I had this crew come refinish my hardwood floors and rip out some old flooring and they look incredible now . Ive had half my neighborhood come by my house now to check out our New floors. It was done faster than they said it would be and cheaper than we initially thought. I am extremely happy with my floors. and I am fixing to use them again to redo my bathroom .

As a long time general contractor I have been through every type of company you can imagine, good and bad, great and horrible. I bought a foreclosure home about 2 years ago and have invested quite a bit into fixing it up since then. One of the last things that needed worked on was the floors. My wood floors downstairs were in good shape but needed some rejuvenation. Blue Ridge Floors came in and buffed and recoated the floors with polyurethane and they look great! The process was quick, their staff was very professional, and I couldnt be more pleased.The downstairs floors looked so great that it made the carpet on the stairs look drab so I had BRF come in and replace the carpet on the stairs which I love as well.Ive had such a great experience with the company (great staff, great pricing, beautiful floors) that now I have removed the carpet in my upstairs common area and we are having brand new wood floors installed tomorrow. Next up will be replacing the carpet in my bedrooms.I would highly recommend Blue Ridge Floors to anyone needing flooring work done in their home or office.

Courteous people and a great place to find flooring

Our Sales Consultant, Jimmy Jorden, sold and managed the project to install new Coretec Engineerd Vinyl flooring for the living room, dining room, kitchen, 1/2 bath, and hallway. It was a large project removing three types of floors one of which was tile and dealing with transitions of four doors, stairs and a fireplace. There was a lot of heavy furniture to move (THANKS Zach). Jimmy thought of everything! He even noticed floor creaks and took care of them. The new floor laid by Estiban who did an outstanding job. The transitions were challenging and he went beyond to make them perfect. The floors look beautiful. We were on a tight timeframe and they completed everything in an appropriate amount of time....even working on Saturday. Blue Ridge Floors are Awesome!! Thank you for taking care of us!

We used Blue Ridge Floors to do a combination partial new install in our kitchen/hallway and also refinish 50+ year old oak flooring in the rest of the house. We received three quotes on the project and BRF was in line with the other estimates, however, what set BRF apart was their owner, Aaron.Aaron was the only one to take the time to fully listen and understand what we were looking for, and we felt like his professionalism also set him apart in other areas: very detailed estimating so you understood what was being done, color samples so we would feel comfortable about matching our old and new floors, availability via phone and email to address any concerns, and just an overall sense that he cared about how our floors were going to turn out.For what we asked them to do we were very pleased with the results: we have nice looking floors at a good price and we would definitely use them again. They also showed up when they said they would start and they finished in the time frame I requested. Great job, BRF!

Two stars because the work actually looks good.Initiating the project with BRF was easy enough, picked out all of the stuff we wanted, measured our 2500+ sq ft project. And agreed on a quote.The problems start occurring when working with deadlines. Our goal was to have the flooring complete in our home so we could move in within our tight deadline. Our deadline was one month from purchase, but we also had a paint crew to manage. Originally BRF needed a week to accomplish this job, so we set aside a week and moved on.Many problems on top of this began to occur, BRF trying to change when they were doing floors directly with my paint crew, and not informing me, which caused them problems. BRF requested more time to complete the project, which was granted and they had access 4 days before, for a total of 9 business days.Long story short, the floors were not complete in time, so we had to move in anyways and live in areas where the floors are complete like a living room and hallway, and let crews into our home while we are on vacation to finish the floors they did not complete.My experience in the logistics of dealing with BRF has been incredibly frustrating. But the floors look extremely nice, and I havent noticed any large issues yet.
