I recently rented supplies for my daughter’s wedding. Everyone at this business was extremely courteous and helpful. The quality of their products were excellent. Friendly, knowledgeable service! I have used this business occasionally over the past 23 years of home ownership for equipment rental. They have always been helpful, the equipment reliable, with assistance loading and unloading. I have used a range of tools such as trenching equipment, long ladders, tractor mounted backhoe, and occasionally other smaller equipment. In my mind access is better than ownership for these kinds of things, and with that in mind I feel their prices are reasonable.

Friendly, easy to work with. Had to change the date of rental several times due to weather and they were very accommodating. Delivery was on time, without hassles. From phone, to store and delivery staff, all were very professional.

Had an extremely disappointing encounter with owner Kelly today. Got a final quote 3 days ago for a wedding reception rental. Responded the next day saying the quote was fine, requested it to be reserved and asked how I could pay for it. I got no response by email so I emailed today again asking how I could pay for the rental and got a response back that I had not reserved the rental with a deposit so they would not be able to deliver it, after specifically asking how I could pay for it...but I could pick up tables, chairs, china, etc for 90 myself! No apology, nothing.

Have done business with Rent All for 25 years now, they have the hard to find equipment that no one else carries. I have known the owner and proud to call him a friend since we were teens, (31 years)....he has a good heart!

Do not rent here. They are horrible at reservation management. I had reserved a peice of equipment a week before. My customers needed vacate the house for a few days in order to use the equipment (refinishing floors). They had apparently already rented out this equipment to another person. I was forced to drive to another city to pick up the same equipment. This is not the first (but it will be yhe last) time I have rented from them and been disappointed. I rented the same style sander a previous time. The initial one I got from them was defective. I lost about half a day of work trying to get the defective equipment to work. When I finally got a replacement it worked fine. Between defective equipment and poor reservation management, I would not rent through this company.

These guys were immediately cheaper and nicer than anybody else on the South or East side of Asheville. I had an issue with the excavator getting into its side and they only charged for a couple of hours for the mechanic to get it back running and brought me a skidster Loader the next day. My experience with other places has been very disappointing compared to the level of customer service Rent All is bringing. Cant say enough good things about them. Give them all your money!

I own a landscaping company in twice have rented from rental. The first time was a leaf vacuum and today it was an error raider. The staff is super friendly and both times they have the equipment they are. But with the leaf vacuum I had to return it because I believe there was a broken zipper on the bag and it was useless. On that occasion my money was refunded with no questions asked.But the aerator experience today was pretty bad. The aerator ran but there was considerable twine from a previous job wound around the aerating chain drive. I am glad that it was just me at the job site today and that I did not have multiple employees standing around waiting while I fixed it. Additionally, one hopes that considerable technological advances have been made in aerating because this was the most unpleasant piece of machinery to run.
