I had a great experience with this place. The store is simple, well organized and clean. The guy I spoke to was very knowledgeable and actually advised me to buy a new phone from my cell provider instead of fixing it because it was an older cheaper model. Ill definitely be back for my repair needs in the future.

Brought in my iPhone 11 that I dropped in a tub and the screen had horrible vertical lines running through it. The employee told me he could replace the screen but the phone might fail in the future due to water damage. After removing the screen he brought it out to show my that the internal damage was minimal and that the phone was probably fine after screen replacement. Charged what I felt was a very reasonable price.

In 2020 my wifes iphone7 needed some micro soldering repairs.I was blessed to find Martin at MM Fix!MM Fix is very close to my home as well.I brought the phone to Martin and he fixed it very quickly! He even saw another issue that would be causing future problems and he made that repair as well.My wife also wanted a new screen protector installed when we picked the phone up and Martin change that out as well and the phone looked as good as new.That iphone 7 worked perfectly for the entire time until the Lightning charging port started to fail.I called Martin at MM Fix at his new store in Arlington Heights.I told him about the new issue with this phone. I also asking him if he would do some extra soldering on a 40 year old transistor radio that I have.He said to bring it all in! The day was not even over and Matin called me and said that the charging port on the iphone 7 was bad, but he installed a new one and he had made the requested repair on my radio as well!Martin has been doing electronics his whole life!He really does a good job!Martin is a great person and fun to talk to!I thank the Lord that Martin at MM Fix is one of the best, and yes, he does microsoldering!I have made Martin at MM Fix my exclusive phone repair facility!Thanks again Martin!Kevin
