Listen to the reviews and the people saying there’s horrible customer service. Don’t come to this location unless you wanna be lied to. Tried to return a headset that I purchased online and the girl refused to return it even though their return policy says 30 days money back guaranteed even spoke with their phone customer service and they gave me a paper slip for me to take the item to the store and the people there refused. Went to another location and processed everything painless, No wonder they’re going out of business

The customer service here is always good and consistent. Every time I’ve come here, the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They also go the extra mile in telling me which location has a game that they are sold out of. You can’t beat that at all.

The employees that work here are very unprofessional. I called several times calling and got hung up on twice. I then walked into the store and asked to speak to a manager and was told nobody could help me. I’m beyond frustrated with this location and will never shop here again! Don’t go to this disrespectful location. Buyers beware!

Very disappointed... spent over 200 on GameStop in the past week and came across two problems that are very frustrating to me and my partner. First, we bought a certified pre-owned Xbox one controller and not even 2 weeks into having it, it’s not functioning correctly with the Xbox and the cursor begins moving uncontrollably. As soon as we noticed this we went to our closest store and the lady told us that they are unable to refund ??? We’re supposed to have a 30 day warranty and can’t even get a refund since the store was out of that same product. Second, you guys need to begin checking your discs better before putting them for sale this is not the first time we bought scratched discs but the most recent one is scratched like crazy how is that even something you can miss. Very annoyed because of how much we spend on you guys.

This gamestop sucks they got a blonde working there that has no knowledge what so ever of gaming not only that her customer service is very bad. Ended up going to Best buy where I got a better deal than I would have if I would have bought the game at gamestop.

They never answer their phone! Its very annoying when Im trying to find out a simple question or see if they have something in stock. And i call back every 30 minutes and still no answer. To me thats bad for business

The associates were extremely knowledgeable and helpful in helping me out with trading in a few games I had laying around. They were able to give me a reasonable amount of cash back too better than most GameStops Ive visited.

This location is always very helpful. And the sales guy was particularly nice and informative today. I had some gaming questions, as a noob, about starting my adventure into the gaming world and he didnt make me feel stupid or like my questions were dumb. Kudos to this staff member for recommending the collection of starter games all on one disc. It was just what I needed.

Never shopping at GameStop ever again. Wont take a headset return because I opened it. Its too uncomfortable to wear and I came back the next day. Terrible policy. Go to Walmart or Best Buy.

Like every GameStop out there they have plenty of information about new games coming out and whats good or bad. If you stay long enough you most likely will be invited fir dinner by the mother of the employee that you been talking to half a day 😁Better prices than the big box stores but there buyback prices are just ridiculous. They give you $5 for a used gane and resale it for $25.Becoming a member of there club gives you some perks but if you are not a regular buyer dont waste your money.All and all good store for games and the employees are always very attentive and knowledgeable about games and consoles.

Preordered 2 games. One was gifted to me so when I went to purchase the other I asked for them to apply the second credit to my current purchase. She refused. Youre really going to hassle me over $5 when Im in your store spending money? Then she had the nerve to try to upsell me on the game I was already buying. Merry Christmas GameStop.

Corporate rules limit number of employees hours, meaning longer lines and waiting times to buy your favorite games. Otherwise, the employees here are helpful, friendly, and really engage with the games and the players.

Great little game stop. Staff is informative but not aggressive with new products and features. Midnight releases have been a breeze here for the past year.

Similar to every gamestop, they have more of the older games that you see less while still advertising new ones, but the money they offer you for games if you bring one in is kind of gross. But so is every other one.

All the employees here are awesome. Store is always organized. Been coming here for years, have zero complaints.

Staff is usually friendly. Gets busy during new releases but wait time isnt to long in line.

Usually have what you need and the staff are really cool and actually talk to you and try to be as helpful as they can. Placed in a very convenient location and love the little goodies Gamestop has with the pre-orders you get. One con about this location is that sometimes trying to get thru to them by phone can be a hassle.

Pre-ordered Mass Effect and got there at 9:20 p.m. called at 9:15 p.m. and no one picked up the phone. So when I got there at 9:20 p.m. one guy was leaning over doing nothing talking to the manager and the only one doing something was the girl. The least they could have done is picked up the phone and told me its too late to come. I called all other GameStop locations and they said that they were open until 9:30 p.m. if you can avoid this place go to another GameStop.

Good, just like any Gamestop

Yesterday I went to buy Forza 7 for Xbox One & Need For Speed Payback for PS4, thank God I got the last Forza 7 at the store. But the guy who was assisting me , provided awesome service. I love how they work together as a team. They greeted me with Respect & Being well mannered. Overall GameStop in general is a awesome company. They give you sweet deals & stuff. Even warranty’s on Games. I’m not buying games nowhere else besides GameStop. They literally have the best prices.

Always find something to buy here. Staff is so chill, never have an issue when I visit.

Better customer service/everything at the Altamonte mall game stop.

They take forever upfront. I Stand in line for 15mins or more at times. I been to a few gamestops this is the only one that i has this problem with.

Only Gamestop I go to!!! Giavonni and his gamestop staff is the best he listens closely to what you are looking for. Also customer service is the best!!! I usually go to this store a couple times out the week and always get treated well.

The guy does talk a lot, but he is nice. He actually stopped me from buying the add on package to borderlands 2 because the GOTY edition is coming out later this month.... So it will be cheaper.

Doesnt seem like this location has working phones. Ive been calling for 40 minutes straight and nobody wants to answer. Either phones dont work or the associates arent.

They suggest you buy a piece of junk and wont replace it outside of 30 days. Be careful their knowledgeable staff will screw you over to line their pockets. And to claim a warrenty for afterglow products you must mail item to cali out of your pocket and send a money order for $8 for the replacement.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Black Friday shopping was a breeze.

Not much of a fan of Gamestop in general. But I walked into this one recently browsing around because I had nothing else to do. Was hoping the employee that makes all the noises at people and tries to be funny wasnt there anymore. But unfortunately he was still there. Telling a customer to take things back to another store and come buy from them. Unfortunately he wouldnt tell them that most everything in a Gamestop is overpriced anyways. I was in there a year or so ago with my son and he was heckling him with his childish impersonation. Not cool. Grow up.

They will let kids without parents sell back items like a exbox one that cost me 250 dollers for 100 with out parents permission. All they need is a frind 18. Thats a bad way to do business.

They acted like they didnt want to help me and when I finally got some one to help for a trade in it was like my stuff was garbage and not worth anything. Very disappointed in this location and its staff!! I WILL not be visiting this location anymore..

Great place I love games

Called this store to check for a game that showed on the web site was at this location I asked the employee to hold the game for me which he did when I got to the store the excuse I got was that the game was scanned twice and so they did not have the game wasted my time driving 4 miles when all this employee had to do was f***ing check to see if they had dont appreciate my time being wasted.

Its like every other game stop you have been to but the thing that gave this store a poor score hear is the manager. He thinks hes in a comedy club, heckling all the customers coming to buy a game. This guy doesnt know when to quit. I felt very uncomfortable and upset. I wonted nothing more then to violently hurt the guy. Never going their again, because I might go to jail after.

Prices are a little high and trade-in offers are low. Good selection and great personnel, small space and can get quite busy, usually not enough workers for the business needs.

Absolutely disappointed in the Apopka Game Stop Location. My wife went in to trade to of the same games that were new. The young lady Kato or Kairo immediately saw that and implicated that she stole the games and denied us a trade in.We went to the Altamonte location on 434 and was told once we get to the counter that they cant take them...stating that the other store called the District Manager and advised that there was a guy walking around with two new games trying to trade them. The guy at the Altamonte location stated he wold help us and he doesnt know why she implicated we stole the item, instead of asking for our receipt which we produced!!!! We now have to wait 24hours to trade the other even though we were about to get on the rode for vacation. So in order for our children to be able to already have their games, we must now wait. We have been loyal customer but no longer will we be. Gamestop has lost our business. And I will not stop until I speak to the District Manager as they stated made the decision all within 20 mins of going from one location to the other.
