My husband and I went to ProSource Asheville to order supplies and appliances for our new bathroom we are remodeling. From then on the experience went downhill. The communication is terrible and never were able to order anything we wanted and kept being put off by salesman. Our sales associate ( I wont list names) would go 2 weeks without making contact after several emails from us. He would put together invoices that were not applicable with things we had discussed in previous emails and phone calls weeks prior.We then went to Ferguson bath and had the most wonderful experience and 13 days later we have everything at our house we need with zero complications. We were told it could be months for delivery which was ultimately not true.I DO NOT RECOMMEND PRO-SOURCE based on our experience !!

Just wanted to take a moment to review my experience with Prosource in Asheville, NC. The showroom is beautiful and the staff always goes above and beyond to meet our clients and my expectations. I have been bringing clients there since they opened their doors. One of my favorite things is their ever changing floor displays keeping up with the latest trends and finishes. Tracy is our rep and in today’s busy housing market as a designer, can always count on her to accommodate my schedule and turn around client and builder quotes quickly. I highly recommend Prosource, whether it’s a new build, a renovation or just a faucet!

For any plumbing needs, start here. Those guys are awesome and so helpful! Lowes referred me to ProSource & Im very happy I found out about them.

Marsha Castellano was a fabulous help to us when building our house. She was extremely knowledgeable and fun to work with. Her ability to help us find the style that fit our personalities and preferences was uncanny. She really ended up being our design consultant. Melissa Cooper, too, was wonderful in helping us with lighting fixtures. She is super knowledgeable and helpful, as well. These 2 professionals get 5 stars from us.The reason why I am giving ProSource a 4 instead of a 5 is because of their restocking fee. We ended up not being able to use a vanity we purchased because of a plumbing problem. ProSource has a 40% restocking fee. Even though we spent thousands of dollars with them, they would not take the vanity back. So be careful to order only what you absolutely know you will be able to use. The vanity that we couldnt use is still sitting in the showroom waiting to be sold before we are able to get our money back. This is not Marsha and Melissas fault. It is a company policy.

If you are looking for plumbing supplies or fixtures near Asheville, this is the place to go! We purchased a Moen faucet from ProSource in late 2015. Needed a replacement hose due to a leak. Even though we could not find our receipt, the branch manager went out of his way to help us replace the part. You will not find better customer service. Both the parts showroom and fixture showroom are well stocked, and very competitive to the big box retailers on pricing. Check them out.

I have built two homes here in Asheville and we have a choice to use ProSource and another supplier. A friend of mine that just built a home told me she worked with Tracy and was really happy. I immediately contacted her when we started our project. Tracy has been so helpful from the start. She has been there when I have any questions and or when I need assistance with products. She answers my emails within a reasonable time frame which is huge for me in this project. I have been so pleased working with this company and Tracy.

Great place for the plumbing and heating professional

Absolutely the best! Very friendly staff that know how to help you make the right choice. And their new showroom is just incredible and makes it so much easier to figure out just what will make your kitchen and/or bath the one you dreamed of. You got to see it to believe it and I highly recommend going in there. Its beautiful and functional. They have every possible style and product you can imagine I thought and I was blown away with smart technology products. Its crazy, you can get a shower that bluetooth connects to your phone! And a mirror that can play your favorite tracks when you get close! Thats just nuts and wickedly cool! Do yourself a favor and go see these folks. I am a trade professional with many years experience and dealt with everybody out there. I love this place. They really got it right!

Great place to find plumbing parts and lots of assistance. They were able to put together what I couldnt find at the big box stores.
