When my husband rented two units from this location I never expected it to be anything more than the usual transaction. Then my husband passed away and I had a stroke. The manager at this location,Christina, has gone above and beyond what most others would have done to smooth out problems, offer help, remind of things due, and even brought Kleenex when I cried over memories in the unit. Its a special person who goes above and beyond like that. I highly HIGHLY recommend this PS for the care youll get from Christina!!

Came to rent a space from this facility and the property manager Christina was so helpful. She showed me my specific unit and explained everything to me in detail and was very professional. Give her a RAISE!

My boyfriend rented a unit here about five months ago and Christina has been more than helpful throughout our time here. He can be forgetful at times and she always reaches out to help us avoid late fees. When ever we have had questions in the past she has always been quick to return our calls. she’s always kind, patient and happy to help. We really appreciate her and all she has done. Ready to move in our “reserved” unit the first day we arrived driving from New York we found our out that the unit was not, in fact, ours. Can you imagine having a huge truck load of your entire belongings with limited time to unload and no where to unload it? THANKFULLY Christina took care of everything. We were able to get a unit and move right in without delay. She was very accommodating.

Christina was super nice and pleasant. We were looking for oversized parking and hesitant of whether Public Storage would be able to fit our needs. Christinas great attitude and allowing us to view where we would be parking and easing concerns.....we are now Public Storage clients for 2 months!

This location is close to I30 very clean nice and they have so much to chose from when it comes to packing. Donna is very sweet and explains to you in detail on how the rental process is. I recommend this place for your storage needs or to purchase packing supplies.

Came into the Lamar location for a small unit something inexpensive. After talking to Donna the property manager, she said I needed a larger unit. The prices at Lamar are really good. The location is just down the street from my apartments. Great customer service!!

I came to Public Storage to purchase a Quick Pack for packing my apartment. They sell all different kind of boxes here and bubble wrap. The prices are good and Donna is great.

I came to Lamar to look for a small storage, but they didnt have the size I needed. I needed to pay my bill also and Donna helped me with that and got my name and number when the smaller size becomes available. I forgot what customer service was like. You will find it here!

The facility seemed to be well kept , the manager at this location , Sarah, was able to answer all of our questions and was really sweet, made us feel very welcome. Decent prices and is in an okay area. I would absolutely recommend this location.

I brought home bedbugs, cockroaches all in my boxes..mind you bedbugs can’t survive without blood but can last a year without it.. I literally threw everything away before I got my home exterminated which cost me a lot of money..no more storages for me..worse experience every

I had the easiest purchase experience with Rashera at this Public Storage Location. She was amazing and personable. Understood my storage needs and helped me determine the size of unit that I needed. Once I was moving in, I saw her on property and she came by to say hi and see if everything was going well. I am very please with this PS location, it is clean and security protected.

Good employees but terrible quality facility. One building was clean and cool, but the one we were shown had moldy carpet, bugs, and the AC was out. Management needs to not neglect this facility because we chose to go elsewhere.
