They matched my old paint perfectly. The employees were nice and knowledgeable. I go here any time I need paint or supplies.

I am painting my kitchen cabinets and not sure what color white was the best choice for me. I took in a tile and talked with the sales woman. She showed me a different way to select a white that would suit my house best. She was very busy when I went into the store, but she did acknowledge me and said she would be with me shortly. She took her time and showed me different products that would work.Short and sweet. The salesperson can make your experience worth sharing and this woman did her job perfectly. Was a great representative for the Sherwin-Williams company.

Was told the paint would be enough for a 1500 sq ft house but wound up having to buy 2 more gallons. Painter said I should have had 8 gallons not 5

Very helpful, gave me information, and a fabulous decorator Rhonda to help me select paint colors for my home.

I picked up 2 gallons of paint and it did not get applied correctly. I went back to the store with pictures and they had no problem helping me out with more paint so I could reapply. Great customer service!

Emily the store manager is a waste of time! We purchased white paint yesterday and we did not get it in a gloss finish I try to return it today and she said oh it’s not basic white paint we cannot return it at all for you.What a waste of $165. If you are not a contractor sherwin Williams will not help you. We will never return here again. Terrible terrible customer service.

Great and knowledgeable service

Was not helpful coming to the store, they had no information that was useful and when I explained where I lived they told me I had to go to their other store down the road 5 miles. It was loud and the lady was short with me. Was not a good experience so this is why the review, was not worth asking for the manager.

I love Sherwin paint so I hate to leave this review. But after the way I was treated by who I believe to be the supervisor, Jesse, I will not be shopping here anymore. He was rude, abrupt, interruptive, spoke down to me and my wife, and tried to upsell aggressively. Dishonest and pushy. He ruined the experience for us.

I wish i could go lower, but i cant. Employees have NO knowledge and NO care in the world to help you. If youre looking for a constant upsell, this is your place. If you want helpful staff and real paint knowledge, go somewhere else.

The people are very nice the young girl that was working at the store in a popka she was very helpful and the paint seems to be going on the walls pretty good I just got the samples up there now

Could not return or exchange a SW product without a receipt. Annoying because it was their product and I would have been happy w an exchange but was told no, even though I bought it at this store. Staff is nice, I just dont like their policy.
