Strawberry cheesecake was good. Their new Rose Lychee flavor was even better. It did not disappoint. They also have standard flavors for the less adventurous like cookies and cream and cookie butter. Service was pretty quick and the facilities neat and clean.

We enjoyed this place. They have rolled ice cream. It is different. Service was good. I would recommend this place.

This seemed like a very nice place to have a cool summer day ice cream. The variety on display was good and delicious. Unfortunately the service was terrible. Me and a couple of friends entered the store and stood in line waiting our turn to order a Thai Tea Latte. Once we made it to the front, we were told that they were closed and they asked us to leave. They had put a cone in front of the entrance indicating they were closed and are not expecting any new customers for the evening. We were in before that and were standing in line for a while. You have lost a customer! We want to support small business, but this is never good service to drive your customers away after standing in line.

First time here and the customer service was great and the rolled ice cream was even better.

I love this place, always a perfect choice for my friends and I to grab some ice cream. However, every time we come, theres only one person attending on weekends, which implies a high demand and long time waiting. We highly suggest that you guys work on it and make it easier to your employees, we stayed here for about 30 mins and realized it might be a little overwhelming for him to do EVERYTHING al by himself

Such a mean person, we came here Thursday 6/24/2021 around 9 pm and we were inside and when we arrived to the cashier the guy said you can’t order because we closed at 9 already, he should let us order because we were inside already. Very mean and this needs to be improved and the person need to be questioned. Because we reached the cashier!!!!!!👎👎👎👎👎

Right near The Signature Theatre so ice cream before or after a show makes for a great time out. Cream is spread out on ice cold block, mixed until frozen, spread thin then scraped so that it coils making several rolls. These are placed in a cup and topped with syrup, fruit, candy, or cookies. A unique experience and very tasty as well.

Interesting take on ice cream....frozen condensed milk with toppings fresh flash frozen to order. I had the Banana Pudding and also recommend the Fruity Pebbles. Enjoy!

A very nice experience. Very clean resturant. Price was affordable for what you get in the DMV. Ive had other rolled ice creams and this one compared to them. Interesting items on the menu. I got the fruity pebbles one. Though I would like to see the menu expanded and more items added.

This location has seriously gone downhill. The prices have gone up while the serving sizes have been reduced.If in the area go to Yogi Castle up the block for a better experience.

Good menu and place is clean. Poor service! The young lady and man working behind the counter did not acknowledge our presence for more than 5 minutes after entering. The female counter server’s friends came in after us and were served first, still not acknowledging our presence. It feels like the younger employees do not appreciate working there, rather they seem entitled.This is a fun fad but certainly not worth the price for a niche product and lousy service.Seriously, 5 star reviews should be easy, it’s about clean, friendly atmosphere.

Very bad service ..the cashier was serving some people at 9 pm when we were inside the shop and waiting in line .. once it was our turn to order he said sorry we are closed !! We were waiting for 10 minutes !! Are you serious ?!! You couldve told us earlier instead of keeping us waiting !!!such a Bad service !!

Second visit here. Very clean store and light atmosphere. Its fun to watch the hard workers create the milkshake myself and a friend of mine wanted to try. They also share a high commitment to quality. That was demonstrated by the manager rejecting the milkshake, made by one of her staff, that I ordered for a friend of mine. She remade it without making a big deal and embarrassing her employee. Both turned out perfect. Highly satisfied with the purchase. I look forward to returning there in the future.

I was skeptical of this rolled ice cream, but I’ve never met an ice cream I didn’t love. This is amazing. I got the one with the biscoff cookies and added banana. I’ll definitely be back!

This rolled ice cream trend is as tasty as any. The time of my visit, there were only two workers. A line formed but everyone waited patiently. I enjoyed the new trend and the flavors were delicious - 6 flavors shared amongst my family.

The store is clean and the staff is super friendly. Everything about the store is fine, except the ice cream. I had the chocolate smore and it was not terrible, but also not great. I paid about $9 for the cup of ice cream. It tasted very plain and I could hardly taste the chocolate, I ended up not finishing it. Im sure some of the other flavors might be better & I may just have to try something else if I decide to give this place a second try.

A special kind of labor, great that you get to watch the sausage being made. Clean, aesthetic restaurant. Staff doing good job. I dont like the product, but it is good for what it is.

I always come here for Green matcha ice cream and Taro milk tea

Their ice cream has a wonderfully smooth and rich texture. Interesting and palatable flavors like mango or matcha paired with delicious toppings. Friendly staff which is hard to find.

Enjoyed this place, definitely some interesting flavors. Think I have tried them all, but they are regularly adding something different. Almost all of the employees are friendly, have seen one maleemployee demean other employees regularly and publicly, but the other employees remained professional. That takes away from the experience. Definite visit for anyone in the area.

Ice cream is like play-doh, you can shape it into whatever you want. You can even shape it into something cool like a little alien, or a fast car! So someone tell me why the best thing you could come up with is a tube? Really? Thats the best you can do? Any shape that can created with a mathematical formula is utterly unappetizing and I will not sit idly by while I-CE-NY sullies the good name of ice cream. I will not be returning. However, Carl, my server, was a real sweetheart, this is the only thing putting this hot bed of sin above 1 star.

Ice cream was good, not amazing. Waited approximately 15 minutes for our ice cream (one of the two that we ordered) and there was NO ONE in front of us. We understand it takes a bit to get in the groove, But two orders shouldn’t take over 15 minutes to make if there are 3 people working! Disappointed, won’t be going back.

Neat ice cream shop. The ice cream is made to order and is done on an anti griddle. The Asian flavored ones are unique and are really worth trying out.My only complaint is not the ice cream but the tea they serve because i think its a missed opportunity. If you want a boba tea you have to go to pentagon city or Clarendon which is too far for a drink. Make boba balls for your tea and advertise it, people will buy them!

Standard rolled ice cream. Some interesting flavor combinations that have an Asian flavor profile. Because it is new, they were still training staff to make the ice cream so it took a bit longer than Im sure it will take when they are up and going.

Its over priced. $7 for..... Ok(?) ice cream. Is it even ice cream? Im not sure. And the place is loud as a factory as the workers are beating these little scrappers on the huge plate making your frozen thing.

There are a few places like these in Philly and NYC. I was around the area for the weekend and after an expensive dinner in this area i expected the desert to be no less than $15 dollars, but to our surprise we it was not. This is amazing and i love the fact that it has unique flavors like matcha, taro and rose lychee YUM!. My Fiance and i loved it!! its not super sweet so it taste awesome and the topping and condense milk makes it sweeter. Personally i prefer it just as is and loved watching how these folks roll it for me. I could have probably ate 3 more, but my body wouldnt need it lol. This place is not for anyone who isnt patient as its not taking a scoop from a bucket. It is made fresh and rolled on spot. Next time i am in town i would have to go back to this place after a lovely dinner across the way with yummy thai food. :)

Made to order ice cream. Unusual Asian flavors (taro, thai ice tea, Hong Kong milk tea, lycee, coconut jelly, etc.) This concept is a bit of a novelty but it works and it works well. Enjoy!

I-CE-NY is one of my favorite places to hang out with my kid. It’s a brand new ice cream place in Shirlington Village. Definitely a welcome addition because the area needs a larger variety of dessert and coffee options. We ordered the rose lychee ice cream and Hong Kong milk tea latte. The rose lychee was so uniquely crafted, so creamy, rich in flavor and topped with generous amount of lychee and raspberry. The Hong Kong ice tea was a hit ! I’m definitely coming back to try this again. The place is adorable with variety of seating options. There is free WiFi and a place to work too. I’ve already been there more than 3 times and I would say this is definitely the place to go if you are looking for something outside the box. The staff are super nice and friendly. I highly recommend this place if you want to hang out with your friends and family.

I love this place. Ice cream & a show. My daughter loves it more. She pretends to be one of the ice cream artists and mimics chopping & rolling the ice cream.Try the unusual flavours like Macha or Hong Kong Iced Tea or coconut Sticky Rice if youre feeling adventurous or Smores, Supreme Berry or Banana Split if you want something traditional.

Ordered the oreo icecream without chocolate sauce. They made mine twice cause the first time they added the sauce, no biggie. But then they made the mistake again, and were about to make my ice cream a third time, but I told her I would just take it because we were already waiting at least 15 minutes for it. The actual ice cream was just ok, Ive had better rolled icecream in the past. I wouldnt come back here

Great concept but definitely overpriced. The flavors to me were not flavorful but I guess since it is ice that is probably the problem.

Every time I come here they tell me they don’t have Bobba but it’s not listed when they’re out or when it will return and before they said they stop serving bobba at 7 that should be listed as well. Really disappointing.
