The lady behind the counter needs to learn to do her job. If she doesnt like gambling or scratch offs then she shouldnt work in a place that sells them. I definitely dont need to hear your bullcrap opinion when I dont even play myself, it was given to me as a tip! You need a really bad attitude adjustment!

Other factors about this station are if your 21 and you stop to read the label on a bottle of wine from the Biltmore house ( which is odd because its a gas station ,it just caught my curiosity) you better have your drivers license in your pocket because you are not ALLOWED TO LOOK AT OR TOUCH THE WINE !! AS POINTED OUT CLEARLY BY THE MAN BEHIND THE COUNTER. Make sure you have your mask on dont look at wine or beer with out your ID and pay extra for gas . HAPPY TRAVELS 😊

In from out of town. needed a car wash, it sucked and didnt print receipt... then went to fill up with gas. they are offering 20 cents off gallon with a car wash. they would not give me the discount because I washed car first.

Id rate 0 stars but the sweet woman refunded us. First we stopped because gas was way cheaper (fine print, need carwash), looked at the other price, its the same as the rest of them. Use ANY card and it charged us extra AFTER we started pumping. Needless to say, my already angered hubby got his $$ back 😂😂 She will let the manager know but reading the rest of the reviews, its obviously an issue. But at least ingles made it known 😂😂 just expect to pay a few cents more per gallon!

Rip off! Their main sign quoted regular gas as 2.21. when you get to the pump, the price displayed was 2.51. the 30 cent discount was if you bought a car wash, and the cost of the car wash was not displayed when it asked you yes or no. Then, to top it off, once you have put your card in, and youre ready to pump the gas, the displayed price on the pump jumps to 2.56! Shady dealings here. AVOID

While I think that the gas prices are pretty good, with or without a car wash, and it is convenient to where I work, I have not had the greatest interactions with employees. Most recently, I went into the store and bought one item. The young man who was working slowly walked towards the register, not even looking at me but instead typing on his phone. Then he came to the register and continued to look at and type on his phone and then finally looked up at me and didnt even say anything. After I left the store I noticed on my reciept, there was a charge for another item as well, which I did not get. It was Munchies Cheese. I certainly didnt get any Munchies, so I wonder if this young man had rung it up for himself, hoping I wouldnt notice that I just paid for his snack. The same young man has been rude before. While I dont think its a big enough deal to contact the manager, because it was $1.69, it really pisses me off if this young man is ringing up his items and hoping other people dont notice if theyre paying for them. I will probably just go to the Ingles gas station next door from now on. Its a shame because it is a nice gas station and I like the Eblen gas stations and convenience stores in general but since this kid is always the one working I dont think Ill be going there anymore.

Nothing like getting charged credit card prices when using your debit card. They scammed once, but wont get a second chance.

Process on sign is only if you get a car wash, and price is different is you are paying with card. Bad karma, damaging to the citgo brand.

Premium is $.60 more a gallon than regular? Ripoff, big time. Go somewhere else...

As someone else said, we filled up our car with gas here and it broke down. They cut it with 2/3 WATER. It ruined our car. Please reach out if you had the same experience, seeking legal action.

My car broke down shortly after leaving this place... when I got it towed to a shop to get it diagnosed they said there was water in the gas from where I last filled up. DON’T GO HERE! It’ll wreck your car!

I recently bought gas here and the gas was 2/3 water which caused my car to break down. I had to pay a lot of money to get it fixed form the mechanic. Dont ever buy gas from here or maybe any other Citgo.

False advertising. Why do you advertise your gas price on your billboard with car wash?. Where is this done anywhere else in America? Real price for gas much higher.
