This place is my all time spot to shop. Beautiful merch and very kind people who work there. Can’t say enough great things about this place.

I really like this store I been going for a while however last month I got some lotion online paid 50$ and never heard anything after 5 weeks I started emailing and calling no one returned my phone calls or emails ! I never received my lotion and now I’m out 50 very disappointed

Buyers beware! BSLSN appears to be completely closed: retail location AND ecommerce website.On April 2 2021, I placed an order via Big Spoon Little Spoon Naturals website for 3 bars of their Sandy Dog Shampoo Soap. The same day I received an order confirmation and a charge against my PayPal account for the order amount. But after that, nothing: no product, no email, nada. The initial email DID say it could take up to four weeks for the order to be ready, so I waited until April 30 to send an email asking for the status of my order... no reply to that email. My wife submitted an inquiry with BSLSN via their Instagram page... no response there either. We called their phone but no answer and -- you guessed it -- no response to the voicemail we left. Currently pursuing a refund via PayPals dispute resolution center.UPDATE: on May 19 PayPal issued me a full refund for the order that BSLSN failed to deliver.

Store has closed wasted my day going

I’ve been shopping at this little mom and pop shop for years now. The tea tree rose face lotion is consistent and gives me a wonderful complexion. The service is always a joy in store, and ordering online. Jackie and the staff here really care about their customers and giving the best service.

Went here today for the first time I love this store! It is filled with beautiful quality products for a fair price. I bought a gorgeous dream catcher and I couldn’t be happier. The woman that worked there was so sweet and very informative! 🙏🏽 Good vibes and lovely items from this store! 💕✨

Love the employee and the vibes from this shop but some items such as a brand name tinted lip balm were being sold for so much more than the drugstore even though it’s the same product. The lip balm is around 4-5 bucks anywhere else but here it was I believe 14-17 bucks. What a rip.

These products ARE INCREDIBLE and life changing. The passionflower herb oil melts away my anxiety the second i put it on, nothing has brought me so much peace on the go. My boyfriend and I are in love with the soaps, they lather beautifully and my skin feels so detoxified from the charcoal, I’m glowing! The owners radiate love and happiness. Best soaps and oils ever!

Ordered a box of 4 soaps for local pickup, this time. The store always smells great. When I picked up my order, the bag of soap, coincidentally, smelled awesome! The soaps were presented so well (and super-resourcefully) that I definitely wouldnt hesitate to have BSLSN send a gift directly to someone next time. (except for fear it might not make it through the mail b/c the postal svc thought it smelled suspiciously too good).I come back here when I need soap, My fav so far is Blue Lavender. Ill keep coming back as long as Im still around. Oh, and they have more than soap, btw.. and that stuff smells great, too. ;)

Placed an order and two months later still nothing. Tried calling and emailing them and they never got back to me but they did charge my card right away. Disputing the charge and never ordering from them again.
