The Hot Spot on Ashland Ave in Asheville,NC is small and convent. There is no hassle for gas cause there is no gas there. It is great for snacks, drinks. Hotdogs, chips , cigs, beer and so on. Sometimes it can be very crowded and sometimes not very busy. The employees there are friendly same with the manager and asst. Manager. It will be sad in Aug to see one of the employees leave but that young man is very friendly and helpful hopefully everyone can go and see him and wish him luck on his up coming adventure. He works 2 nd shift his name is Bud.

This spot is pretty sketchy but I get in and out with no problems usually. The fat white girl is extremely rude to everyone I know.

Asheland Hotspot is an enigma. If you shop here on the regular, you know how this store works. If youre visiting from out of town or are new to the area, I suggest you visit with a laid back attitude and open mind. Chances are, that youll never visit a store like this anywhere else.

Good company in general but this store sucks. Im not sure if the lady at the counter is new but I stopped in and prepaid my gas as normal using my card, It didnt use it all so when I went to have the remainder put onto my card, she said she couldnt do it and instructed me to call corporate. Called corporate and they helped me. I give 5 stars to them for helping me but I think they need to train their employees better at this store. So I give this store 2 stars

Employee was super rude . He was also not wearing a mask. Illegal . Irresponsible. .... oh yeah, and rude again!At first I didn’t even know he was an employee at first due to lack of professionalism or social distancing . ... or you know, wearing a mask like the law ... this was tonight . Sunday July 19th . Sometime between 10:30 and 11pm .Won’t be returning.

Really wish they would properly list hours of operation; 24 hours is not that same as being closed from 2am to 4am.

I have a reward card, but the machine never works. The line is backed up to the drinks with 5 people standing behind register because on one person is working. I went in this morning. Three people waking around with hoods on cause it’s 20 degrees out side. The only person they ask to remove their hood is the black guy.

Great beer selection. Accessible location. Wilton was super friendly and helpful.

To a local stop store it cares a lot.

The prices are good, good location. The customer service is absolutely the worst! If the cashiers arent listening to there music (with vulgar language) very loudly at the counter, theyre cussing about their personal lives. This is the absolute perfect example of what customer service should never be.

Was gonna order another thiccburger at hardees but decided to go to the hotspot instead. was not disappointed! great selection of snacks and condiments, and added late night entertainment to boot!

I have used this Hot Spot, not another place in Asheville NC quite like this one Unique. It is not quick if your in a hurry dont bother, nobody is rushing through. Clerks are The Boss. You act right or you will be leaving. Not to return. I will go out of my way to use this Hot Spot. Downtown Asheville.
