We were welcomed when we walked in even though Kelli was busy with another customer. She did not rush her clients just to come over to us, she politely finished with her customers saw them out the door and then came over to us. We never felt rushed and she wanted to make sure we found the right bed for our needs.

I just wanted to share my experience with Sleep Outfitters of Athens, Ohio. My wife and I visited the store recently and purchased a mattress and foundation. As we entered the store we started looking around and was greeted by Linda Ray and the way she greeted us she instantly put us at ease.
