Called to ask a simple question and the lady that answered was rude, dismissive, and gave ZERO attempt to help me. Guess I wont be doing business with these people!

Me and my wife both come here it is an excellent place no long waiting and the doctor listened to everything I had to ask

First one staff pulled up my last order, from 16 months earlier and replicated that lens with my new prescription. The cost was about the same as before. $200. So picked out frames. Another staff picked up. Lens price literraly jumped to $360. Went to Americas Best. Their best lens was just under $200. Whats with that. So I am done with Walmart. It was clear that the new staffer was lot and could not process her new job. And i was frustrated by here befudlement.

The doctor (who is an individual practitioner and not actually affiliated with Walmart) is wonderful but the actual vision center has gone to hell, they call customers stupid, and bring up politics, which is not acceptable no matter what side of the fence you are on. Wont be back, at least to this location.

Always a hassle and understaffed. Poor customer service and remarkably slow. I will go out of my way to avoid in the future, several chances have been given, done with this location!

Terrible customer service. The people at the front desk would always cancel my eye exam and they would put me off for weeks and weeks. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

Avoid the black lady at all costs she talks your ear off and fixes nothing . I hate going in there when shes there .
