Great Selection, Wonderful employees. Only thing to complain about is that they close a little early, like 8pm, and theyre closed on Sundays.

I thought this would just be a quick stop, a place to grab some glass screens, but once inside and the store opens up and shows you what it has to offer, I had to stay for about 30 minutes. If your in the area looking for a great shop to pick up your gear just know that they’ve got you covered. Highly recommended!!!

DONT say the b-word! I went into the store and asked for a bong stem because mine had broke. I was told that since I said the b-word they cant offer me service. They wouldnt even sell me playing cards I saw at the front. I think it was just the lady who helped us that was like that, and Id bet some of the other employees are cooler. Regardless that was still a bit ridiculous, and I most likely wont be returning here.

They do not respect customers with disabilities. After telling them that I am disabled and cannot breathe with a mask on, they said so what, I needed one anyway. If youre disabled take your business elsewhere.And the response below is a lie, I wasnt even able to finish my sentence before getting cut off. Take your business down to 3D Smoke Shop at 20 and Matlock. They actually care about their customers and would fix the problem instead of arguing online. Very unprofessional.

Customer service is extremely appalling. This girl has no manners and she was so rude she kept interrupting me and wouldnt let me speak. I was so frustrated that I just left and didnt buy anything. First and last time ever going here.

The prices are great and they have some really cool pieces in there but I just felt uncomfortable. I felt like they didn’t really want me in there and they just stared at me in silence. The store was clean and like I said had amazing prices but the atmosphere was a little too much for me.

Although the selection of products is good, the customer service is horrible. Not everyone there sucks, but youre lucky if you get good service. Theres also a cop there all the time. Although these products are meant to consume MARIJUANA, the policy of the store is to not refer to their products by their actual name and definition. Something you should be aware of because they will kick you out instead of kindly explaining to you their policy. BUY on EBAY.

I’m a frequent visitor of smoke shops since I Vape a lot and am an avid collector of unique glass pieces and this was absolutely one of the best experiences ever. The staff is super informative and very helpful. Not only were they super nice but the also never made me feel awkward or stupid about any questions I had. You definitely need to come here if your looking for anything Vape/ smoke wise and want to feel like family right away. Don’t waste your money anywhere else!!! I will definitely be a repeat customer from now on!

I went to to this store to day to buy some things and I experienced the worst customer service ever. I stood there for more than 10 minutes while 1 associate was on the phone and the others were to busy having a conversation with each other to even acknowledge I was there. I was about a foot away from the lady on the phone and I know she saw me. but instead acknowledging me enough to say I will be with you in a moment she just rudely walked away. I will not go back to that store let alone recommend them to anyone. Customer service is everything in a business and if that is their level of customer service that business wont last very long. It was so bad I cant even give them 1/4 of a star. the only I gave them one star is because if I didnt this comment wouldnt be published. :-(

After 35 years of smoking Marlboro Reds a friend gave me a battery and tank from aspire. Not knowing what I was getting into and what all was needed the Smokin Dragon was my second stop after hitting a shop that didnt have what I wanted and the help that was behind the counter was more clueless than I was.The Smokin Dragon has all that you will ever need. The folks behind the counter are understanding and know their product. They helped me pick out E-liquid for my first time buyer. After a couple of weeks I upgraded to an Aspire CF VV with a Mini Nautilus attached all with the help of the people behind the counter.Today I have gone 30 days without a smoke and am looking forward to another 30 days. Thanks Smokin Dragon for all your help and knowledge.

Went into smokin dragon gifts just for a few new accessorys and found a lot of great info from the sales clerk, I did not get his name but he is tall, lean white guy. Any who he showed me all the new products we got to discuss the pros and cons of certain merchandise and ended up buying a whole new set of instruments.I will be coming back to this store for sure! Now as a side note some of the glass pieces are a bit pricey but honestly your buying Quality product so it is worth it!So if your ever looking for a new piece, something to grind with or just a pack of papers, Smokin dragon is the store you need to try!
