Accidentally found the store after visiting another place. Was looking for two specific items. Found both at very reasonable prices. Ms. Cindy Smith was extremely helpful. Items delivered yesterday and was pleased!

My wife and I stopped there looking for a sofa and loveseat. We saw some very good prices compared to many other stores. The problem is many pieces dont have a manufactures tag describing the upholstery materials, or even the brand name. A sales associate told me a certain $840.00 sofa was made in Texas and was top grain leather. After some research, I found out it was made in China by a large company called Man Wah. And if you believe its top grain leather, I have some ocean front property in Arizona I will make you a deal on.

I purchased a Cat Napper Recliner around the 1st of April ($540) 3 weeks later it broke. I called and Barnett and Swan sent a repair man out to fix it,3 weeks later it broke again, i called back and they sent out the repair man again, 4 weeks later it broke again. every time the repair man comes out i have to take off work to meet him ( so i lose money).I spoke with Mr. Barnett today and he assured me that he would refund the money.I m happy with that decision

The quality and service is awesome. The fact they undercut the prices of everyone else is a plus. You can also custom order literally anything to fit your needs too.

My wife and I have been trying to furnish a whole house and their team did great. Every associate that we talked to was real helpful and professional. Their prices beat the competition by a large margin. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

It was okay. Lots to pick from. Very large store, two floors dark in there, and hot. It was one few places I went to the far end of the store so I could remove my mask for a few minutes to breathe! More about them, no employees ever approached me, in case I wanted some info, and prices were several hundred dollars over online prices I can get free shipping to my door....but I dont know if they charged for that because no one spoke to me. Very average. Okay if you want to go. It right off highway 72.

We had a hard time getting furniture through another store due to covid related delays and shortages. I went in to Barnett and Swann on a whim and was very happily surprised! The furniture selection was great. The prices cant be beat. My saleswoman, Cindy, was knowledgeable and a great help. Best part is well have furniture delivered within 2 weeks!

I ordered a bedroom set from them. They had the best price I could find. I had to wait a long time to get it delivered. That was fine, they explained that to me when I ordered it. After getting it delivered and set up, I notice several of the drawers on the dresser is crooked. After pulling some drawers out and inspecting, there was a piece on the inside broken which was causing the shelves to be crooked. Normally it wouldnt have been that big of a deal. But I had to wait a long time to get this and paid what I consider to be a lot of money. Did they not inspect this before delivery? Very frustrating

We had a specific vision and not only was he knowledgeable and kind, but he patiently helped us brainstorm all of the options available that was the best fit for us. Bought a couch here to compare to Barnett and Brown’s couch selection. I bought a green couch here and a blue couch there. Their couch was FAR superior. It was very comfy, hella sick. The couch from here was lumpy and wasn’t sturdy enough to support me. Could be because of the color i chose but i feel like i know the REAL reason. :( GO TO BARNETT AND BROWNS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have worked long distance with a lovely person named Delanna. She was very accommodating, concerned and attentive. It is very hard selecting furniture without sitting on it, seeing it in person and feeling it. Delanna made the process easy, answering all the questions I needed answered. The furniture is for my brother who is 80, who fell on ice and broke his hip in two places and dislocated his shoulder. I was so worried being long distance and with COVID not being able to visit. Delanna made me feel confident with the process. My hope is that Barnett and Swann realizes what an assert they have in Delanna and award her for this. We just scheduled the delivery and I will post again once we have the furniture in place and my brother is home and in comfort. Thank you to Delanna.

Very disappointed in my recent experience with the Madison location. Dee has always been great to work with and we have done a lot of business with them. We recently bought a new dining set from this store and picked it up ourselves. When my husband got home with it we realized it was broken. We immediately called the store and Dee was very understanding and helpful and said she would order a new table and bring it to us and have it swapped out. It was supposed to be delivered today but now they want to charge $75 dollars to come out and swap them. Very frustrating and disappointing. We will not be doing anymore business with them.

We bought a leather recliner here recently, from a friendly young sales lady who seemed almost as crazy as I. She, along with my wife and I, laughed and joked around so much, I almost hated to leave! And when I asked for a better price, I got it! Ill definitely be a repeat customer here!

Wide selection of sofas! Good prices, a few bargains, friendly salespeople who let you browse without driving you crazy. But they answered any questions. Only $59 for delivery of our sofa. Only con was they didnt call on delivery day and give a window for delivery, so someone had to be there all day.
