Ordered TV online to be picked up and arrived 45 minutes prior to designated pickup time prepared to sit in vehicle and read while waiting. Had an emergency at home (1 hr away) and needed to leave so I asked customer service if they would be able to expedite the order, else I could come back later in the week. They went above and beyond and got the TV in my car quickly so I could head home. Thanks so much!

This place made me so angry. I was treated like a thief the moment I walked into the door. I was shopping for audio equipment and knew exact what I was looking for. In most Best Buys the mobile equipment is located in the back corner. Well I was looking for the items and immediately I was approached by a salesman. I explained my mission but he suggested me to look in another area because no one there to watch me. Company policy, he said. So I told I wanted to purchase something that was in lock up. He went to retrieve it. In the mean time I was looking at some other audio he suggested which I wasnt interested in. I was talking with another customer about a product he was considering buying. Since I had one, I was giving him my review of the product. The salesman returned with item and start talking with the other customer. I was waiting on the item trying not to interrupt their conversation. We were about 15 feet from the register which there were 4 additional guys from two when I entered the store. 6 total. I was ready to leave the store. I kindly ask him Do you trust me with the item to take the register for checkout?. He told me he didnt trust me. I kindly told him I dont need to purchase products from here if you dont trust me as a customer. We were less than 15 feet from the entrance and he was able to see me clearly. As I approached the store exit, the young men positioned themselves as though I was taking something out of the store. I promised myself that I will not stop there again.

Absolute worst customer service - cant even speak with anyone in my local store. Computer answering/helper really bad. Finally got a person who said i was being transferred to local store but just went back to the inane computer system. What i bought doesnt work and i cant get any help in figuring out the best way/time to exchange it for something that does. Impossible. Never shopping here again.

Everyone we encountered at the store was super helpful and steered mlady to the perfect chrome book for her teaching requirements. I picked one of the associates brain about cell phone stuff until I know he was ready for me to leave but you wouldnt have known it by his demeanor, he was super friendly and answered all of my inquiries concisely. Great place to shop for tech stuff, the folks there will answer all of your questions and steer you in the right direction!

I was told that if I got a Best Buy credit card I would save 10 percent. Since I was buying a TV, I did so. I later learned that I did NOT save 10 percent. I got bonus points. When I tried to use my bonus points, I could not. You have to spend more money than your bonus points. So I added more to my purchase, that wouldnt work either. Certain purchases dont count. Will cancel my account, shred my card, and never enter Best Buy again. 😒

Figure on having to go in to get anything done. They no longer accept phone calls at the store. Their call back service doesnt function. Trying the on-line chat sucks up time and doesnt seem to get you anywhere either. Stock in the stores is way down. On the positive side, they are no longer crowded. Guess I know why.Ive shopped there for many years and they are nowhere near what they used to be!

I know stores are short staffed right now and having trouble keeping people working. I went to customer service to ask a question because I couldnt find anyone on the floor and was told it would be a while before they could help me (which I understand). Then the two employees chatted it up ignoring me and others ...it was very strange. I went ahead with my purchase and the cashier was super nice and was able to answer my question very quickly. I wish I would have got his name because he was so nice!

Have bought electronics from here on multiple occasions and am always highly satisfied with the service and help the associates offer. My PC broke recently and I brought it to geek squad and they were very knowledgeable and helpful with my options. They were also very honest about the limits of their help and didn’t try to just get me to buy the service for no reason.

I purchased an almost $2,000 refrigerator for our new build. We couldnt install it when it was delivered due to unexpected material shortages. When we finally unwrapped the packaging there was a dent in the door. Best Buy refuses to replace the door because Im outside the 15 day return. A new product was delivered damaged they wont take care of me. I will never buy another appliance from them again.

Scheduled an appointment to have a radar detector installed in my car. Had an appointment confirmed on August 1st at 4:00 for two weeks in advance. Best Buy called and said the installer couldn’t do it at 4pm but could be there at 6pm. Drive all the way there to be told no installation was scheduled at 6 and I was a work in. Very Rude had to wait 30 minutes for someone to tell me my prescheduled appointment was a work in? No customer service in store and very poor customer service via phone and scheduling. Will not be back for anything.

We shop at Best Buy a lot because they always seem to have what I need. Most of their employees are very helpful and will spend the time with you to describe the product so that you buy exactly what is right for you. I recently bought new cell phones for my wife and I and asked the salesperson if these phones would handle wireless charging and was told yes, I then purchased a wireless charger and found out unfortunately my new phones would not charge wirelessly. I love the phones but Im very unhappy that they dont handle wireless charging. Now I have a charger that I cant use and unfortunately have to drive an hour and a half to the closest Best buy to return it thats a 3-hour round trip that I wish I didnt have to make.

Bought my Lenova laptop here and got the Tech support. Everything works great and support has been helpful. Wasnt too sure about Microsoft Edge, which is what they use as their main browser, but it has alot of new features and I love it. Love the blue Jean exterior look of my laptop too!

Every time I have ever come to this store, which is around 8 times over the past 2 years, the customer service is terrible. I always have to wait at least 15-20 minutes for someone to help me then they’re rude and abrupt. It’s as if they’re in the business of trying to NOT sell things here. I have a Best Buy credit card and made many purchases at the one in Charlotte when I lived there. The staff there was always helpful and friendly. I have yet to purchase anything at this store because of the service then when I have received assistance: they have never had what I needed and so had to go elsewhere. Here are some of the products I have come in to purchase but left to purchase elsewhere over the past 2 years: a new laptop, a printer, various cords such as an hdmi cord, an iPad, an iPhone, an espresso maker, ink cartridges, charging port. If I was a manager of BestBuy, I would be concerned. I don’t recommend going here; just save youraf the trouble and order online.

2 parts to this: first the in-store experience, second is what happened after.In the store the associate I dealt with was very friendly and helpful, helped me find what I needed and even assisted with getting the product out to my car. 5 stars on the in-store part.Now on to what happened after. Backstory first: I purchased a tv stand, with a debit card, not associated with Best Buy in any way.Got home and I thought all was well, then I get an alert that I have had a credit inquiry, which is odd because I hadnt done/not done/applied etc. For anything that requires my credit. Turns out, to be a credit inquiry from Citibank NA Best B. Well I put 2 and 2 together to realize that Best Buy had, unbeknownst to me, put in an inquiry for a store credit card through Citibank. Dropped my credit score a few points, which may not sound like a big deal, but as someone who is working very hard to repair my credit, this is extremely upsetting. Have been unable to reach Best Buy customer service nor Citibank customer service. I will be pursuing this further

It was a typical Best Buy but the staff at this location were pretty abrasive, more so than any other place I have shopped. They were overly helpful well say, invasive is strong but seems kind of a more appropriate term in a way. At first I thought I was being profiled, and kept wondering why exactly? Was it what I was wearing, my haircut, or possibly just what I look like in general... As I was trying to determine why all eyes felt as if they were on me constantly and with a certain intensity as to where it felt as if everyone thought I had somehow stuffed multiple PS5 systems in my pants and was about to make a bolting attempt to flee rapidly.... I noticed the employees were watching everyone, with the same vigorous enthusiasm as I was receiving. Like even families with children, the children themselves and the elderly couple that was just looking at basic kitchen appliances. I dont think I have ever written a post, good or bad towards a business in this manner, but this for some reason, this deserved a type of response from me. If anyone else feels this way, similarly or yo the contrary about this store please reply. I know Best Buy, I feel even above other retailers, has to have good and thorough security, especially with the particular merchandise they specialize in. I feel that, but like damn guys... The customers were being straight up patrolled by the BlueShirts in that place. I sensed no form of help and assistance, or appreciation for choosing Best Buy to possibly spend my money with coming from them, just overcurious hostility, even in the tones used when asking me Did I need any help finding what I was looking for? I felt ostracized. It was unpleasant. Maybe have a meeting or something like that about it... 🤨🤔🧐😎🤓👍👌✌️🖕👎

Worst experience at an Best Buy ever. Called the store to ask about product availability and was placed on hold for over an hour. Once the phone was answered, an associate asked for the item I was looking for, then prompted to hang up on me. After that I tried the corporate line and they were able to patch me through to the store. Corporate forwarded me to the wrong line and the associate was unable to get an associate on the phone in the correct department. After 1.5 hours, I arrive at the store without them ever attempting to return my call. After getting there, I went over to the Home Theater department and stood at the customer service desk for an additional 20 minutes with three different associates looking at me and not recognizing my presence. None of them were wearing name tags, probably for the better since all of them were incompetent. I eventually got someone to ring me up and they were very unapologetic about the entire situation. Last time I will ever be shopping this location as the staff seems to be unfamiliar with customer service and unaware of how a phone works.

Purchased laptop for christmas present, less than 3 months later, it died. Little use, but when presented to the store, was given no choice but repair. The clerks did not want to try to fix it. Worst place to have an appointment. Have been waiting since December for an insulation of an auto start. Got a call that the person was out for a few week(totaly understandable). Tried to call back 4 days in a row, on hold for over an hour and no one answered. Went there and was told there is no appointment available but yet the man in front of me that just bought something got one in 2 weeks. The long haired man acted like it was no big deal I was upset. Good luck getting someone on the phone! My wife drove an hour away and had a car audio receiver installed in my truck, when she got home I realized that the usb ports of my truck no longer worked for android auto or to even charge my phone. I called Geek squad and Best Buys 1-800 numbers and they were not able to help me. They said to call the store directly or to chat online. I chatted with 4 different agents online and no one could help me. I called the store on 3 different occasions and sat on hold for 45 min plus and still wasnt able to talk to anyone! My question was simple, when can I come in to get the installation fixed?!? It seems to be a very simple issue that Best Buy makes impossible to correct.

I purchased a washer/dryer set from Best Buy because of the appealing delivery and installation options. I had an 8-hour window for delivery. The delivery team informed me that they were only for delivery and the installation team is another set of people. They also delivered an oven range power supply. I used Best Buy chat and got information from a representative that the installation team was still in transit despite being marked complete on my end. 45 minutes after my window, I called Best Buy and was informed that the team had marked my installation as being completed and was not going to arrive to install and then told me I must wait 11 days for the next available install and 2 days for the right power supply. The first rep was pretty decent but the second rep I spoke to was a prime example of lousy customer service. #worstbuy

I normally take my stuff and deal with Best buy of Arden. But I had a dash cam install needed to be done on my Volvo. I purchased the dash cam online at bestbuy.com and then was told to go pick it up. I wanted professional installation as it was free for total tech customers like me. In the end the one big challenge which is really a one-star rating was for the process of trying to get it installed and set an appointment, almost impossible you cant get anybody on the telephone at the stores anymore and the online installation thing is so well hidden that you cant hardly find it. In the end though I set it up online at the tunnel road store, dropped it off and Justin B. was extremely cooperative and accommodating, explaining to me and setting my expectation on what needed to be done on the interior of the car to properly mount the forward and rear-facing dash cam. It only took about an hour and a half, I went and ate lunch with some folks who had come to pick me up and it was done so quickly, very professionally. Justin did a great job and this reminded me why I go to Best buy for all my electronics needs.
