Rude Customer Service!!!!!I went to this location in hopes to purchase a new radio system with navigation and rear parking screen as well as to get an alarm system and tint put in my car. The gentleman behind the counter greeted me when I walk in while laughing with someone he was talking to on the phone. When I asked to confirm if he was on the phone he stated oh dont worry about her shes not important at this moment, what can I help you with. I began to tell him what I needed but he continued laughing and talking on the phone. He finally got up out of his seat as walked over to him stating he guess he should get up and act like hes working. I once again began to tell him what I needed and he began doing the same thing of laughing with the person he was speaking to on the phone so this time I told him never mind and walked out while he continued to stay on the phone and telling me hes sorry. Yes you are sorry because you just lost your company good business. If I could have given this anything less than one star I definitely wouldve!!

This place gave me a really good deal, new 12inch subs, 2 front door speakers and a new box all for $1,500They installed the system same day and was quick about it. Super friendly and fast service. Great experience overall

GM employees beware. In January someone attempted to steal my truck but didnt complete the job. I immediately called this shop for a quote on a viper alarm and door lock actuators. A few days later they began the work. The quality of the work WAS TERRIBLE. The alarm kinda worked but was loosely zip tied in the dash and went off at all hours of the night even with the sensitivity turned all the way down.As far as the door lock actuators, thats what really made me mad. For 1, they didnt actually lock or unlock the doors. You would hear the actuator sound. But it didnt actually work. I looked at the work and overall it was extremely shotti and unprofessional. I ended up going to another shop off Cooper next to Arlington High and they did an outstanding job. This shop is unprofessional and I dont recommend it if you care about your vehicle

I’ve had plenty of systems in my car that were always pricey and mediocre sounding at best. I am happy to have met a guy like Ahmed. He knew what he was talking about and he hooked me up for a decent price. My car is freaking roaring now! My neighbors love me. And I love new image. 👊🏾

If you are looking to get window tint done, do not come here. I took my car to get my windows tinted and it hasn’t even been 2 months and i have bubbles everywhere on my tint. Not to mention after they finished they did not clean anything up. The interior of my car was drenched in whatever they use to apply the tint. I told them about this before driving off and they said i had to clean it myself. If your looking for a good tint place, look elsewhere.

Horrible customer service. Staff is rude even though youre putting money in their hands. I had my car stereo replaced. My left speaker was working perfectly before the installation...now it goes in and out. Spend your money somewhere where they appreciate it. Read their reviews on Yelp as well.

We stopped in to have a new receiver and deck speakers installed. The main guy working the counter gave a fair deal, and got the car right in. Turns out that our new speakers were more powerful than what the new receiver could handle without an amp. Again, the man at the counter offered to set us up with a small amp for a very reasonable price, or to re-install the factory speakers for no charge. We declined both, but will likely be back later to take him up on the amp offer. Very clean installation, and pretty quick. Recommended.

Man this place is so friendly and very BUDGET FRIENDLY. I came in with a super responsive and friendly owner that ran a great special for me on sub speakers and tint ! Since I came in late, they said that they would install half of the goodies today and finish the rest the early day after for me. He was more than welcome to talk about prices and helped you cut down some of them. If something that can’t be done , they’ll tell you that the best they could offer in the most polite way. Ive been meaning to get a sound system for my new vehicle but not having any knowledge in this subject, I came here to see if they can help me answer my questions to see whats my best option(s) for my budget. Walking in I wasnt even acknowledged, no big deal...next he was very bothered when I told him I had a budget. 3rd...I told him all the available space I have with depths and he recommended a $900 custom box. I was confused by that time.... 4th by that time I guess he thought I was a waist of time so he walked off to the back. As Im walking around I spotted a perfect sized woofer that came with a perfect sized box. I yelled out hey dude how much is this one here? And got no answer, I yelled 3 more times till I walked the speaker to the counter and yelled out again, he was sitting no more than 5ft away from me, he just simply decided to ignore me the whole time. I asked him what amp he would recommend for the tiny woofer and he said a 1000watt amp...I may not be knowledgeable at car audio but it doesnt take a genius to figure out that an 8in woofer requires 1000 amps... by this time I was frustrated, I came here thinking they can help me with my questions but ended up getting crappy attitude and poor customer service. The customer that came in before me also left the store with a frustrated face. Seems like these guys have a reputation for this type of stuff.

Today was a good day. I walked in with the attitude of finding new business opportunities, ending up finding the best place for all of my Auto needs. I was 1st greed by a gentleman that was professional and extremely confident & knowledgeable about all of his products and services!I was impressed and slightly overwhelmed with the array of so many product upgrades to my auto! I ended up getting my window legally tinted for cost I was willing to invest in!To be honest, I’ve never done this before, I could have purchased my tint else ware but it was the professionalism, state of the art products, very clean and organized place of business, and a very clean restroom that made me compelled to spend my time and $$$.$$.I feel good to make this my place of business and would recommend anyone to this awesome place of business if you want to up grade or enhance you auto.RegardsJimmie

Ahmad knew I had zero knowledge about car audio. I went in there needing an existing system fixed up (used truck I bought from someone else) and he was very informative. He also didnt try to capitalize on my lack of knowledge and screw me over by jacking up prices. He and his crew took into consideration my budget, what I wanted, and they executed the job well. Definitely will go back to these guys should I ever need anything else.

They do horrible business, I spent over $2,000 and was sold 2 mix match subs that look similar which continued to keep blowing, Then I had to pay an extra $50 to exchange them every time they blew out when it was there fault..Then I had to pay to replace my amp else where and wouldn’t spend my money at new image now when I call to ask about replacing the mix match subs that I was sold, I was told to take my money to another place and rudely hung up on!... plus they are over priced, the same 10,000 watt Nemesis amp I bought at traders village for $450 they wanted $650...or you can go directly to there source in Dallas @ 5220 w Davis st.

Buy from them but dont let them install. Or atleast go get a second opinion after they install it.

Honest & Extremely HelpfulIn an effort to be fiercely independent, I decided to install my own car stereo. I was initially sold the wrong part by another retailer, which was coincidentally considerably more expensive *Insert a strong eye roll here*. I called New Image Autosports and they confirmed they had the correct part (a wiring harness). I bought the part but had to return later for an antenna adapter. While I was pretty confident in my ability to install my own car stereo, Amhad was incredibly helpful and kind, he has gone above and beyond to assist me. My car audio needs are pretty basic, but I can assure you this will always be my first stop in the future for any related services.

Yeah first off I want to say that CC add new image and the rest of the team have the best customer service skills they know the products very well. I can honestly say I was shopping around and went to Car Toys in Irving and they did not compare to New Image the Speedy service was great I went two days in a row first day on March 7th was to get my windows tinted I told the guy I would be back the next day because the service was so great and I replace all my door speakers with the best top quality Infinity speakers and they were recommended by the staff so I advise anybody getting anything done with her vehicle car tint stereos apps TVs allowed New Image to taken care of it for you this is not a game

This place is great! I called the day before I brought my car in to have an aux input installed and he gave me a quote and told me how long it would take. I showed up the next morning and the staff there was super nice and accommodating. They took care of everything and was very nice throughout everything. They told me it would take about an hour to an hour and a half and in the end it only ended up taking about 30 minutes, and I was charged the exact amount that was quoted.

Came to new image today for a 7 in pioneer and Ahmed was really helpful and gave me a great deal. Unfortunately the installation I wanted done that I saw online was not feasible. I will come back in the future for other audio/video needs.

Went to this place to upgrade my radio and they took great care of me. They even threw in replacements lights for free.

Even though they were closing the store as i got there and just about to leave the owner/manager still helped me out by going back in and finding a hid bulb for me the other night as i came from the Irving store because they were out of them! Came in asked questions about what he recommended and what i wanted as well in my install. Ahmad was very knowledgeable about the different head units that were compatible with my vehicle, 3 hours later i have a new installed head unit with a motorized screen, tint and backup camera on my new mercedes. Would give zero if I could. Paid 300 for lights under my car. Got home they forgot to put one on. Went back they put it on. Ok. then the next day back light stopped working. I got multi color lights. Then started playing with colors. They are wired wrong put it on purple it shows green in front and purple everywhere else. Push mulitcolor. Shows green in front and multi color every were else. Basically they wired it wrong. Now Im back for a third time.cause back light went out after 3 days. Came in guy is getting lunch ok. Then he comes in they pull my car back and start eating like forget I paid them 300. And have been here 3 times now. Horrible I will not come back. Go to stereo sound. I should have the first time. At the point I just want my money back.

Ahmad was very helpful in getting me everything that I needed. Reasonable sale prices. I got a 10 inch sub with a box, 1500 watt amp, all wires and everything needed plus installation for 300 bucks. Great deal. Be careful of the typical salesman act that they put on though, they will try to get you to pay for more than what you should, but then the moment you show them that you are about to walk out the door, Actually, we may be having a sale right now on (insert item). They will also give you a discount if you write them a perfect review on google, which is really shady way to do business, not to mention just downright wrong. So all and all, if you dont know what youre looking for, and dont really know anything about the prices, and you are also timid, I do NOT recommend coming here. But if you do know what you are looking for, then by all means come here, as their installations are good and they have really good prices if bargained with correctly. Just be mindful of what you are buying when coming here.

Installer wants to accuse me of installing a part they installed. I spent 3 grand here and they can not get it to work. It is bs. Not only that but then guy tells me it is my fault the alarm is not working and autostart. I have been here at least 2 times to address this issue. I now feel like I am getting run around and considering taking this to court due to receiving faulty merchandise. They couldnt even install a part right, sirius adaptor. Then when I asked he acted like they did not install in wrong place.

Let me just start by saying I have gotten 3 systems done by the New Image off of Matlock. Always hooked me up. I spoke with the manager of this shop yesterday and he said he would hook me up as a repeat customer. The managers are good guys. I went in to this location for the first time tonight and the manager was off today. The whole building smelled like weed, and this mexican guy behind the counter just stared at me. I walked up to him and asked him how much for a single 12 Nemesis package and dude tried to sell it to me for 750$. Way too expensive. I asked him how many watts does the sub move and he didnt even know. Told me to go look for myself. Fire this pot head joker and get someone who cares about the customer.
