We visited this store during a snow storm on Christmas Eve and were greeted by the sweetest employee named Deanna. Though the person who was supposed to relieve her wasnt able to make it in and she would be there for 24 hours by the time she could leave, she was happy and smiling. This is what makes Christmas in Asheville perfect!

NOT 24HRS! This makes the SECOND TIME that I have traveled a good distance, (since this is the only 24hr convenience store anywhere around) to be told by an employee standing outside that they were closed. Last time I checked, 24 hours doesnt mean 22 ½ hours.

Many customers and employees not wearing masks, no enforcement of mask or social distancing. Used to shop here frequently not anymore because it is unsafe. Long waits in line as well

I never thought I’d review a gas station, but how could I not review Tunnel Road’s Enmarket 😃. I was heading to Filo for my early morning coffee run when the gas alert on my car dinged that I have 50 miles until E. As soon as it did I was coming up on Enmarket, and their low gas prices drew me in (lowest I’ve found, and even lower if you get their cash card). I’m writing this review mainly because I appreciate the hand sanitizer descenders on every pump 🙏🏾💗. I was wearing gloves but I appreciated their dedication and commitment to the safety of the community. I even got to use the touch less debit card feature that my debit card has for the first time. And while I was pumping I heard an advertisement on the speakers about their skip the line feature of the market which has you use the app and pay through the app for your things, another social distancing and touch less perk. There’s an Enmarket on Merrimon that I have used before, so I will probably start seeking these gas stations out, especially during COVID-19 time, since I know they are taking precautions to help everyone be safe and healthy 💝.

Your employee Felix was extremely rude not to the customer but to a fellow employee. This employee was obviously new and he was yelling at her in front of me, the customer, she was new and he was certainly frustrated with her. Instead of getting angry with her maybe he should have taken the time to properly train her and set her up for success not set her up for failure. She seemed scared to me as he was intimidated her, no wonder she was making mistakes with that kind of environment

Always cheerful employees. Great coffee. Usually the most inexpensive gas in the area. Good cigarette deals when you buy 2 packs

Not 24 hours. They close nightly and you never know when or for how long they’re closing.
