure they work is always intoxicated... They accuse you of doing the damage to the appliance when its damaged.. On my 2nd fridge he showed up to my house drunk to repair it.. I could go on all day but dont have time... Just buyer beware!!
