Shopped the candle side of the store. I guess bath and body works owns White Barn candles because the stores are attached and the register is only active on the Bath and Body Works side. There was a good selection of candles, I think the prices are a bit high (Im no candle price expert). We paid $25 each for some 3 wick candles the single wick candles were 2 for $20 but that was the only sale we saw.

Gotta love the wall fragrances, candles and car scents. Clean and refreshing.Thank you bath&body works.

Great place to shop they sale fragrances by seasons. I went looking for Hibiscus Paradise that is one my favorite fragrance it was nowhere in the store. They dont if its coming back. It was disappointing.Concern Customer

The staff is always friendly and so helpful. My daughter notices that every time we visit here. They have put some of their new Fall scents (candles) out already. They smell amazing of course.

Unfortunately I didnt buy anything this time but I was greeted by a nice employee who informed me of the rewards system they have and about the deals of the day and the store smelled amazing. Their hand sanitizers and luxe soaps are my favorites!

Sam helped us out in the store and was fantastic! He showed us nearly 30 scents without getting annoyed, cudos to him!!

Good selection of product, plenty of knowledgable staff to help with questions or find anything specific youre looking for.

I like the brand but they only have 1 cashier and maybe no fully trained. You have to wait almost 15 min to check out and is not holiday season yet.

False advertising!!!! They say buy 3 get 1 FREE its nothing free!!! They just take off a percentage in the whole sale. Which you are still paying more than what you are intended to pay for in the first place!!! They dont even deserve 1 star for that matter!!!

I agree with Val I have been shopping there for years and I know all the friendly people there. And from my knowledge she is the manager for the store. I seriously hope this is temporary until the original manager comes back! The only reason it is getting a 1 Star is for the other girls there that’s have always been so nice. I will be contacting customer service for her bad attitude and poor management skills for calling her employees out in front of customers. That’s very unprofessional!!!

Normally this store is okay . We love this store. Yesterday we went to the store to shop for Christmas gifts. The AFRICA AMERICAN cashier was very rude. The supplies in the stores were very limited. Especially the room sprays. They would not accept online coupons. First the cashier said the online coupon on KrazyCouponLady was expired neither one of the 295 coupons were expired. My 12 year old granddaughter showed her the coupon on the phone with the expiration date of December 15. Then she said we dont accept these online coupons . Only the ones from bath and body works. The bill ended up being than it higher for some strange reason. The cashier just ignored us and everything we were telling her. We will never shop at the Bath and Body Works at the Parks Mall every again.

My trip to Bath and Body Works today was just as great as it always is. They have a very attentive staff who are always ready to offer their help. They always make sure to inform you of any sales they have going on a soon as you walk in the store. The cashier who rang me up today was very friendly and she made sure I was able to use my store coupon. She also gave me a heads up that theyll have more fall products stocked in a few days or so. I will always be a repeat customer at this location.

The other day i was here & one of the workers i think her name was jenna? was a bit too rude to me ... i did not like her energy whatsoever & her demeanor seemed like it was condescending. i don’t know if she felt like she was being a bit rude but her tone of voice was off putting. i come to b&bw works for the scents not to feel bad. hopefully a manager can speak to jenna and set her straight because i felt off when i left this location. i hope she’s not like this to all customers let alone her own coworkers. other than miss jenna the store was pretty good & quick overall.

Overpriced for candles. Get woodwick if youve got coin to spend like this.

I love shopping at this store, but this location in the mall I generally dont go to.i I usually shop at the one in the Highlands. The day I visited the mall location was very busy as to be expected on the weekend and with the sale going on, I was a bit disapointed in the fact they didnt seem to be restocking the shelf as well as the other store at the Highlands usually does and the lines to check out were long as to be expected as well but at the Highlands they will usually have someone checking out customers paying by card on the side of all the lines to move things along a little faster . but they didnt seem to do that at the mall location , sadly I left empty handed this visit , guess Ill stick to my regular location to shop from now on.

Great Cactus Blossom is my current fave. I just keep my candle lid off, next to my bed.

Normally I hate going to the mall but this store is a million times better rather than the one thy is closest to me in the Highlands. Amazing customer service like you expect and always a good selection of SAS or sale items.

They have a million different fragrances in here, so there should be something to fit everyone. The only thing I dont like about them is that it seems like every time I select a scent, three weeks later they no longer carry it because theyve got to make room for whatever the new scents are. Theyre always changing and increasing the different fragrances that they carry.

Whats not to love about Bath and Body? This is my favorite location in Arlington.
