Hard to communicate in English. I had to stand in front of the store for a while they are taking care of other customer. They didn’t offer me a seat. Plus, TOO Expensive. I opened H2O account because I knew that its in PROMOTION, which is $15 discount. Of course, they didn’t apply promo code.I could have spent $20, not $80. They Charge you $40 for the service fee and $10 for SIM.Via online, SIM is FREE.**They didn’t explain me the service fee and SIM price until the end. If I knew ahead, I would just walk out.
I don’t have a Japanese phone to use in Japan so this was a good option to use my smartphone for the internet. A positive experience. One WiFi hotspot device for $80 for 1-month. I stayed in Japan for 16 days so I couldn’t do the 2-week price. One suggestion is to pro-rate the extra couple of days.It lasted anywhere from 4-6 hours per day, depending on how much we used it. The charging port for the charger became loose so we had to wait 2 days to get a new one while we were in Japan. More efficient customer service in Japanese, whether in the US or Japan.
