The best beauty and hair supply store around!!! You cant beat their prices. They have a huge selection and the staff could not be more kind or helpful. We drive 30 minutes to visit Venus even though we have multiple beauty supply stores that are closer.

Great and HUGE selection of products and hair/wigs. The owner and employees are always so nice and helpful to me. The products are quality and unique. I love their makeup selection as well, I can always get stuff that I can not find anywhere else. I have never had a negative experience and I always feel so welcome when I go, which is very nice because I drive an hour to go there. So much better than trying to buy online because when I shop at Venus I know I am going to buy quality at a reasonable price! They also have been taking all the precautions during the pandemic. They always go above and beyond and offer one-of-a-kind services and products to the Asheville/Western NC area! I hope they never leave!

Extremely overcrowded. Not a great selection of wigs. I gave it 4 stars because it is the ONLY beauty supply store for African Americans in 40 mile radius.

This place is so fun! Always great prices and you can find lipsticks and earrings for 69 cents! I mean....hello. Whether shopping for wigs, hair pieces, accessories or fun makeup...these folks have it..and at an amazing price. Always super helpful and friendly staff too.

Staff seemed brothered when you ask something and they have there wigs at the top so the staff has to get a latter just for you to see it. Never going to this store again. Customer Service needs a lot of work.

I wish I could give Venus more than 5 stars. I’ve been a customer going on 10 years. I love it so much that even though I live in Tennessee now I still drive for the prices and the people. The staff has been sooo helpful over the years. Did you know they do free shipping for orders over $50? Life changing. They have also helped my sister and I more than once and when they couldn’t find what we needed gave use something better at the same price. I love Kat and the entire staff. I dare you to find a better priced store with better service within 200 miles, you won’t.

Kelly did an excellent job helping me to find the perfect wig. She was friendly,courteous and informative. She patiently answered questions regarding care of the wig. I would highly recommend Kelly at Venus, if you are new to wearing a wig or have many wigs. Shes awesome!

The staff was very helpful and very nice I enjoyed myself and I will return again. I I ordered a number 4@ a number 27 in Paradise curl it was wonderful makes me look beautiful. the atmosphere was very nice and calm cool very good.

Customer Service is ALWAYS good and I love the variety of products. I recently suggested they carry a specific product by Carols Daughter since I always have to order it online and I came it today and there it was on the shelf!!!! That was definitely appreciated and shows their commitment to their customers!

As you all know. I love this place. It is literally like candy shop to me. This visit was just as hard as for me as all the others because of the choices it provides you. It is like Walmart and Lays Chip to me.

I always go to Fantastic Sams to get my hair cut every spring and by winter it has grown out to the same length every time. They also give wax jobs on your eyebrows and I have always loved every job they have done for me.

Excellent customer service. Great selection. There are two things that annoy me when shopping here. First, the wigs are untouchable. You have to ask for assistance to see/ feel them. Next, is the pricing. The pricing is rather high but I figured it’s because of the shoplifters whose faces greet you at the door. Somebody has to pay for the merchandise they lifted. I either order my stash online or be impatient and shop here and/or locally.

One stop shop for everything hair. Crochet braids, crochet weave, human hair bundles, lace front wigs, tracks, faux locs, faux mink lashes, hair accessories, scarves, makeup, natural and chemically processed hair products. Im here literally every other week. The staff are extremely friendly, entertaining and knowledgeable. Just wish there was another location here in Asheville!

Didnt exactly fit in being a bearded white guy, but the super sweet ladies helped me find what my wife sent me in for AND found some cool alternative to the pricey materials I tie big trout streamer patterns with. They have every color known to man ( or woman ).
