There’s some places in Arlington that have been around for a long time who do real work and well actually take a look at some thing that you purchase from them that is defective. Came to this place when my Bluetooth in dash was acting up. I didn’t want to replace it if I didn’t have to. These guys didn’t change an arm an leg for diagnostics, and fixed the issue as well. Great service!

I have been coming to this place since 2009 they where off 360 and Abrams they do good work but over charges for everything. If you can wait order online have someone else install. Today is my last time shopping here because customer loyal don’t matter and they prices are crazy high.

I purchased a Memphis 5 channel amp from this company in October, I just sent the amp back to them last week as the subwoofer channel went out, this company has horrible customer service, they would only refund have of my money as they charged me a restocking fee for the malfunctioning amp. Please do not purchase from them, they do have horrible customer service after the sale.

I went to Stereo Sound System & Bought Pioneer Car Stereo & Sub-woofer. Soundwise the installers did a good job. visually they broke the radio bezel and glued clip ends that snap back into dash and the glue had run to front of bezel looking like it was a used bezel. very unprofessional installation from Joes installers. they have lost me & my companys business.

I started my sound system search with car toys in Irving. Sadly I got the impression that I was nothing more than a dollar sign to them. Not wanting to give up, I did some research and decided to give these guys a try. From the moment I walked in I could tell that they cared about earning my business. The owner and his sons were great. I explained what I was looking for as well as my total budget. The owner personally walked me around and presented me with my options . He was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. In the end I got a better overall set up 23% cheaper than had I gon with Car Toys. Now I can sing off key as loud as I want...YAY! I highly recommend Stereo Sound System.

Came in for a install great price for amp install for some 6x9 they did not double check if everything was working properly came home and one of the speakers does not work it was brand new I New something didnt sound right and asked if they tuned the amp said they did but come to find out when I came home one speaker was not workingTurned out one of my channel on amp was not workingHad to come back and they took care of it by re wiringSales person said it was not their fault because of my amp that I bought was badBut I didnt pay for the part I paid for a service and that should of been brought to my attention

The guys were awesome from the salesman to the installers walked in thinking its a small shop but that was the biggest shop ive ever seen. No pressure to upsell. They showed me different options and different brands. Got my system hooked up the same day and so far no problem. I recommend them to everyone

Horrible service/customer service. Their pricing is ridiculous. They say $46 to install a stereo and some how it comes out being over $100. The owner is so rude. When you ask a question he gets an attitude. He was getting an attitude with another employee because he asked where something was at. If you dont want something hell just throw the item around. Just disrespectful overall. Look for another place to install/buy from.

Brought my BMW in for install they took the time and consideration to match all equipment for optimum sound perfect, I took my Pontiac sunfire in for a radio and speakers I was satisfied with pricing and install, I will be taking my GMC YUKON for a whole new install radio woofers amp the whole 9 Im sure I will not be disappointed great service!!!

I work across the street from this place and went in to buy a base controll knob for my sons 10 powered kicker sub. I told them what I was looking for and the employee said we dont have it. Well after he walked away I see a stack of them in a locked display case. So I walked back over to him and showed him where they were. He ignored me for quite some time so I left the store thinking I will stop in tomorrow since I work right across the street. The next day I stop in show them what I needed and he pulled it out of the case and I bought it for $43.00 even though its a $20 item everywhere else. If I didnt need it 2 days before X mas I would of taken it back!! Thanks again for all your help....great customer care and on the spot price gouging depending on their mood.

Had a Viper alarm installed in a 2016 Ford 150XLT Factory installedbla. bla..blaFord them selves said it was not possible to install an after market alarm w/ remote start.It is written in black and white in my manual from Ford on page 128 it is not possible to install an after market alarm on this vehicleThe installer Jaun looked it up on the Internet, yep it was their also.Viper Directed them selves couldnt figure it out.However, Juan the installer at Stereo Sound refused to belive it. Experience speeks volumes and perseverance means even more these days and ages.Joe the owner refused to belive it.Everyone their refused to belive it.They even got me to refuse to give up.Long story short and many hours later spread over several days working with Stereo Sound of Arlingtion, Texas was a uplifting experience that just reconfirmed my belief that words like discount and getting a good deal refer to money not quality of work done or determination.We should all be examples of this exuberance and pure determination.5 stars Stereo Sound!Ron WedelGP, Tx

Bought a wiring harness for a hid kit, i was given the wrong harness, i dont know if it was incompetence or what. it was greatly overpriced and there are no refunds, ive learned my lesson..online shopping from now on.
