I visited the store today 11/4/2021. I needed help with cleaning my wedding rings but then I remembered I needed my husband’s ring sized and cleaned. Then I remembered I needed a battery for my watch, which my husband also purchased from Jared. While the salesman was getting pertinent information, I then remembered I needed to see if my bracelet, Pandora, and of course my husband also purchased from Jared, could be cleaned. Darius is the most kind, helpful and attentive, knowledgeable and thoughtful salesman. He took care of everything I needed with patience and kindness. I’m grateful to him. He is my salesman for life now! Thanks Jared!!!

Words truly cannot express the experience I had, admittedly I was just passing by with my daughter after a less than desirable experience with Robbins Brothers, but upon entry I was greeted with a kind smile and a firm handshake, Darius the staff member who assisted us was not only knowledgeable but was able to express what appeared to be extensive knowledge of bridal jewelry to someone like me who knows essentially nothing of the sort, Darius has left me with quite the lasting impression and I look forward to doing business with Jared in the Future.

Excellent staff! Saul went above and beyond in my recent visit to this location. I recently had my ring serviced at a different Jared location, and as a result, the rings texture was accidentally removed. Saul and the store manager studied my pictures of the rings original design, and they also looked at existing rings in their catalog to use as a model. Because of their thoroughness, the jeweler was able to restore my ring to its original beauty. Sadly, I know from experience that other Jared locations do not provide the same level of thoroughness and customer service.

Veronica was exceptional. Did a custom jewelry piece for my 45th adversary. Beautiful. Very helpful with design, concept, cost, choice of stones etc. This is my second custom piece (also for my 40th anniversary) - Jareds has been very easy to work with and Veronica has been very accommodating- 5 stars for the store and her.

I paid down on a custom piece of jewelry several months ago and could never get anyone to answer phone at the Arlington store when I would call to check on it. I would have to drive there to get a status update. I had the manager at one point checking on the order and she called me but didnt leave information as to a date the piece would be ready and no one answers the phone there!Lot of overturn of employees there. I was told the 2 tone rope necklace had been ordered to go with the pendant I had made, not once but at least twice- it wasnt, so settled for something I really did not want because I gave up on them getting the correct chain. The pendant is beautiful but the service is horrible. I have several pieces of jewelry from Jareds and have never experienced such poor service! Plenty of employees there but NO ONE answers phone calls nor follows up when they say they will get back with you. My salesman quit and I later found out he was still working there one day a month yet he failed to call me July 10 when he worked and my jewelry was ready July 8. Dont know how they stay in business and would not recommend that store!

I have a great experience every time I come here! The employees are always friendly and helpful. I got mine and my husbands wedding bands from here 3 years ago and haven’t ever bought jewelry before and they were so nice helping us find exactly what we wanted and stayed in our broke college student price range too! I just went back yesterday to get that same ring sized up a bit and cleaned and there were no issues at all. Everyone I spoke to was professional. I highly recommend this store!!

I am highly impressed with the service I received. I walked in uncomfortable with the assumption that everything in the store was going to be beyond my budget. I was definitely mistaken. I was greeted by a very friendly and personable person. I wished I could remember his name, but I had so much going on. I am very thankful I stopped by. I found the PERFECT wedding band for my husband. It was unique, classy and beautiful. My husband loves it!!!!!! It was definitely within my budget and I was surprised. I had been looking for days... I walked in your store and was there no more than 5 minutes and spotted the perfect ring. Thank you JARED!!!! Thanks for the fantastic customer service and the most beautiful wedding ring!

First impression on walking into store never have I been into Jared and I waited for about 5 min before anyone even said hello to me. And when the guy said hello he didn’t ask if I needed help or let me see if someone is available to help you out sir not even I’ll be right with you. NOTHING. I believe she was the maintenance lady that worked there asked me if I needed any help or have I been helped she then went and grabbed someone to help me out instantly ! Very proud of her customer service !!! Then the lady that came to help out didn’t grab her name but she seemed nice until the “system” was giving her a hard time. Mind you this is my first time searching for an engagement ring. So thanks to the Hispanic lady that I believe worked maintenance and I’m sorry if she doesn’t work that department and the Price was saving me 600$ compared to Kay jewelers is the reason for 4 star and my business otherwise not sure if this store would see a 3 from me.Update: 5/18/2021Yesterday my wife and I came to get our anniversary bands. We were greeted but out of 3 people working and only one other customer buying jewelry there nobody wanted to help us he was there main concern that all 3 needed to help him when he was only purchasing 1 necklace. We finally got Saul to come by and help us out BUT he to seemed like we were a bother and didn’t want to sell us some jewelry as if we were waisting his time. I told him I was pretty basic nothing flashy and noticed the white gold band. 800$ wasn’t basic enough for me lol I found one for 200$ but it would take a week to come back because it was a different type of metal that needed to be sent off to be sized. So fine I went with the 800$ band so I would have it for this weekend. Anyways after I said nothing fancy just something basic can you believe this guy said “yea this style would fit you better you look a little slop-... slouchy with what your wearing”.

Brought my ring in to get resized and had a few questions about the resizing and their process and Princess was incredibly kind, caring and helpful with all of our questions. She was very outgoing and knowledgeable. She made our experience a pleasurable one. Im 27 weeks pregnant so Im sure there will be a chance Ill be back for resizing after the baby arrives and I look forward to working with Princess again.

Today was the worst experience at Jareds. I had cleaning and inspections done on my jewelry. I brought my mother in because she wanted to look to see if she can find something. Nobody was helping her and I asked the manager if she could help her and she told me after she finishes what she was doing then she would help her. Something wrong with that picture. My mother would have spent a lot of money in there today. I will never shop that store again. They were simply the most rude people and could care less if we were in there or not. I will tell everybody I know do not shop Jareds in Arlington.

Jareds is the BEST place to buy wedding rings! In June of 2017, my fiance bought my engagement ring and couldnt stop talking about what a fantastic deal he got and how wonderful the customer service was. Fast forward to July 2018, and I got to experience this customer service myself. The experience couldnt have been better! I had Danny and Manje help me and they were just EXCELLENT. We were getting a wedding band for my fiance and they werent happy unless we were 100% happy and didnt feel like we were settling. My fiance got the wedding band he wanted for a FANTASTIC price. Best customer service experience. So patient and will listen to your needs to REALLY get you what you want! HIGHLY recommend.

I went into Jareds this week to look into buying an engagement ring. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Amanda helped me customize the perfect ring and found me the perfect diamond to top it off. She was not pushy at all and actually helped me find a nicer, less expensive stone than the ones I was looking at. Gary and Amanda had better not transfer stores because I plan on going back to see them for future occasions. Couldnt have asked for a better experience when buying an engagement ring. I highly recommend going to see either of them for any occasion.

My wife’s anniversary ring is 20 years old. One prong broke and I was worried about taking it just anywhere. I thought Jared would be more expensive but better quality. We went to another place first and got a quote. Jared ended up being cheaper and done on same day. In addition they cleaned some other jewelry for free. The ring was like brand new when we got it back. I was worried for nothing. I recommend you give them a try if you have jewelry repairs.

I went here because another Jared store misspelled a word on the engraving in a brand new ring I purchased from Jared. They offered to fix it but said that was because it was covered under the warranty. I asked if the ring would be just like a new ring and the lady at the counter said it would. She neglected to educate me on the fact that they fill the original engraving with solder which weakens the band in the end. They had me wait for 2 hours and when I came back, I could barely read the inscription. I asked the gentleman there why it was so hard to read, and he said Yeah our laser engraver is probably out. (Meaning their diamond engraver was probably dull.) Then he said, If you want to get it redone, you may want to do that after your wedding. They probably wont charge you. But if they do, just make a big stink about it. No. It should have been done right the first or maybe even the second time I went to a Jared store. Or maybe this store could have warned me before waiting for 2 hours that their diamond engraver was dull.This has been such a hassle. And having paid $1,000 for a ring and engraving, I shouldnt have to go to three stores to get my ring engraved as it was promised. I dont recommend getting a ring engraved at Jared. But dont ever step foot in this Jared.

I arrived at this location on 5/7/18 just to drop off jewelry that I need it service and repair on. I waited approximately 20 minutes to be acknowledged. Other customers had to inform the employees that I was ahead of them. Eventually someone asked if I needed help & I am informed them that I needed to drop off a repair. That took an extra 20 minutes just to fill out the paperwork and drop off my jewelry. I was advised it would be done at 7pm the same day. I returned the next day to pick it up. Same thing happen I was standing around for 20 minutes waiting on someone to acknowledge me . Meanwhile other employees were just standing around helping customers that were just looking and requesting to see everything under the sun without purchasing them. I bought my jewelry and the extended warranty in 2005 and I will never turn to this particular location ever again! They seem to have a discrimination issue! Horrible customer service!Update: I had to return the same item for repair again almost 1 month later. But the lady who helped me this time was great! She updated my info, in front of me instead of just taking their word for it. So I just added and additional star.

This is a bitter sweet review! My precious Husband surprised me with a beautiful charm necklace May 2, 2018 in Punta Cana Dominican Republic for my birthday. I loved it so much that it brought tears to my eyes. As he put my beautiful necklace on as the sun was rising on the the beach, he told me if it ever breaks he paid for an extended warranty plan.Two months later I had to utilize that warranty because the clasp broke off. I went in with no trouble at all of getting it repaired. Here’s where the nightmare begins though! I took the chain in 4 more times after that to get it repaired for the exact same issue over and over again. The 5th time I took it back they replaced it with a supposedly new chain. This was in July or August of 2019. Well it broke again in September of 2019, the same old defective problem. So I finally got around to once again taking it back for another repair and I was told they would have to order a new one.I was told that the so called new chain that was given to me a couple of months prior was too stretched out to repaired . I explain to them I only wear it to church or dinner, and that I don’t wear it everyday or sleep in it , so how can it be stretched out? Juanita checked the inventory only to find out the chain is discontinued. I was told that the other stores would be called to see if they could locate another chain. Well after several phone calls back to them, because no one bothered to follow up with me on this matter I was told a charm and chain would have to be made over and it would take 96 days or more.I asked to if they could just replace the chain and they told me I’d have to buy a new chain and they could give me 10% off. By this time I’m scratching my head because I have a warranty on the chain. Well I was told by a female Manager that the chain was worthless, but the charm was what cost the bulk of the purchase. This is why this review is bitter sweet.Now my husband has to pay out of pocket to purchase a new chain to fit my charm. What a slap in the face to a customer! Buyers please beware when shopping at Jared’s. They do not honor their warranty policies, and they will try to make you jump through hoops to make it easy on themselves. My husband went in that store because he wanted a unique and special piece of jewelry for my birthday, and in return all we got was a worthless necklace that kept breaking and is now discontinued!Everyone complimented me on my necklace, even Hollywood Stars, and I proudly told them my Husband got it from Jared’s. Now wherever we purchase new chain and I get compliments, I will proudly say the name of that Jewelry store is where they should shop! I was not acknowledged for over 30 minutes, while trying to simply pick up my ring. Then when I spoke up and asked the employee (Danny) how much longer the wait would be to pick up a ring. He actually eyeballed me up and down, and with contempt and sarcasm told me it would be 10 to 15 minutes. Then proceeds to ask everyone, which at this point is a line 6 customers strong, if they would like a water. As all of us had already been waiting there for 30+ minutes, we all said no. Then he laughed, winked and sarcastically smiled at his customer and asked if they would like a water, too which the lady said yes. He stopped everything he was doing, walked across the store to get her water. 15 minutes later he finished the same customers transaction. Instead of him servicing me or the three customers that are left (the others left), He takes those same customers to the other side of the store and starts showing them more jewelry. Multi tasking is key in every position... all of the other staff were taking care of multiple customers, except Danny. Ive used this same location since 2014 and every other staff member at the counter for cleaning and repair have been able to handle multiple customers, while he is cleaning the jewelry, he could do another transaction instead of chitchatting. Its a simple as saying excuse me,while your item is cleaning let me assist the next customer as well. I spent 49 minutes inside the store for a 2 minute transaction.Danny was being snide and intentionally condescending, this is unacceptable and I expect much more from a reputable company, that Ive spent my hard earned money in.

Some of these reviews seem fake, check out their rating on Yelp. My experience was awful. I brought a ring in needing to be sized. I was recommended to have a half shank added to the bottom of the ring. They had to rework their work 3 times due to mistakes made by the technician. The ring weighed 14.3 grams when I brought it to them. Weighed 13 grams when I took it from them. From my understanding when you add more material to a ring it should weigh more... Technicians seem very beginner like. Would avoid this place for your own good. Ended up taking the ring to Arlington gold exchange and they are currently fixing it.

I tried to buy a ring online but kept getting an error. Then I noticed that they had billed me for the ring each time (without ever finishing the order) and emptied out my bank account! I was told several times that they would void the transactions, just to find out void meant they sent a fax (a stinking FAX!!!) to my bank. They refused to do anything more than a fax!While that nonsense was going on I still needed to get the ring. So they told me that they were transferring the ring from another store to the one near me. When I called the next day there was no record of any transfer happening. After I asked them AGAIN to transfer the ring I made them give me the internal tracking number they use so I could remind them. Well, after waiting a week and a half and calling several more times, turns out they never even tried to transfer the ring. The originating store sold it, and just didnt feel like letting anyone (let alone ME) know that they had! So it has been 2 weeks, I finally have my money back (NO THANKS to Jareds) and still dont have the ring.If they decide to treat me ANY better, I will update this review. If this review isnt updated, it is because they have remained thieving incompetent snakes![UPDATE: This store gave me a small discount on the ring, but the company in general refused to accept responsibility.]

As a business owner I know that customer service goes along way. My fiancé and I were shopping for wedding bands. We were greeted and that is as far as it went. Another couple walked in approximately 10 minutes after us and they were helped immediately. Needless to say we left. Not only will we not be making any future purchases at this location but we will not be supporting this company at all. Last time I checked money is green and it all spends the same. I purchased a ring and they damaged it when resizing it. It took a week to get a replacement in (almost didnt make it in time for my proposal). Now theyre telling me they cant find record of the payment I made - its been 10 days since payment, and it hasnt cleared my bank. Im told I wont hear an update for another two days from now.The staff is friendly, but Im extremely upset at how poorly this whole experience has gone.

Ive been going to this Jared for over 5 years because of the customer service. With the recent service I wont be going back , they set the date and I showed up to my grandmas ring not ready. Ok i understand things happen so they pick a new date, I call this time and they say its ready and i show up and its not ready. Its a 30 to 40 minute drive for me just to go to Jared. Just do your job and dont assume something is ready because I said I dropped it off 2 weeks ago.I convinced my grandma to come here instead of Zales and they let both of us down. Lets hope the third time is the charm.

My wife and I have used Jared or affiliated stores for almost 20 years.We recently had our rings serviced at the Arilington, TX store. After an extensive repair was completed on my wifes wedding ring my wife called to see if the ring was ready for pick-up and explained that I would be in to pick it up. We live a fair distance from this store and it was easier for me since I work in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex.After arriving at this store I was asked about the claim ticket. I explained I did not have the ticket but told her my wifes name, when we brought it in, where we lived and that I was present when the ring was dropped off and on the account with the same address.We have, numerous times in the past, picked up our jewelry without the claim ticket after verifying who we were.They refused to release the ring to me even though my wife had just spoken with them and they were full aware I was in route. I understand security but after all the information exchange and the phone call from my wife, it is evident I wasnt just picking up someone elses jewelry.I am a senior manager who does not appear as anything less during business hours yet I felt like I was going through an inquisition then denied what is rightfully my property.Needless to say, my wife has to take time out of here day, drive the 60+ miles round-trip to retrieve a ring that I could have and should have been able to pickup. We will not be return customers.

I have the protection plan, but this store always seems confused about what that means. They dont get the ring very clean unless you agree to leave it with them.

My boyfriend and I came here to look for an engagement ring. We were not greeted when we came in and after browsing for almost 15 minutes, not a single person acknowledged us or even looked us in the eye. We left to find a store where were welcome.
