Not only were they quick to diagnosis and remedy my issues right in front of me, I was set up with a new cord, advice, and given what felt like VIP treatment although I feel like anyone who stops by is likely treated just as well. Couldnt recommend this place more! Very reasonably priced too!

I needed to safely get rid of nearly 20 years of old outdated electronics and CPUs and SMS computers took all of it free of charge to destroy the hard drive and refurbish what could be salvaged. Those people know their stuff. Fixed a hard drive that I utterly corrupted, installed Windows xp on my clunker, and sold me some boot CDs I needed. My mom paid 50 bucks to have her computer restored but she took another computer up there and they wonted 500 dollars to fix it they said it was the mother board and come to find out it was just the battery charger and when i asked how much to take a password off that my daughter set and didnt remember what it was they said 30 dollars that is crazy i took it to another computer store and they did it for free they are rude and just wants to rip you off i believe
