Hardest working manager ever! Friendly in the most challenging times.

I have enjoyed my trips to this particular store for the excellent attention and customer service. Logan is always happy and helpful, even remembering me with months in-between our interactions. Lisa also happily greets customers with a genuine Welcome in, making everyone feel like they are in the right place. I also remember Sadie who answered many questions for me and seemed to know her stuff. Thank you to the crew at this CosmoProf for their positivity and ready-to-assist attitude!

I normally go to Cosmoprof in Hendersonville and I adore them. They are amazing. I actually live closer to the Asheville store. I wasn’t always happy with the customer service I received at the Asheville location. That changed today! Logan was awesome! She introduced herself….She helped me with questions I had about products I’d never used before. She asked my name and said it was nice to meet me. She is wonderful! Such a change! I think everyone that goes to this store will see the difference if she is working that day! Logan is a definite asset to this location! I just had to post this because it was such a different experience than normal. Kudos to Cosmoprof for hiring Logan!

I havent been shopping at Cosmoprof for a few years now. The staff was progressively getting worse with customer service. But I recently shopped at Cosmoprof out of convince & I had a wonderful experience. The staff was so nice & willing to help you. I will definitely be shopping there in the future.

Always friendly 😊just wish stock would come in more consistent. Manufacturing fault, because staff puts it out asap.

Recently visited this location and the staff is a new and friendly. Much more enjoyable to shop there now.

I just cant understand why they cant keep enough of matrix color..... they never have all the colors I need... not to mention the developer! Id think theyd know by now they need to order much more. I only go there if its last resort now.

Those ladies are working hard to get the store holiday ready. Very friendly and helpful. This place has turned around since the rude employee s are gone, it helps I used to dread having to shop there.

Rude. Every single time Ive been in. Treat beauty students like were wasting their time being in there to purchase something. One girl in particular actually rolls her eyes at customers with questions. Ive seen enough and wont be back. Theres another supply store in town that Ive always had pleasant staff and they are very helpful with questions.

Very low on barber supply

Worst customer service, with absolutely NO product knowledge . Should pay more attention to their products that need replenishing. Only forced to go here cause I NEED my supplies and LOVE cosmoprof . Should hire new staff !!

Very poor service,computer was down,counterperson had no idea how to rectify and didnt have any clue about the products she was selling. How can they put someone on duty who was not,a hair stylist with no knowledge.
