Was looking for a monitor keyboard and mouse for the computer we were building. They didnt have anything there at all. You figure they would have a good stock of it. Other than that the place did look pretty clean.

Had items I needed in stock but wouldn’t allow purchase because 1 of the 2 was a display. They had other colors in the back that they could have displayed. The Asst Manager was extremely rude and totally unwilling to accommodate the customer. I have been a retail manager before and you should always accommodate your customer. This was really bad Customer Service.

I had to go in to have certificates printed and another day I had to go in and have some very small print made into a section. On both days the staff was very pleasant and patient with me. The young lady worked tirelessly to shrink the words I needed in such a small space. For the certificates I had to constantly keep looking at different things to see where they were and which ones I needed. The young lady never once made me feel bad for taking up her time word for not knowing what I needed. I will always come to the store and I will always recommend the store. Is very clean orderly and with just the right amount of help that you may need from time to time whether its a little or a lot. Way to go Office Depot! Not every sore can match your customer care service.

Poor communication - Service via email.

Office depot has always been a decent store. Even if doesnt have what you are looking for the store is clean and organized and the employees are friendly so its never really that fustrating. Tonight though it took 45 minutes for them to print four 5x7 pictures and it really shouldnt have taken that long. Perhaps the employee was new or the computers and printers werent working right. Regardless its a store worth checking if you need office, school, paper, etc. related items.

Since approx 2012 have just used mainly the print and copy department and have purchased product here and there. No problems ever. Employees provide help, they are friendly, professional, and prompt service is never lacking. Very nice💫However, march 2019 decided to use their computer tech service. On that initial service will have to say the experience was confusing as well as very disappointing; left me feeling empty knowing in my gut things got messed up. Kept having issues; found out my administrator key had been compromised; 🤷so finally i go in today, 5/2/19 and complain. I had had it up to here!Management not only went right to work; the team exceeded any reasonable expectation going way above and beyond their duty...Thank you Office Depot❣️ for your integrity & turning a great disappointment into a wonderful experience. 😘btw people, you who are reading this review...the tech stayed 2 hours over to fix the problem! It seemed his delight to do it!I am without words, and so very grateful to you Wendell and team.wow. big hugs to all. Pretty good stock for a small town store. When you check out they give you a coupon for 20% off which sounds ok until you read the fine print. Cant use it on very many items that you actually need. Marketing scam.

I went in for a print job and in line in front of me was an elderly lady. She was clearly not tech savvy as she explained to the cashier behind the print service. The cashier explained in detail and with a kind heart the service she could provide, provided alternatives to wait in a specific area, or next door for shopping. You could tell these photos meant a great deal to this lady and the cashier took time to compliment her photos (which made the customer smile.) Kelly in print services today (12/1/18) has phenomenal customer service and a caring attitude. It’s nice to see people take time with the elderly and not focused on just getting people out of the way. I would definitely recommend this Athens, TX location for friendly and efficient service.

Look. You may have a OK selection when it comes to your laptops but I find it quite stupid the only choice in chargers you have are Micro USB. Seriously? You have over 100 chargers and they are almost all the same. I could buy that in a gas station. I could not find what I was looking for. You need a better selection.

Prompt service. Helped me locate my items quickly. Carry most everything we need for our small business.

Once again, I am sadly disappointed. The people at this location are friendly and helpful. They will answer your questions gladly and pay attention while you are speaking to them. However, once you leave the store, anything that you have pending becomes iffy. It isnt that it never gets taken care of, its just that it is not taken care of in a timely manner. Twice bitten, forever rethinking my choice of which location to do business with.
