Hands down the best customer service experience I have ever had. Casey was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and charming. I can not recommend this place enough.My fiancee and I had some friends come and help us move down to Texas, and we were loading the storage unit in hot Texas summer weather. Casey came by unprompted and brought us all ice cold bottles of water. If you need storage space, come here. You will not be disappointed. The spaces are clean and designed in such a way to prevent flooding. Would rate 10 stars if I could.

Storage unit has weird lip which makes walking in or out or even using a dolly awkward and hard to use. The drywall separating the back had cracks and mold growing on it and their were openings at the top of the unit so you could technically reach into other units. As well they allowed a large truck to park in the storage area which makes it hard for any other trucks to get thru!!

Have been visiting this property for a long while, know the staff and the leadership. While the always provide good solid service and go the limit for their customers, one review here attempted to tear them down due to the issue with a break in, I think most of us are smart enough to know that information in a criminal investigation is limited to law enforcement and those involved in the crime. As for the staff They have always been good to their customers every time I have been there to witness. I have been to a lot of storage places, and this one isnt bad, or shady or any kind of conspiracy going on, they use the tools provided to give the best overall service to their customers/tenants, and usually with a smile.

Let be clear about this review. There is something fishy going on at this life storage. I moved in to this storage unit 2 months ago. Was told that there was no previous break ins or theft there for years. Then just last week my storage along with 10+ other units were robbed by thieves. Whats fishy is that there was no notification or announcement to the renters about the theft that happened the night before. With all their surveillance they have not announced a vehicle make or model or even caught the people. They say it might have happened overnight but that cant be because I was told that the gate doesnt work from 10 pm to 6 am. So that only leaves 7 hours of unattended access and video footage to look from. As I saw they will complain about looking through it. Just understand that they might sell you on the fact that they have not been robbed, but that is a load of lies. If you rent from them keep this review in the back of your mind and understand the risk you are taking. Probably wont hurt to look a little further away.

In response to a previous review having worked in the industry the staff is unable to provide information without authorization. They call the tenants , they assist in filing incident reports , talking with officers , reviewing footage, assisting in filing with insurance but they are not able to provide specific information with anyone other then law enforcement, their cooperate office and supervisors. That being said break-ins happen anywhere its never a matter of if but always a matter of when and they do everything they can to assist and get things taken care of that is why insurance is mandatory for situations such as this. It is not fair to rip apart a staff that works hard and takes something like this to heart when they are limited as the information they are allowed to give out. I can say this facility is clean , well kept and the staff will do all they can to assist in any situation.

I was passing by with my brother and decided to stop in I was headed to public storage I had a reservation with them and Im sure glad I did Coy and Bethany did a great job helping me in this time of need finding the right storage for my needs superb service!!!

Great storage facility. Very clean and well kept. This is our second time using this storage service. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. This is the kind of business people miss from the old days. Honest and genuine.

When I first called Uncle Bobs, it appeared online that the space I desired was unavailable. The individual helping me had the foresight and consideration to ask me - what is it you are really looking for, when I asked to rent two spaces. Lo and behold, they had exactly what I needed at the location I desired. The staff is awesome. They are always on site and are always friendly and courteous. The facilities and property are clean and safe. I feel safe coming and going alone as a female. I am beyond pleased with my experience and would rent from them again and would refer them to any friend or associate! Omg!! My second visit to life storage on lamar blvd. I spoke to Casey and Bethany awesome people very polite and very helpful. They kept me smiling and felt like we were friends forever. They took care of my needs and gave me good information here in texas. The grounds was very clean and well kept, i will continue to use life storage as long as they have wonderful employees as this. Rat INFESTATION!!! Stay away from this place! I didn’t even store food in my storage and the rats still raided it!!! They got into my boxes, clothing and everything thing else. I bought insurance but they want you to fill out 5000 documents to try and discourage you from filing a claim. They even ate through my shoes.
