I really like that I can buy a bike and try it for 30 days and bring it back if I don’t like it. That made picking one much easier. I was having a hard time deciding between two bikes until they told me that. Now if I don’t like it I can bring it back and swap it for other one.

They took good care of my Yuba Mundo cargo bike. She rides so smoothly now, and they were very attentive and stayed in contact with me frequently. For the amount of work I got done, the price was very fair. I am pleased.

I have purchased 4 entry level to intermediate bikes between this store and the Hurst store. Their staff has always been awesome. Helpful. Knowledgable and non-pushy. Last week went in for information on an ebike and was first greeted by sales associate Bill. He was very knowledgeable and helpful, no pressure and dedicated 100% attention to me. He showed me all the options without rushing me and was very polite. I returned two days later for a test ride and was totally impressed with the bike and Bills attention to details to ensure it was the right one for me. Two days later i returned to purchase it and associate Halbert was there to help. I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism and willingness to make sure I knew about all the safety features and available accessories since this was the first bike I’ve ever purchased. Needless to say by the time I left the store l believe every associate in the store had introduced themselves to me including Ray and the rest of the staff and really made me feel like I’d known them for years. I’ll be seeing them for all of my future biking needs!

Trek is a great well known bicycle brand. I like that you not only specialize in Trek bikes but thats all you sell. (Thanks for servicing other models so that I can bring my wifes non-Trek bike in with mine for service). And speaking of service, Bill was terrific, spending plenty undistracted time with me - from understanding my riding requirements, style, body size, frequency and miles ridden, terrain covered, etc. to all of the accessories that I needed to repurchase after my Reid was stolen off my car bike rack while vacationg in Raleigh, NC last month.

Got exactly what I came there for. Staff was exceptionally helpful and very knowledgeable. Only complaint is that prices were steep, but thats something I expected.Btw there seems to be a misunderstanding. I went to another trek store location in Allen after this one and was charged twice there. Called my bank and got it worked out, but from what I heard my mother left a nasty review because she confused these two locations from what I told her.

Thy had the bike I was looking for (Electra Cruiser 1 Step-Thru in black), and the staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I’m looking forward to doing business with them again.

I took my mother-in-law’s 3 wheel knee walker in as it had brake issues. She had fallen earlier in the day. They quickly fixed the brake and “no charge.” GREATLY appreciate the kind wonderful help. This bike shop, which I bought my bike 5 years earlier, stays at the top of the class.

I called in about a 26x2 inch tire but they have been out of stock for awhile and the manager Gordon told me that they had a pair that someone dropped off as used and he said that he was going to throw them in the trash so he said I could have them for free. I’m super appreciative and happy to back on the road!! Will definitely come back here for all my bike needs. Would recommend only this place from now on.

JR and Matt are the reason why I will continue to go there. Matt took the time to answer all of my questions on getting bike parts as well as a new bike purchase. I never felt pressured and all of his answers seemed to revolve around what is best for me and my cycling, not for him or the store. After purchasing my bike, it was too busy to get it fit the day I bought it, but I returned a week later. JR took an incredible amount of time and attention to make sure my bike was fitted perfectly for me and it now fits like a glove. He didnt just fit the bike, he educated me as to why the adjustments should be made, was constantly giving me tips to be more efficient, and things to look out for in the future. He has a passion for cycling that is contagious. I havent always had great experiences here, but every time Ive dealt with these two gentleman, I leave the store excited to get back on the bike. This is how it should be, and why Ill go back.

All the staff was great! Rob was the sales person that helped us. He did a great job with our 5 yr old and eventually got her to feel comfortable with a much bigger bike than she was used to. It was the size that she needed and it offers the flexibility of growing with her as she grows. The pedals were adjustable on the crank and it had 7 gears as well. They also adjusted her grips and brakes so she has an easier time. We ended up buying 4 bikes for our whole family and would recommend the store to everyone.

JR provided a great bike fit experience for me. He started out with my bike shoes making sure my cleats were set and in the correct location. I told him that I was sliding off my seat and my low back was hurting on long rides. He adjusted the seat, stem and shifters. I have gone on several 30+ mile rides without any issues. I will be back.

I just went after the transition. I tool my wife Specialized bike, it was bought here when it was Bicycles inc.I tried to adjusted myself but I figured out was something with the wire. I took it and Mike took the time to troubleshoot it and fix it. He told me the problem was lack of lube in the wire mechanism in the handle bar . I am guessing because the lack of useThank you Mike

Brought my bike in to be serviced. First mistake..I should have gotten the specifics of what would be done. Was told it would take about 3 weeks. I was fine with that. I was handed a print out receipt with price and left. Got a phone call about 9 days later. Great. Second mistake...picked it up and it looks exactly like I had brought it in...filthy. I did want it cleaned up but I guess I should have said that. Even my speed gadget was hanging off the handle bar and not repaired. I said to the guy that I thought that would be fixed obviously. He says, Oh, we dont have any zip ties. What?!?! Then tells me that wired speed meters arent used anymore these days. By this time he can see my crest fallen face and tells me how I can clean my bike up myself and save $40 or so. Do I look like I cant afford the extra?? He goes back in the store to show me a different meter that I asked to see and guess what he does...brings me 2 zip ties. Ok???!!! I decided to wait on buying a new speed meter and go on to pay for it. Now this was a gift to me for my birthday and mothers day and my boyfriend gave me his card to pay for it. Of course I couldnt pay that way, so I had to pay out of my pocket. I get it but after being disappointed with how my bike looked when given back to me, I just got more disappointed. Dont think I want to go back there.

The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Rob took his time to help my son and gave provided some great tips for a brand new rider in between his first bike and one with gears. We will certainly be going back when the time comes to replace our bikes again.

I recently worked with Matt at the South Arlington location. I did an upgrade on my Santa Cruz Tallboy C. Matt spent a lot of time with me talking through what I wanted to do, the amount of time it took to get the parts in and the upgrade completed really was amazing given how busy they are now due to Covid, and prices for what I got done was very reasonable and competitive. I could not be more please with Matt, he was amazing! I absolutely recommend Matt, and all of the people who work at this location, they all do a great job!!! Thank you!

They do not have much of a selection right now because theyre such a huge demand for bicycles during the pandemic. The folks who run the place are very knowledgeable, but they just arent able to give you an accurate sense of when things will be available. Not their fault.

I was told that they were 3 weeks behind on repairs, and they they would not look at my bike at that time, which I kinda understand. I only needed a simple derailleur adjustment. I went outside and was putting my helmet on getting ready to leave when the guy that was behind me who was also in there for a derailleur adjustment was test riding after they just adjusted his derailleur. I would be interested in finding out why they looked at his bike, but not mine. I have made several purchased here at this location including a bike and many parts, and the customer service is not what it used to be. This may be my last trip to Bicycles Inc. It seems like they are too busy for customers.

Took my bike for some maintenance and I got J.R. as a mechanic. Hes a super hardcore biker and he did an excellent job working on my bike. Even after I picked it up he spent time going over my fit and he started helping me get it even better than I had it before. Excellent experience and the bike rode like a dream. Will definitely take it to J.R. from now on.

When I called up ahead of to check how long it will take them to assemble my cannondale, I was told it will take around two day because they are busy, I had an option to go to a cheaper price but I choose them and I was so glad I did, my bike was assembled on the same day.

The selection is outstanding! It is only surpassed by the friendly and knowledgeable service. This was my first serious bike purchase and I was truly amazed how in depth the fit process is. These are professionals at their craft. The ease at which they add components or adjust existing ones is akin to breathing, instilling a strong sense of confidence in finished product. When you buy a bike from these guys you will have a personalized fit to your comfort and safety on level you haven’t experienced.

Terrible experience. Brought in a very high end bike that needed some work. Asked for and was willing to pay for a deluxe tune up. After the bike was in the shop for a week I was informed that they could not replace a cable which was seized up and was made aware of my options which were to convert it to a single front sprocket which would limit my gears or put it back together as I brought it in and would not be charged. I asked that they put it back together and not true the wheels so I could at least use it on a trainer. Rather than put it back together as I asked they continued to work on the cable destroying the paint and scarring the carbon fiber frame. Kept my bike for an additional week. After calling multiple times to check on the progress of the bike which I had been told would only take a couple of hours to put back together I was promised a call back which they also failed to do. And to top off the whole experience I wasn’t even provided a receipt for the work that I was charged for.

Wow, we left our bike here 3 weeks ago for them to put in new tire tubes, adjust the breaks and gears, totally tune it up and put on a new seat. When we came to pick it up all they had done was put on a new seat. The tire also had a slash in it which wasn’t there when we dropped it off. Then they gave me attitude when I questioned them about why they didn’t fill the order request.Don’t ever bring your bike here for service. Maybe okay to buy one. But they don’t know how to do anything else and their customer service is despicable.

Even if you service your own bike, I highly recommend visiting Bicycles Inc for their expert advice! Whether you’re upgrading a modern bike or restoring a classic... I’ve been here to do both and found deciding on which parts to buy was much easier talking to someone in-store rather than trying to figure it out online. They stock most parts regularly and can order anything else. I have been to this location several times and for both buying parts and just seeking advice. I never feel pressured and they help me understand which upgrades are actually worth it, which saves me money. Definitely give them a chance!!!

Brought my handicap walker in to have the brakes adjusted and was very pleasantly surprised that Gordon knew exactly what I needed. Within a few minutes, he had them working perfectly and he showed me how to adjust them again if needed. I have taken my grandsons bike there when it needed a tune-up & adjustment for growth. They know what you need & I highly recommend Bicycles Inc.

The guy that fixed mine and my sons bike was helpful, professional, cute and very patient with me. I love this place,but, prices are WAY to high. I would have bought a lot more things but unless it breaks down I dont think I would go here again. Sucks because its clean and wide to look around. My son was upset to because he wanted things for his bike but I could not get them.

I was rushed, not giving good information. All I wanted was a tune up and was told to come back tomorrow or leave my bike for two weeks. When I said I had to make a call because I wasn’t certain what my husband wanted to do I was left out there to put my two bikes back up on the racks without assistance as the employee went and help someone else. It was infuriating and definitely lost my business. Be polite, positive and don’t rush people!

I have bought 3 bikes here. They are great to help you pick out the right size and type of bike for your needs. They are not pushy, but are always willing to help. I wont buy a bike any place else. Their service department is also great and helps me get back up and riding as soon as they can.

Friendly, knowledgeable techs/sales who arent impatient, arent all about up-selling and are good listeners. They made sure I was fairly well prepared before leaving. They fitted me for a helmet, educated me a bit on tire/tube care and repair, showed me to the air pumps, chain oils, water cages, pedals, shoes, padded shorts and more. Not trying to force a sale but attempting to prepare me for the road ahead. They will walk you through specs, parts, repairs, accessories and so on and gladly instruct you on how to do preventative maintenance and repairs, The prices are very competitive. The quality and sheer variety of products are great too. One could spend hours browsing and I have.I love my Trek Stache 5. It was the perfect fit for me, after Matt made a few adjustments, and I am modifying/customizing it a bit and the techs at Bicycles Inc in Arlington are a big help with this. I have recommended them to several people over the last few months and at least one of them has gone in and purchased a new bike already.Update:Quality products at competitive prices. Everyone who works at this location loves cycling or bikes in general and it really shows. I dont know what I could say in this review that I didnt put in my first review after only having been in the store twice. Now, after a year, I have lost count as to the amount of times and time spent in the Arlington location but I have no intention of taking my bikes elsewhere. It’s hard to find good places with wonderful service. That’s why when I find one I become a loyal customer. I am making this review because after receiving subpar service, I told my self I wouldn’t be back again, but after speaking with the manager I realized mistakes happen and learning that the management is good here I know the store is in good hands! I will definitely be back when I am ready for an upgrade.

We received great service today from J.R. We needed a better bike for our 6 year old and we left very pleased. He took a lot of time trying different sizes and styles of bikes to find what would really help our son learn to love bicycling.

I have purchased 3 bikes from this place over the past 7 years. I have always loved this location and felt very loyal to them. However I went in this past Saturday and wanted a specific mountain bike and was prepared to spend $1400 on it. However the salesmen told me that the 2016 models were gone and that I should spend $1500 on a 2017 model (A totally different model because this one had a better fork blah blah blah). He told me the 2016 model was not in any store and that I had to order this other one. So I did....The next day I went to the Hurst location to pick something up for my road bike since I live right by that shop. I walk to the back and see the exact model I wanted, the exact size, and color... Also it was on sale for $1300. I could not believe that the Arlington Shop lied to me and told me that they did not have that bike at all and there it was sitting in a sister store... They simply just tried to take advantage and up sale me all for $200...I wont ever be going to the Arlington Store again... ever again.... The guys at the Hurst shop were great and took care of me very well. Got the bike I wanted all along and at a cheaper price.

The bike I wanted was a 2018 model. The XL were long gone. They showed me what the new models looked like and showed me some other brands that I really liked but I just couldnt get over the color that I wanted. So they special ordered last years model for me and I am extremely happy.

I purchased a Trek verve 21 speed ladies bike there. Richard was my salesperson and he is an awesome person. He spent 2 hours with me helping me choose between 2 bikes. I returned to have the handle grips changed and he was again very helpful. Last Monday I went to have the stock saddle changed and was totally ignored. No one open the door in or out and no one said Hi or offered to help. Richard was off which I didnt know. I did get a new seat but it wasnt adjusted properly and since it looked like I was more of a bother I left. I returned today and Richard was in. He welcomed me with a smile and a Hi and fixed my seat, my handles, the shift gears and my brakes and rode out with me on the property and did a few more adjustments. Not only did he open the door but he got my bike off the rack and back on when I was ready. Ask for Richard if you want a good experience and treated right. He is off Monday and Wednesday. Thank-you Richard, you rock.

I feel I owe it to the guys here to leave them a solid review. Ive come in several times over the past few months with varying issues on my mountain bike. I didnt even buy my bike from them and they always help me tighten things up for free. Ive also gained a good amount of knowledge from talking with Gordon Johnston, the assistant manager. That dude seems to know everything about bikes.I would recommend this bike shop to anyone. Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

I can’t say enough great things about this bicycle shop. I live 40 minutes from the Arlington location, but I still manage to be here a couple times a week. I wouldn’t take my bike anywhere else. I would recommend a certain staff member but all of the employees are awesome and very helpful. They do whatever they can to give the best experience possible.
