I went there with a birthday coupon from Saturday that was good until next Friday. When I was telling the Asian man there he wouldn’t even let me finish my sentence before yelling “NO, No, No” and every time I tried saying something he kept saying no. He was very rude and disrespectful.

The worker there was very disrespectful, said that “we got extra” and before we left we showed him the money and he just took the money and kicked us out. he told us to shh and called us the n word. i would never go there again.

Not taking as many COVID precautions as they could be. Hand sanitizer was readily available, but you still self serve toppings which seems like a bad idea. ( I get that they really can’t change the way you get yogurt, but they could fix the topping situation.) I wouldn’t go back until after the pandemic. They also had outdoor seating, but the chairs were up so you couldn’t use it. I didn’t understand that. It seemed like they just didn’t want to sanitize the tables between guests.

The location is clean and easy to find. Went in for the first time, as my FroYoZen closed.The owner was not very friendly and just stood there staring at us, while we decided what we wanted. He never uttered a word, it was awkward, as normally business owners want to engage with patrons.We made out selections, aollied our toppings and went to pay. Again, the owner remained silent. He never offered any information on their loyalty program or any other enticement to return.The yogurt was tasty and the side bar was well stocked and neat.Now compared to FroYoZen they are twice as expensive but maybe thats why they closed.What Im going to do is look for another location, as my desire is to be a regular to a company that wants me as a customer. I would have become a regular but the owner not being interacted just was too creepy for me.

I had a very terrible experience I came in asking to use the outlet saying it was a emergency but the guys said no more no more and was very disrespectful with me and saying to bad to bad VERY MEAN (HE WAS CHINESE )

This place was your standard froyo spot. I liked seeing nutritional info on the froyo.... good variety of toppings too.

Poor service. They are not part of the franchise. They have a sign that says they are not and do not participate in the sweet frog loyalty program. They were very rude and I will NEVER visit this store again!!!

Great place to take kids. Lots of flavors of frozen yogurt to choose from and then tons of toppings. You pay by weight of your cup. This location is smaller than others but was clean and tidy.

The owner was very nonchalant to my father and I. At times when we asked questions or we did not understand his dialect, he was unbothered to help address our concernsand questions. He was not customer friendly at all. Save your money and go to a place where your money and courtesy is valued.

The worker there told me my service dog wasnt allowed to be in the store because my handicap wasnt visible. Its the federal law for service dogs to be allowed into any establishment. Not all disabilities are visible and I think its ridiculous that he tried to argue with me about the FEDERAL LAW!!!

The froyo itself is good, nothing too crazy or impressive- the same as any froyo you would find elsewhere. The service was TERRIBLE. I almost walked right out without buying anything. The guy refused to give us more than a single sample cup and gave us attitude for even asking for it. He was extremely rude even when we tried to be pleasant. Seriously, go somewhere else.

First whenever I come here, all the staff are always tired, not smiling ! What is guys? Chill! Calm down! People come here to have ice cream. Not the best SweetFrog Ive ever been to.The fruit here is almost always old. In particular, the strawberries and other berries are generally discolored and beginning to ferment -- so if you want a bit of an alcoholic kick, or a sparkling berry, that might be a perk.The manager is also generally more than happy to let you waltz half hour before closing time, let you fill your cups, and pay. If your plan is to ear in the restaurant or outside however, be prepared to get told you have to go because theyre closing.

The owner clearly does not want patrons. he glares at you if you spill a little yogurt when its coming out of the machine, as if you intended to, Will only give you one tasting cup at a time and lets patrons know they are not welcome to sit outside by tipping all of the chairs up against the tables even on a beautiful day. I left based on principle, without buying anything, not because I dont like the brand.

Owner is super rude. Will never return. He wouldnt let my mother come in with her legal service dog that has been specifically trained for her diabetes. He was so hostile and rude to her and made her show ID (which is illegal!!) and then stalked us around the place, staring angrily. Will never attend a place when the owner is so horrible and discriminates against patrons.

Good frozen yogurt and accurate dulce de leche taste

Last night I went to Sweet Frog for the VERY first time at any location ever and choose this location and had the worst consumer experience of my life. I completely agree with the posting from ZM. The store has hours posted saying they are open until 10:30 pm. I arrived about 10pm after a long day of work. I walked in was not greeted by anyone. The location had a peculiar odor similar to that of a dirty mop. The manager comes out after 3 mins and says hi. I inform him that its my first time in the store and ask him about pricing. He rudely points to a small sign. Then I ask him may I have a mini tasting cup since there were none out and as he glared at me with his arms folded he held out one cup. Then using the same cup I tried two different yogurts and I didnt like the taste of the yogurt. So I placed the cup in the trash can and proceeded to the front door after saying thank you. Before my hand could touch the handle he asks me why I didnt buy the yogurt still glaring with arms folded. I politely said I didnt really like the yogurt. So then he proceeds to attempt to scold me for not buying the yogurt. He said Why you come in and not buy! You can not just come and be a taste tester. Dont come here no more! He said more and demanded a reason for me not getting the yogurt. I turned to him and as politely as I could and said You are being extremely unprofessional. I truly didnt have to tell you why I chose not to buy your product--but I did anyways. Like I said when I first arrived this was my FIRST time coming here, was treated with terrible customer service and didnt like the yogurt. I will be reporting you and this location. At that I left to be followed by jingling keys almost rushing me out the store. He shuts off the lights and locks the door. The time is 10:20pm.
